G Tower Furnished Apartment Rentals Istanbul

Amazing we stayed there for 10 days during January and everything was great, the hotel has a lot to offer including a pool gym and spa.

Wonderful experience at 28'th floor breakfast was good everything was fresh only the issues my Ac at living room leak little bit but not a big deal its happening, I stay 6' day next time should be december I come back for another 10 days, ty for everything's

The staff doesn't care and is not helpful. Sometimes no electricity and no hot water. Leaky shower so always a wet floor in the bathroom even if you don't use it. Very bad breakfast. Low water pressure for hot water. No hairdryer in the room. Wifi is password protected and they don't tell you the password on their own. Also don't tell you breakfast and gym times. You have to request access to the gym daily. No closed parking space available for the suite only open parking. You have to use the stairs to get to your car then despite having an elevator leading to that floor since they lock the door after a certain time and you can't open it with your hotel card/key. -> Not accessible for people with a wheelchair. No room cleaning despite requesting it for 3 days and talking with 4 different people. (Our room got cleaned once in 8 days after making all that fuss). However, not all of the stuff they gave us was clean, we got a pillow with brown stains. After raising these issues we got offered an "upgrade" to a smaller room with 1 bedroom despite them knowing we specifically got the suite because we needed 2 bedrooms. No apology, no real help. Hotels.com support was way better and offered to help relocate if the issues didn't get fixed but even they couldn't reach the responsible person at the hotel. The issues persisted during our whole stay. Only the checkout was fast and efficient. Basically just hand in the keys and be on your way to the airport. All in all not recommended!

The hotel was clean, but staff was pretty rude to us. When we had a serious concern, they just shrugged and didn't do anything. They had a security gate at the entrance to the building and the gate wasn't working properly. My mom got hit several times and she had a bruise on her arm. The food was also pretty mediocre.

We enjoyed staying in the G Tower. We had our car with us and there is easy and convenient parking under the tower. The breakfast was very good and staff are friendly - especially Neda in guest relations. She's the person to contact if you need something done. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The pool was also refreshing and the location, near the highway, was convenient. There is a small market which is super useful and there is a combo washer/dryer in the unit which was super convenient!

If you're looking for a hotel that offers relaxation and great service, I highly recommend this hotel in Istanbul. The pool area provided a serene escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The delicious breakfast spread was a delightful start to each morning. The rooms were consistently clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Moreover, the lady at the reception warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond to assist us multiple times. Overall, our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional.

The property is convenient and well equipped. It has all needed luxuries. Staff are corporative. However I noticed the communication via phone to reception and room service is sometimes poor. Due its location, you need a transport to locations and sometimes is very hard to find taxies..

The room was super dusty and dirty, I asked 3 times to clean it they said you didn’t pay for cleaning then they said the housekeepers are busy they can not come, only after I made a scandal in the reception they said they will send the cleaners but this didn’t happen for my whole week of stay

Les agents de nettoyage font très mal le ménage y’a la poussière partout, ils ne font pas bien le lit bref un travail bâclé impossible de nettoyer la douche, j’espère vraiment que le manager fera le nécessaire pour corriger les défauts du personnel. Sinon le cadre est très beau et calme pour un excellent endroit pour un petit séjour en toute tranquillité.

Je déconseille fortement cette hôtel . On a passer 9 jours catastrophique. La chambre était très sale. Le ménage est fait très rarement. L’hôtel est loin du centre mais avec les transports aucun soucis. Mais la propreté des chambres est horrible.

Temizlik için extra 30 Euro isteniyor. Temizlik yoktu çöp bile alınmadı. Yataklar çok küçüktü

Die Wohnung war super von der Lage, Verbindung, Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption und die Wachleute. Leider muss ich mit Bedauern mitteilen,das die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung für den Preis nicht gegeben war. Die Wohnung hat einen Panoramafenster gehabt wodurch man aber fast kaum durchschauen konnte,da es stark verschmutzt war. Die Wohnung selbst war auch voll staubig über den Lampen, die Leisten, Öl und Fingerabdrücke an Türen der Schränke und den Zimmer Türen, der Bügeleisen war kaputt das Bezug vom Bügelbrett voll mit Flecken und Stoff war zerrissen. Wenn man bedenkt das ich fast eine Monatsmiete, was ich für meine 95 qm Wohnung in Deutschland bezahle, für 7 Tage bezahlt habe, erwarte ich auch mehr Sauberkeit und funktionstüchtige Ausstattung. Als Expedia bitte ich sie drum sich der Sache anzunehmen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Kocak

Not sure what’s going on here... The first room had mold and leaking shower that flooded the entire bathroom. I called, went to reception and complained several times, still nothing was done. Until I got very upset and a lady from housekeeping spoke to reception, before they changed my room. I stayed in my new room for 4 days with no cleaning. After calling several times, someone came to dump towels on the dinning table and left. Did not vacuum, change sheets or even remove the dirty towels. The entire room is dirty, the hallway is filled with garbage, it smells and I’m getting flies in the room.

Zimmer war top, sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Aussicht super. Hatten die günstigste Kategorie gebucht und daher nicht viel erwartet, daher waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Alles was man braucht ist in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Die Lage ist perfekt. Mit dem Taxi erreicht man um ein paar Euro die Öffis, wenn man Ausflüge machen will. Das einzige was ein bisschen schwierig war, dass das Personal recht wenig englisch spricht. Trotzdem sind alle sehr bemüht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort genossen und werden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Upon arriving it was an easy process, the personnel were very friendly to check in. I was greeted also by Neda in the lobby, she assisted my partner and I on which building we were to stay in. Side note: she was definitely a god send and the reason why I stayed at this hotel. My partner wanted to change hotels completely once we saw the room. I booked the Superior Condo, which stated it was 915sqft, which we felt was great and enough space. It definitely was not, it seemed like 650sqft. The bed was small and so was the shower, you can barely turn around in it. The couch was filthy and many other things were not up to par, in that apartment . If I knew, I would have tried to upgrade to the executive suite, but I’m sure it may not have been an option. We didn’t want to be a pain and complain but The room I had faced the street, even on the 28th floor it was very noisy, I did not sleep well at all. The only saving grace was guest relations (Neda) she went above and beyond to make sure even though there were Mis-steps, my partner and I still felt cared about; as this was our first time in Türkiye, we did not want to complain much on our holiday, but it was not as expected. I would stay there again if I have a better, quieter room.

Thank you Aras the best reception man in G Tower . All time helped me to get my best apartment with the great view, Aras is very professional with finding solutions to issues I asked for , I have been here in G Tower for 50 days. Aras and the team of G Tower helped me to stay comfortable.

Kommunikation Fehlanzeige, Qualität der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Zimmerkarten werden bei Verlängerung der Buchung deaktiviert und man sich neue Zimmerkarten an der Rezeption besorgen muss.

Stuff very friendly and helpful.

All things being considered, we were very satisfied with our stay. The longer we were there the more we became comfortable with the area and found decent grocery stores and nice restaurants. The staff members were very polite and accommodating. Neda was exceptional, she was especially great with making sure that we were ok. She helped out with our luggages and gave us some very nice omelettes at breakfast.

It was very great stay , Miss Neda (relationship manager ) was very helpfully and only becouse of her support and kindness we stayed one more night also in this hotel

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The rudest staff I’ve ever seen in my years of traveling. Dirty rooms! Dust everywhere, windows so dirty, it was a pain looking outside. Bathroom catastrophe. Water boiler had mold inside of it. Roomservice doesn’t understand English. Reception knows yes and no. They will get you with the pictures and then when you get there they will insist on no cancellation policy!

No staff support. Suppose to get breakfast for the duration of the stay because I’m gold member with Expedia and the hotel has VIP Access but we were denied. No hot water. Phone in the room was not working. Had to walk in the rain from the building I was staying to other building to get attention from staff. Staff were not helpful at all. Very disappointed customer

Güvenlik görevlisi Otoparka check in olmadan alamayız deyip beni resepsiyona yönlendirdi. Araç ile resepsiyona gitmek çok zordu. Üstelik neredeyse başka bir araç bana çarpıyordu. Resepsiyona bu yanlışlığımı ilettiğimde bilgimiz yok denildi. Kısaca check in çok sorunluydu.

I had a great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the city center, which made it slightly inconvenient for sightseeing and exploring. However, the hotel was located in a quiet and peaceful area, which was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite the distance, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Nice near metro

Väldigt trevligt hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal ända nackdelen är att det är långt från allt som är turistvänligt inte mycket att välja på runtom kring hotellet samt att komunikationen suger finns typ bara taxi qtt välja på och taxi är dyrt. Men annars mycket bra lägenheter med fantastisk utsikt och vy 🌸

Everything was good in this hotel but the only problem was area and the entire hotel and I believe they are building a metro and that taxi driver told me it’s ben 4 years they have not done yet soo it’s nothing the owner kf g tower can do

Metro inşaatı otele ulaşımı kapalı otoparka girişi biraz zorlaştırmış..otel girişinde resepsiyonun neresi olduğunu gösteren levha veya yönlendirici bir görevli yok.Apart dairemiz çok temiz ve ferahtı.Tüm çalışanlar nazik ve ilgili.Teşekkürler….

G Tower Residence On the 16th floor drones were flying and directing ELECTRIC MAGNETIC WAVES at my brain. They are everywhere in Istanbul by the way. It feels like you are sitting under a power station that just gives you headaches, like migraine.Also breakfast was disgusting

Otel fiyat/kalite endeksine bakıldığında tercih edilebilir. Ama yüksek bir hizmet ve lüx bir konfor beklemeyiniz. Kahvaltısı vasat, yiyecek çeşitliliği kısıtlı, özellikle benim konakladığım dönemde kahvaltı salonunun klimaları çalışmıyordu ve tüm müşteriler ter içinde kahvaltı yapmak zorunda kaldık. Fakat restorandaki personeller oldukça yardım sever, eldeki imkanlar ölçüsünde sizlere destek olmaya gayret ediyorlar. Bunun dışında odada yer alan banyo oldukça küçük duş kabinine sahip. Otel yönetimi biraz daha duş alanlarını genişletirse, otel seviye atlayabilir. Son olarak odaların kondisyonu düşük, elden geçmesinde fayda var. Fakat ilk söylediğimi tekrar etmek istiyorum, fiyat/fayda endeksine baktığınızda tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

First off, getting in touch with the hotel is difficult I had to contact Expedia to figure out the real number. Once I arrived, they got my room, completely mixed up and put me a tiny office suite when I got a junior suite. ?? The breakfast is horrible. They also gave me one working room key. I pushed for two, but it was faulty. I had to keep turning in keys that weren’t working. I liked how they had a Restaurant ,convenience store & Starbucks on the property. Even though it is tourist prices .The stay is nice and clean though,(they did leave my curtain hanging on the ground, though which was kind of annoying) and the housekeeping is good around the area is noisy due to construction I would stay here again though for extended-stay purposes only.
