I arrived at the property early in the morning, they allowed me to access the residence lounge to rest first while waiting for the room. At 12pm, I was given the room card and they allowed me to extend checkout at 1pm. Staff were friendly and polite.

Goede service en een veilige parkeerplaats voor wie met de auto reist. De kamers zijn ruim, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien van comfortabele bedden tot een ruime, goed uitgeruste badkamer. Alles was schoon en verzorgd, wat het verblijf erg prettig maakte. Wat we alleen misten, was een gezellige lounge of een plek om even te ontspannen. De lobby was netjes, maar niet echt uitnodigend, en er werd alleen koffie geserveerd. Met wat meer keuze aan drankjes en een sfeervollere inrichting zou het verblijf nog aangenamer zijn geweest.

The hotel was spotless. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. All requests were fulfilled in less than 10 minutes. There was always a staff available to help with translation and to ensure we got what we needed. Breakfast was an additional cost but worth the money, it was a feast everyday with breakfast items and meal items fit for brunch/lunch. We had a 3 bedroom 3bath apartment and it exceeded our expectations. All members of our party were happy. The train station is within walking distance from hotel and that made access to big malls and other shopping areas easier. The airport is a good distance away so pre-plan your departure. We had an early morning flight, so we asked hotel staff to pre-planned our transportation and get an adequate size vehicle to take us and luggage to airport. I would definitely stay at Somerset Sudirman Jakarta if I visited Jakarta again.

Super Hotel, leider keine Restaurants mit guter Hygiene in der Gegend. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, asiatisch gestaltet. Es gab Croissants, Butter, Nutella und sonst „nur“ warme asiatische Speisen. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig. Auch das Badezimmer war sauber und geräumig. Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, vor unserem Aufenthalt wurden wir sogar gefragt, ob ein Geburtstag oder sonstiges ansteht und ob wir sonst noch Wünsche haben. Straße unten zum Hotel sehr befahren und laut, viele Strassenstände. Wir würden das Hotel empfehlen, uns hat lediglich das Frühstück nicht ganz gefallen und das keine guten Restaurants mit guter Hygiene in der Nähe waren, in denen wir uns problemlos getraut hätten zu essen.

위치는 주요 번화가에서 조금 떨어진 곳에 위치해있으며 야간에 주변 도로가 어둡고 인적이 많지 않아 혼자 돌아다니기는 쉽지 않아보입니다. 종업원들은 매우 친절하나 청소상태를 볼 때 구석구석 먼지 및 쓰레기가 남아있는 모습을 볼 수 있습니다. 저는 12층 객실을 사용하였는데, 근처에 종교시설이 있는지 3~4시간별로 대형 스피커를 통해 송출되는 기도음성들이 너무 시끄러웠으며 특히 새벽에도 방송되어 제대로 잠 잘 수 없었습니다.

Goede service en een veilige parkeerplaats voor wie met de auto reist. De kamers zijn ruim, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien van comfortabele bedden tot een ruime, goed uitgeruste badkamer. Alles was schoon en verzorgd, wat het verblijf erg prettig maakte. Wat we alleen misten, was een gezellige lounge of een plek om even te ontspannen. De lobby was netjes, maar niet echt uitnodigend, en er werd alleen koffie geserveerd. Met wat meer keuze aan drankjes en een sfeervollere inrichting zou het verblijf nog aangenamer zijn geweest.
