Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Little Rock Downtown by IHG

Very nice good variety and times were good

Good breakfast. The staff offered great customer service. The room was smaller than we expected for a suite but otherwise it was a nice hotel.

The Hotel was perfect, the room was very clean, it is very quiet building, so you can sleep in peace, the Staff very kind and helpful if you ask about restaurants or what to do around the area. Breakfast was great very complete and clean area. Parking lot safe and close to the building. It is perfect, feel free to stay and sleep like a baby.

Staff was very nice upon check in. However it would have been nice to be notified the pool was closed. We had two children with us and one had surgery at Children’s we had hoped the other would be able to swim to keep him occupied. We then had an emergency and had to leave early and no refund was offered.

MAYBE THE STAFF SHOULD CHECK SMALL THINGS SUCH AS LIGHT BULBS. WE NEEDED ONE BY THE BED OR HAVING SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO DELIVER TO ROOM OR ASSIST ME AT FRONT DESK.
