Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos abgebildet in einem top Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mit einem „Showcooking“-Eck für frische Spiegeleier & Pfannkuchen auch sehr vielfältig und das Servicepersonal ebenso stets freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Alles wird sehr professionell gehalten. Die Lage, wenn man in Paguera sein möchte, ist 1A. Es gibt viele leckere Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Auch der Strand befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt und die Strandtücher werden 1 x täglich kostenlos gewechselt. Gleich ums Eck gibt‘s genügend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, um mit einem Mietwagen die Zeit dort zu verbringen. Die Rezeptionistinnen geben da gerne weiter Auskunft. Es gibt zudem nur wenige Autominuten entfernt einen Lidl, um Getränke günstig einzukaufen. Es lohnt sich an der Rezeption nach Schirmen/Badematten zu fragen - Viele Besucher, darunter auch wir, lassen es nach dem Urlaub nämlich dort, da wir es nicht mit ins Gepäck bekommen würden. Die Bar bietet leckere Cocktails zu fairen Preisen an. Diese darf man sich im Plastikbecher auch auf die Dachterasse nehmen, um den Sonnenuntergang anzusehen. Alles in einem, war es für unser erstes Mal auf Mallorca ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel.

Love the location. Hotel is spotless and very modern. We had room 110 with great big terrace. All you need in the room coffee machine, kettle and water. Beach towel in room Already! The added bonus a roof terrace with bean bags si beds and shower. The only thing I would either remove the chair or the material stool as they take too much space. Loved our stay at this lovely hotel. Can’t wait to come back. PS if driving , plenty of spaces in front or side street.

Great stay! I got upgraded at the check in, staff way very friendly, room was clean, excellent service and very good breakfast. I used the spa, which you have to reserve, and it was great because you are alone. Everything looks new and well maintained. Only one note: the gym has only 3 cardio machines, no weights (if a properly equipped gym is deal breaker this is not the hotel for you) - for me it’s a 5 stars (10/10) as gym is not dealbreaker

Das Hotel liegt schön ein wenig Abseits der Einkaufs,-Strandmeile, was sehr angenehm ist. Es braucht keine 5Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Zu erwähnen gilt allerdings, das der Pool nur bis 19Uhr zu nutzen erlaubt ist und schwimmen als solches bedingt der Größe nicht wirklich möglich ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Pool area was great to relax. Staff really pleasant. Food and drink was very reasonably priced and cheaper than the bars in the area. It’s situated in a nice quiet area and it’s very close to the bus stop to get to Palma and the beach and bars. We also hired a car and there was free parking a short walk away behind the hotel. Would highly recommend (we were a couple from the UK).

Insgesamt sehr gutes Hotel. Aber Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und ab 8 Uhr ist es relativ laut auf dem Flur. Man hört oft das Betten verschoben werden und Türen schließen. Es gibt auch nur zwei kleine Wasserflaschen am Tag, keine Wasserspender. Und der Poolbereich liegt zum Großteil im Schatten. Dafür gibt es eine Dachterrasse wo man duschen kann. Das fanden wir gut.

Asked which items were suitable but dietary requirements but was just given the full menu. David at the pool bar incredibly rude and confrontational with multiple guests. No coffee offered at breakfast most days and no allergen info available even on request. Took up to 20 minutes to be served at the bar. Arrived to dirty stained bedsheets but rectified quickly and otherwise clean. Has potential to be really good but waiting staff severely let this place down

It was calm and had a good atmosphere. For me it was more like a very good 3-4 Star Hotel. It was not very luxurious but very clean and relaxing. Good food and drinks. Every employee was very welcoming and it wasnt hard to communicate at all.

Mit der Junior Suite hatten wir ein fantastisches Zimmer - mit gleich zwei Räumen und zwei Terrassen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfreich und bietet einen klasse Service. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Der Boulevard von Paguera ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, genau wie eine Bushaltestelle und auch Wanderrouten. Uns hat das Hotel so gut gefallen, dass wir jederzeit wieder einchecken würden.
Mit der Junior Suite hatten wir ein fantastisches Zimmer - mit gleich zwei Räumen und zwei Terrassen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfreich und bietet einen klasse Service. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Der Boulevard von Paguera ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, genau wie eine Bushaltestelle und auch Wanderrouten. Wir waren für 4 Tage Anfang April im BQ Peguera Hotel. Die Zimmer sind klein. Das Waschbecken befindet sich daher nicht im Bad, sondern im Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst ist bestückt mit unnötigem Stuhl Hocker, Kofferablage, der nirgends aufgestellt werden kann, pro Bett (zu jeweils 2 Schlafkissen) noch 2 Dekokissen, beengt das Ganze noch zusätzlich. Eine Kaffeepadmaschine im Zimmer hingegen ist angenehm. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption sind ausgesprochen freundlich und nett, ebenso die Damen, die die Zimmer reinigen. Das Personal im Service nicht durchweg. Frühstück war sehr gut und eine gute Auswahl vorhanden. Leider befindet sich der Frühstücksraum im Souterrain. (viel künstliches Licht und laute Belüftung) Die Auswahl bei HP (a la Carte) ist nicht so groß und gut. Hatte wegen der guten Bewertung (z. T. 10/10) Besseres erwartet. Preis /Leistung passte.

Had a one night stay in august which I never thought we would get. Staff really helpful. Room was lovely, large, great shower, amazing balcony. All very well equipped, plenty of hooks in the room and bathroom, coffee maker, mini fridge, usb ports, safe, pool towels. Would definitely use again

Sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist ruhig, um zu entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft.Große Auswahl an Speisen. Das Abendessen ist á la carte.. Speisen sind hervorragend und sehr schön angerichtet. Die Anlage ist zu empfehlen. Wir würden wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank an das Personal

We arrived early and the front desk staff was able to accommodate an early check-in for us. The room is small but was comfortable enough. The AC didn’t get very cold though but the weather wasn’t too hot at the time we were there. Close walk to the beach and Main Street. It is far from the airport and Palma (main city) and you either have to drive for take the bus (40 min - 1 hr)

Insgesamt sehr gutes Hotel. Aber Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und ab 8 Uhr ist es relativ laut auf dem Flur. Man hört oft das Betten verschoben werden und Türen schließen. Es gibt auch nur zwei kleine Wasserflaschen am Tag, keine Wasserspender. Und der Poolbereich liegt zum Großteil im Schatten. Dafür gibt es eine Dachterrasse wo man duschen kann. Das fanden wir gut.

Liked adult only quiet hotel. Lots of loungers by the pool. Disliked staff knowledge of dietary requirements, no allergen information available. Asked which items were suitable but dietary requirements but was just given the full menu. David at the pool bar incredibly rude and confrontational with multiple guests. No coffee offered at breakfast most days and no allergen info available even on request. Took up to 20 minutes to be served at the bar. Arrived to dirty stained bedsheets but rectified quickly and otherwise clean. Has potential to be really good but waiting staff severely let this place down

On our first day we did have someone who runs the restaurant be a little rude to us so we didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but other than that I was a very comfortable and clean hotel and we enjoyed our stay x also could do with some music by the pool lol xx

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war so freundlich, wie ich es bisher kaum erlebt habe. Ein wirklich tolles Team! Das Zimmer ist klein aber so sinnvoll eingerichtet, dass es nicht stört. Alles sehr liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Insgesamt waren wirklich top zufrieden!

Hervorragender Service. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Essen ist von hoher Qualität und sehr lecker, jedoch ist die Auswahl beim Abendessen nichts für mäkelige Esser. I had a great 12 night stay at the BQ Paguera Hotel ; clean and modern facility; friendly staff ; good breakfast and located only a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. I really enjoyed this little town, will definitely return.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes & sehr stylisches Hotel. Zimmer war sehr schön groß und chick inkl großzügigem Balkon, Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr nah zum Boulevard ca 200 m? & auch zum Strand. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Frühstück muß man im Keller einnehmen was man nun def. nicht möchte. Abendessen wird jedoch im EG sprich am Pool eingenommen. Man darf jedoch das Frühstück nicht nach oben mitnehmen zum Tageslicht / am Pool - wie es viele versucht haben. Man wird wieder in den Keller geschickt. Diese Frühstückslocation ist für uns ein absolutes no-go, denn im Urlaub möchte man frische Luft und die Sonne genießen und kein Frühstück im Keller einnehmen. Schade , denn es ist sonst ein tolles Hotel. Nur aus dem Kellergrund werden wir daher leider nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Das Hotel liegt schön ein wenig Abseits der Einkaufs,-Strandmeile, was sehr angenehm ist. Es braucht keine 5Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Zu erwähnen gilt allerdings, das der Pool nur bis 19Uhr zu nutzen erlaubt ist und schwimmen als solches bedingt der Größe nicht wirklich möglich ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Pool area was great to relax. Staff really pleasant. Food and drink was very reasonably priced and cheaper than the bars in the area. It’s situated in a nice quiet area and it’s very close to the bus stop to get to Palma and the beach and bars. We also hired a car and there was free parking a short walk away behind the hotel. Would highly recommend (we were a couple from the UK).

Clean and well appointed hotel, with a great pool area and a rooftop sundeck. Staff were great, very friendly and attentive. The food was also brilliant, with a good selection at breakfast. Dinner was à la carte and very good, we were very impressed. The restaurants around the area are great too, we went half board but ate out at a few different places also. The rooms aren’t the biggest, slightly cramped, but it’s worth getting a pool view room and if we stayed longer we’d opt for a suite. If you are coming from the UK then bear in mind that Paguera is generally geared up for German clientele (its nickname is “Little Germany”), but don’t worry or let that put you off as everywhere also speaks English and it was one of the nicest resorts we’ve been to in Mallorca and only 25 minutes from the airport (€50-€60 taxi).

Perfect for couples and singles. Food is great, service is incredibly professional. Grateful for the staff who did such an amazing job and made our stay memorable. Highly recommend the half board - breakfast is buffet and dinner is a three course meal (menu changes everyday). We will be back for sure.

Total schönes und sauberes Hotel. Wunderschöne Zimmer und super bequemes Bett. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Die Auswahl der Speisen zum Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Unser Aufenthalt war leider nur zu kurz…! Nächstes Mal kommen wir länger :)
Total schönes und sauberes Hotel. Wunderschöne Zimmer und super bequemes Bett. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Die Auswahl der Speisen zum Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Unser Aufenthalt war leider nur zu kurz…! Nächstes Mal kommen wir länger :)

We are very happy with the hotel. The room the breakfast the short walking distance to the beach, everything was great. However we had half board and ate dinner at the hotel and that was not good. The chef mad over complicated 3 course dinners that was not good. In our 7 night stay we were happy with the food at 2 occasions, that is not good enough. I reccomend not to choose half board!

Rooms are extremely small and not noise insulated, in the morning you could hear all noises coming from the corridors or the cleaning service. Rooms are clean and fine.

Absolutely the BEST stay we’ve ever had. The staff were incredible. They made sure we received breakfast, though our flight was so early that we would have missed the kitchen’s open hours. An early check-in was available, which made our short stay much more enjoyable. The spa-like boutique design atmosphere was only heightened by every interaction with staff. Great location- just a short walk to several beach, shopping, and restaurant options. The food and drink offered by the pool were delicious, too! We’d stay here again and recommend it to friends.
