The only reason we picked this hotel was to use the pool and hot tub after a long day of traveling. After we checked in and got changed we went down to use the pool to find out the pool area was closed for the entire stay. No one advised us of this. I advised them and they did not offer anything. Next morning the breakfast was a disaster. Ran out of food and utensils. Also the toaster was broken. Horrible experience not to mention it did not state you had to pay to park. Will never return to this location.

We did valet during our stay, which Expedia valet prices not the same as on site but other than that everything was good the gym was working properly. We also got in a hot tub and Danielle was very nice and helpful at the Front Desk

The staff were absolutely amazing! The hotel was clean and beautiful! The pool area and hot tub area were clean and was wonderful for our family of 6. The night time manager and employee were so kind and so accommodating. I’ve never had hotel staff ever be so kind and as accommodating and they were! The breakfast in the morning was so nice and clean, food tastes great! The room itself was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The only thing that wasn’t the best was the parking, we didn't have the fund to pay for the parking the Hotel had so it was a struggle to find street parking. But other them that our stay was amazing, comfortable and the staff was amazing! Definitely would stay there again! Highly recommend this hotel!

The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too. The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient to walk to restaurants and stores. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be- hair on the floor and the shower curtain is way to short so water gets all over the floor.

Easy access. Great staff. We got locked out of the room for two hours bc the lock ran out power. We had to wait on a regional manager and an engineer to let us in. Kids had to sleep in the lobby during this time after a long day out. Shower clog caused overflow. Rooms were not prepared on one of the nights with beds not done and dirty glasses not removed and replaced. Loud location with sirens and a lot of loud activity right next to the hotel the first two nights out of the three nights we stayed here. Poor choice of breakfast items, where items were not refilled on time.

So this is a very odd hotel. There is no ground floor lobby and the area it is in is across from the bus station - which means it can get a little dicey at night. A few thoughts and tips - 1. There is NO signage showing you where to go to check in. Like - zero. We drove around the building for 20 minutes trying to figure out where the lobby was. You need to go in the valet entrance to access the lobby after 10pm when the outside door to the elevator area is locked for the night (with no access due to the area surrounding the hotel). No matter what time - lobby is on 2nd floor. 2. You don’t have to valet. We chose to park on the street and spent about $10 total over 3 nights rather than $100 total to valet. The spots are literally right outside the door. 3. You MUST have a key to access the elevator area or the elevator itself. Plan accordingly. 4. Christian in the valet team was AWESOME and helped us immensely. 5. Don’t expect much help from the night staff if issues. They were not real sure what was going on from my experience. 6. I emailed the GM with my concerns but never hear a peep. 7. The room was very nice but everything was very cheaply made. Bed was fine but definitely older mattress. Several outlets by the bed were broken. Sofa was a rock. All in all we had a wonderful trip but for the money and hassle of no ground floor lobby entry and the no access from the outside after 10 pm, we would definitely choose to stay elsewhere. This is a modern hotel in a great location downtown. We had a wonderful view of the city. My only complaint was that the bed was super soft. Not my preference. We only stayed one night. Didn’t use much of the hotel other than the room. I would stay here again.

Night desk staff was rude and short. Ordered food and French fries were frozen after was told fryer was down and had to bake them. No refund offered. Room was clean, excellent housekeeping! Bed was old and when sat it laid on it deflated to the bed rails. Not Hyatt expectations. But everyone has an off day!

Picked a room with double queen beds and a sofa bed. Checked in and tried to confirm my reservation was correct. Front desk attendant mentioned a single queen. I told him my reservation was for two queens. Tried to show him my reservation but it didn’t matter. Proceeded to take luggage upstairs…. This was all after 11 pm since we were traveling. Room only had a single king bed. Called back downstairs and was told to exit the existing room immediately and not disturb it. Had to go backstairs and get new keys for the room that I had reserved. Room ended up being 4 rooms down front the original wrong room. I have a partially torn Achilles tendon and did not appreciate the mix up. We had to pack up and bring luggage all down and then back up. Zero customer service. On another note our valet was great!

I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to book this hotel as I just stayed at another Hyatt and had a not so great experience but, I'm glad I did after all. This Hyatt was clean and updated. I felt comfortable and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

They did an amazing job accommodating a family of five with three small kids. The room was extremely clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was new each day with gave a nice variety for kids to choose from. The valets service was amazing and so quick. The front desk ladies were extremely helpful!

I am an early riser and enjoyed visiting with Austin the front desk clerk while drinking my morning coffee. A very personable young man and a credit to your organization. Danielle was also very helpful upon check in and assisted us with the tv controls. She made us feel right at home and was knowledgeable of the local history and amenities. A very enjoyable stay.

Loved the rooms and cleanliness. Location downtown to everything. The parking garage/homeless traffic was heavy across street of hotel. I’d recommend using the valet service. Nothing at fault of hotel, hotel itself was top notch

Very clean room and bigger than expected for the price. No free parking but even the paid parking makes the overall price comparable to other hotels. Located IN downtown Colorado Springs, there's a lot to do that is in walking distance. You do need to walk by the bus station and a variety of people when you leave the property so walking downtown here is not for the feint of heart.

I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to tons of restaurants within walking distance. I did not realize it was directly across from a Metro bus station. We ended up going out of our way to try to avoid walking right in front of it because homeless and drugged out people hang out there. The location of the hotel ended up being a bit undesirable simply because of that but the hotel itself is great. The staff was awesome, the room was super clean and quiet, it didn't have the annoying AC that cycles on and off. More than once while waiting to cross the street we encountered people out of their mind holding conversations with themselves. I wouldn't stay here again but only because of that. If you're simply coming in to park and stay and not be out and about encountering people like that then it's really a great hotel to stay at. The breakfast was just okay. It was free, and to the "free" standard. Thin bacon, fake tasting eggs. Still better than nothing though. My daughter loved the pancakes. There's several options - meat (sausage or bacon) and eggs, yogurt, breads, some fruit. Again, better than nothing. Zero complaints about the staff or quality of the room or cleanliness. The guys working valet were very nice as well.

The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too. The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. The only negative was the breakfast food was ice cold at 7:00 am( start of breakfast)- eggs, oatmeal, sausage, etc. the hot items were out on the warmer, but like they were just put there.

Great location in a nice downtown neighborhood. With a 2nd floor lobby, my first impression was not that positive but once upstairs iI found it was spacious, secure and clean. The pool and exercise facilities were good. I picked this hotel because I was on a long trip and wanted to have laundry facilities to minimize my luggage. Food and beverage selections were limited: premix cocktails and only white wine.

This hotel has the BEST showers I've ever had in a hotel! The rooms were large and well appointed with amenities. The breakfast offering was average at best. The staff is great. Downsides, this hotel is across the street from the bus depot so there were a lot homeless around. Plus though it's next to great climbing gym

The motel was fine. Clean bed. Bathroom. All normal. But the staff was very rude, pretentious and not informative. It appeared to be a burden that we showed up and asked questions. The valet literally said “ do you want it or not?” Regarding the valet service. Mind you no one was in line, no one waiting to be next. It was no more than a minute before the question was asked “do you want it or not?” This was Sunday October 11, 2026 @ around 9-10 pm. Once the valet parked the car we were just told to go to the elevator. No additional instructions no guidance just go to the elevator. This was or first stay and our last at the Hyatt. The only good experience was the valet Monday morning. He was very kind and helpful.

Great location and a really good breakfast which was slightly different each day. The beds were super comfortable. Check in was a bit confusing as you arrive to the ground floor and have to buzz to 1st floor to be let in and get the lift up to reception.
