The place is beautiful but my check-in was not smooth. I'll just say that management needs someone on site or at least be able to reach by phone because I arrive at 11p and did not get assistance. Their office closes at night. There was a car park outside that looked like parking enforcement but when I tried to get their attention I realized that the car was empty. If it weren't for other tenants I would have been completely lost. Oh yeah, my car got booted because I thought that I parked in P1 but it was just the first floor of the garage. I couldn’t find the lockbox which is in a separate room so it took me a while to get my key. I requested to check out late the day before my check out I didn’t get a response until the next day and so when I was trying to leave, he saw me in the hallway with some of my stuff and from there he asked me for the key so since I was checking out late, of course I gave him the key thinking I could continue to remove my stuff my room. Then he said that he didn’t have all the keys. I told him I had to get the key from my son and he said well he will hold onto my belongings until he until I get the key which is unlawful. He cannot do that. So if you choose to stay here just know that Michaelis the property manager that did this.

I arrived to the property after closing hours of the office. So I followed the instructions that were sent to my email. I parked in the 20 minute free parking space, I got my keys and parking pass from the locker. I immediately put the parking pass in my rear view mirror. I moved my vehicle. Then I went up to my rented apartment. When I got inside, I proceeded to follow the instructions left on the island in the kitchen. I put all my vehicles information on the website and then submitted my information. After that me and my son headed out to get more belongings out of the car. As we approached the car, a guy was booting it. I explained to him that I have a parking pass in the rear view mirror, and I also had one in my hand. He goes and checks his phone and says my vehicle is not in the system. I told him I just put my information in. And then I told him what's the purpose of a parking pass if I'm still getting booted. He then goes in his phone and says that particular parking pass is not in our system. So I explained I wouldn't have these keys if the establishment didn't provide them. Then he tells me to take it up with the property. I had to pay $75 to get the boot off. I had to wait until Monday to plead my case with the property. They told me I would get a refund. And I have yet to receive it. One of the main reasons I chose this property was bc of free parking. And I still ended paying the price. I very disappointed with that whole experience. Other than that

This is a cozy studio complex within walking distance of some great places, and maybe 15 minutes to downtown by car. The studio was clean and comfortable save for some dust here and there. The parking is plentiful as well. My only problem was that there were quite a few stairs that I was unaware of when booking. You may need to reach out to the company directly if you're looking for something on the ground floor.

Location was perfect since we had a family member at Piedmont Hospital. Since there was a snow & ice storm we needed to be close by. Finding everything initially was a bit confusing. The unit was everything we needed. Living room furniture not super comfy, but we were hardly there. The fees and taxes pretty much doubled the price of the room from the starting price, but still not a bad price for what you get.

The place is very nice though it looks a bit differently from the outside. Everything was clean and easy to find/use. Only one mirror in the bathroom and a floor mirror in the hall so if several women this could be an issue. Walking distance to food and metro which was convenient. If needed to stay in this area again would go back. Definitely worth the cost.

I arrived to the property after closing hours of the office. So I followed the instructions that were sent to my email. I parked in the 20 minute free parking space, I got my keys and parking pass from the locker. I immediately put the parking pass in my rear view mirror. I moved my vehicle. Then I went up to my rented apartment. When I got inside, I proceeded to follow the instructions left on the island in the kitchen. I put all my vehicles information on the website and then submitted my information. After that me and my son headed out to get more belongings out of the car. As we approached the car, a guy was booting it. I explained to him that I have a parking pass in the rear view mirror, and I also had one in my hand. He goes and checks his phone and says my vehicle is not in the system. I told him I just put my information in. And then I told him what's the purpose of a parking pass if I'm still getting booted. He then goes in his phone and says that particular parking pass is not in our system. So I explained I wouldn't have these keys if the establishment didn't provide them. Then he tells me to take it up with the property. I had to pay $75 to get the boot off. I had to wait until Monday to plead my case with the property. They told me I would get a refund. There are minimal towels provided and we did not receive the request when we asked for extras so I would plan to bring what you need if you have an extended stay. Everything was walking distance except for grocery and things were very quiet. The laundry facilities on-site are subpar and priced higher than other local facilities. The location is super convenient and I just wish we were notified there was construction going on nearby. Overall great spot.

Stayed during winter storm. Mom had surgery at nearby hospital. Was walkable despite the snow. Great having the kitchen...really came in handy given the weather. Well appointed unit. Would highly recommend. There are some homeless nearby, but still felt safe.

The instructions to get in were flawed because the scanner was broken. I went around the building to the other side of it and used that scanner to get in. Person on the floor above me stomped the whole time I was in the apartment below them. The apartment setup was nice and the view is nice location is nice. Parking was good and secure until the last day the security door was open and not going down for some reason. Oh and the people that live there know it's a rental and will walk past your door and check the handle to see if you locked it, happened multiple times while I was there.

It was wonderful! I stayed there for a long weekend with my boyfriend and it was absolutely perfect! The hosts had very clear communication, everything was easy and they even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. We will 100% stay here again if we need a place to stay in ATL.

Unfortunately upon arrival the fridge was not working. So we had to resort to buying ice for the first day for our groceries. Communication was good with the property manager. The fridge came good sometime overnight but definitely on the way out as it worked minimally. The area was safe and there were a couple of good eating lotions close by. I would stay there again.
