Newer hotel, so the rooms were updated and the lobby was super clean and cute. They have free breakfast, a pool, gym, and a little market in the corner. My daughter thought she left her wallet in the room after we left and the super nice guy at the front desk, Chris, even ran back to the room himself to check for us! (It was with her the whole time) Found some toenail clippings under the nightstand area next to the bed that definitely wasn't mine, but other than that, it was a great place, great location and great price. I would stay here again.

The hotel is relatively new and still smelled new. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our refrigerator was not cooling correctly and they got it switched out in 10 minutes. My two complaints would be that the bed was too low and difficult to get in and out of AND they charged a fee to park.

Pet friendly the website says. Doesn’t say anything about paying $75 to have a dog. Couldn’t cancel so we were stuck. The pet fees should be posted if you accept animals.

It was a clean hotel. The Friday staff was sort of snobby and cold; but the night and weekend staff was friendly and accommodating. There was loud music from the next room and what sounded like someone dropping furniture on the floor from the room above. I had to call the desk a couple times to get the guy in the next room to turn the music down after 1130.pm. but after the second call, he (or she) DID turn the music down. And then the furniture dropping noises from the room above stopped as well. The pool was unheated. On Saturday, there was a waffle iron out at breakfast and the waffle was shaped like Texas!

Friendly staff and overall a nice stay. This hotel is in kind of a strange location - wedged in between other businesses and next to a bus depot. It also would have been nice if we knew we were going to be charged for parking. It's a minimal charge but still seems rather silly.

The staff was great. But the sheets were stained. And the mattress pad had a pee stain. The room was big. And the Tvs good. The toilet had trouble flushing.

The best stays I've had in Dallas. It was very clean smelt really good when I walked in the lobby. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing. They had waffles, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, salsa, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins, all the toppings for the oatmeal like craisins, almonds, brown sugar, raisins, walnuts and fruit. They had chocolate milk white milk, of course coffee juices, it was a variety of breakfast items. And the tenant was very sweet she kept stuff stocked up and clean area. Upon arrival I was greeted with a manager and he was very sweet I wish I could remember his name. But I really did like this stay. And of course a work out room. also a pool but it was too cold to go near it but definitely if you're traveling with family in the summer or the warmer days this will be your go-to place.Will definitely be returning when I go back to Dallas again.

My family's stay was good overall. The staff was polite and helpful. Our room consisted of a king bed and a sofa bed, both were clean although the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. The refrigerator in our room kept turning off throughout our stay, so that was a bummer. The complimentary breakfast was lackadaisical. I was expecting a breakfast that's comparable to what is served at the Holiday Inn Express, egg whites with bell peppers, seasoned potatoes, huge cinnamon rolls, bacon, turkey sausage, etc. I could go on and on about the breakfast at Holiday Inn Express, there were far more options and the flavor of the food was better than what my family and I had at The Fairfield Inn. I'd stay at the Fairfield again and would give a 5 star review to the property if the refrigerator in my room works properly and the breakfast menu vastly improves.

Stayed a couple of nights in August and the hotel is very adequate - still new, very clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was adequate. As stated by others, the water pressure in the showers is very low. Hotel next door was still under construction.

We asked for a non-smoking room. We were put in a room that appeared to be non-smoking as there were no ashtrays however, it smelt like smoke. There was not an extra blanket or an extra pillow available. The refrigerator did not cool and it was very noisy being close to the interstate, but the smell of the room was the worst and certainly was not worth the money to stay there, I wish I had chosen a different hotel, and I will not be staying at a Fairfield in the future.

Hotel is fairly new. This is our second stay in 4 months. The cleanliness of the property has declined. We only had an outer shower curtain and there was something that had dripped down the pony wall that has been there no telling how long. I’m also not sure it had been vacuumed. Additionally, I was charged for parking - didn’t have a parking fee last time, and was not told about a parking fee. I don’t understand the need as this is not a downtown hotel and there is ample self parking all around the property. It was only $5, but it’s the point of not being told and absolutely not necessary. Staff upon check-in and check-out were basically dismissive. I greeted them and pretty much received silence. I think the only questions I was asked were my name and how many keys, and then, “checking out?” with a hand extended as we left. Hospitality training is needed, at a minimum - sorry I bothered you by checking in and out. Thank you, but it won’t happen again.

I’m going to try and be short .. I get there to check in the guy checking me in was talking to his co worker about idk what but ran my card then told me it didn’t go through to swipe again so I did .. I asked I won’t be charged twice right ? No of course not .. went up to my room checked and guess what was charged twice .. but different totals random totals so I thought that was strange … when I went back down to see what we can do he didn’t have an answer for me said come back 7 am manager would be there he has more access to computer.. went back 7 am manager not there another worker told her the story about the charges .. she checked couldn’t give me an answer either as to why I’m seeing random changes she told me to come back at 3pm manager would be in … went back at 3 guess what no manager !!!! Well come to find out the manager likes to hide from costumers in the back office !!!! Anyways my problem was not solved I’ll be calling my back to dispute transactions!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

I had an amazing stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas East! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well-kept, which made it super comfortable and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming-which made the experience enjoyable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to plenty of things to do in the area. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas!

The rooms were really nice and the staff were very professional!!!! I loved that the parking lot was very well lit. The area probably isn’t the best but this hotel definitely brings up the property value of the area!!!! I’d definitely stay here again!!!!! The hotel was clean and we felt very safe and secure!!!!!!

The property was very clean. Smelled great, and the continental. A newer hotel, and was a lot nicer than I was originally anticipating with the area. My only complaint, which is no fault to the property itself is there’s a ton of construction going on around it.
