stayed there for one week, and during that time they never cleaned my room, even though I asked them several times. They also ruined my linen jumpsuit when they washed it. I even paid for the service and explained to them how to properly wash linen since it’s expensive, but when I got my clothes back, they were completely destroyed. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to wear them again. I went to the reception to explain what happened, but they only said “sorry to hear that” and took no further action.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était bon, pleins de commerces a proximité, les lieux principaux sont faisables à pied. Pour la chambre, elle était mal insonorisée et un peu petite mais cela suffit pour deux personnes. À notre arrivée la chambre était propre. Le seul bémol est que le ménage n’est pas fait durant le séjour, nous avons dû nous même demander à la réception du papier toilette etc, et la couette était trop petite par rapport au lit. Le petit déjeuner est très très limité quasi pas de choix ce qui est dommage et uniquement du salé

This is a great budget hotel overall. I spent 5 nights there at under $390. The neighborhood is safe with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. My room with panoramic view was tiny. The bed was literally a foot away from the door. There wasn't much space for luggages so everything had to go on that small desk or ledge under the TV. The queen size bed fits the whole room from the balcony to the bathroom. The room was well cleaned when I arrived, but no daily housekeeping. On my third day I had to request it, and that was the only time it was done. They made the bed but did not change the sheets. Breakfast was more like afternoon snacks consisting of tomatoes, cucumbers, cheeses, sliced ham or bologna, pita, break rolls cut in halves, boiled eggs, and bunch of condiments. They also had coffee, tea, and 1 type of juice. The food was a pass for me, plus they never started on time. Front desk personnel, were helpful and courteous. Good choice for solo travelers or anyone on a budget.

Room was very clean, cozy and modern, although small. Staff was very attentive & pleasant.

Great hotel! Felt like new with the updated rooms and bathrooms - very clean. Breakfast was good, they even made me an iced latte on my way out every morning. The rooms are on the small side, but the cleanliness makes up for it. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to the train to get around easily.

Service: We were upgraded to a new room at our request; we stayed in room 104 for 5 days. Daily cleaning. Cleanliness. No tobacco smell—the room is truly non-smoking. Safe. Windows overlook a shopping street—if you want peace and quiet, Istanbul is not for you. The port is nearby, and the terminal is across the street. The embankment is a long walk, a couple of hours. Breakfast includes cucumbers, tomatoes, 5 types of cheese, and drinking water. Coffee and tea are available all day. The reception staff are very welcoming—they speak English. We ordered a transfer, and they met and saw us off. A great 3*** hotel. Thank you.

Staff were nice and helpful. Good access to transportation. Breakfast was simple, could be more diverse. Rooms were clean. We asked for room cleaning everyday but I realised sheets were not changed. They also gave us bottled water everyday. Overall we had a good stay.

The staff were wonderful the only problem was that the walls to the room are very thin and you really really heard your neighbors. That was the only bummer N

I couldn’t recommend the property for the reasons I checked off as noisy no air-conditioning and limited offerings in the breakfast area as well as tiny tiny rooms. The staff was friendly enough and helpful and it was clean.

Virkelig dårlig morgen mad og meget støj om batten

The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was lovely and included warm bagels. The location and cleanliness were excellent also they have a cute and big cat

First of all the room was incredibly small. We had no bedsheets and had to ask for them and make up the bed ourselves. We had a kettle base with no kettle and no water bottles. The shower was leaking in multiple spots and draining badly so we had to pretty much shower in under a minute to avoid the bathroom to be flooded. We had a plane to catch and were told breakfast was open from 8am but at 8:15 it was still being set up and one couldn’t get a coffee or a piece of bread. Most disappointing of all. We tried to contact the hotel twice to complain and were simply ignored. This hotel doesn’t care about the guests at all and should be avoided at all costs.

Orhan and Ali run a clean and honest hotel. My experience at the Lenus was excellent in every respect. They were available and willing to help me in all things, from getting cash to navigating the city, day or night. Next time I come to Istanbul, I’m staying here.

El entorno del hotel muy ruidoso, gaviotas cantando por la noche, peleas de gatos , el camión de la basura pasa constante mente por la calle del hotel, por la noche mucha actividad en las calles y mucho ruido

The hotel is only 15 mins walk from the metro station, and is easy to find. There are small grocery stores and hawkers nearby and they open till very late (like 9-10 pm) so it is convenient to buy stuffs even if arrive late. The owner is really friendly and helped us to provide everything we need to settle down smoothly. I also like how the building is decorated with flowers and vines and it gives a cozy vibe peeking out from the window. Overall a good value option with a clean room and all the necessities we need to stay comfortably.

Otelin konumu metroya ve Yenikapı sahiline çok yakın, Sultanahmet'e bile yürüyerek yarım saatte gidiliyor. Çok mütevazı bir otel. İşletmecisi Orhan bey başta olmak üzere personel de çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Bu bölgeye bir daha gelirsek tekrar Lenus'ta kalacağız.

Chambre propre mais un peu petite. | Personnel à votre écoute et à votre service. | Commerces à proximité proche des commerces et du métro , accessibilité des commerces à pieds. Bon petit déjeuner . Quartier calme. Je recommande cet hôtel (Qualité prix) .

Hôtel récent, bien placé, propre 👌. Personnel aimable. Petit-déjeuner minimal et décevant par rapport à ce qui était annoncé et photographié : thé insipide, pas de café (à notre demande le personnel est allé nous en chercher), pas de pain (seulement morceaux de pide et poca), ni céréales, ni yaourt, ni fruits, jus d’orange imbuvable. On aurait aimé du vrai beurre, c’était de la margarine.
