Updated 2 BD! Walk to Beach, Restaurants, & Bars!

The setup is nice and the location is fantastic. Check-in process was completely smooth and upfront communication was great. The place was very clean and neat with enough dishes and bathroom supplies. Laundry room was excellent and the provided detergent/beach supplies were a good bonus. All appliances/plumbing worked perfect. Shower is a bit short (I'm 5'9" and it seemed small) so keep that in mind if you're on the taller side.There is one TV in the living room with built-in streaming apps. It works, but I recommend bringing your own separate streaming device (Apple TV, Roku, laptop, etc) to attach for a more responsive browsing experience. Wi-Fi was available though maybe slowed down by too many connections, so downloading movies/tv to bring for the trip would probably be best. The beds are very stiff (could be a preference thing) so extra blankets/padding are a good idea if you want a softer sleep. There is no AC so windows open or cooler linens are recommended. They do have some standing fans as well.Our unit was downstairs and the upstairs tenants (unsure if they are connected to the same host, live there, or otherwise) were quite loud for the entire trip. Starting about 6a and going through dinner time it sounded like a large crew was stomping back and forth up there.The location is definitely a prime selling point of this Vrbo. So easy to walk to the beach, and plenty of little grocery options and restaurants right around.Thank you! Very nice stay.

We stayed on Brighton st. Because it was close to my daughter’s place. We ate out all our meals. My son walked to Bella’s every morning for coffee. We went to sunset cliffs. We also went to Catalina Island over night. Catalina is a beautiful Island. There were many restaurants in the area. We went in October for my daughter’s bday. Next time we will go in summer for the beaches.

We stay in OB at least once a year and always enjoy the dog friendly vibe! This rental is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach walk. The rental layout is very functional and met all our needs. Would stay there again.

We loved this condo for its furnishings, comfort and location. We would have loved it a little more if it weren't in the flight path out of SDIA, but we quickly realized there is literally nowhere on the beach that isn't in the flight path. It doesn't come with AC, but with fans and open windows we were able to stay comfortable for the most part. It's very dog friendly, with the dog beach a short walk away. The beach is right down at the end of the road - great location. Parking in the back is treacherous and tiny, but there is plenty of street parking. Restaurants are within walking distance (we highly recommend 3rd Corner Wine Bistro).
