Great stay , very comfortable room , great food and ideal location for us. Although I would say anyone staying needs to take into account you ARE staying above a pub, so there’s obviously going to be noise etc ….but it didn’t bother us as we used the the pub both nights of our stay. The food was fantastic both for the evening meal and the breakfast in the morning .. The bed was awesome and very comfortable, everything worked as it should and the room was very clean, and more importantly above anything else …it is DOG FRIENDLY ( although you do need to book a space in the bar area if you’re wanting to eat with your companion) All in all a great weekend in an area we’ve rarely visited ….so we WILL be staying again In the future

Very pleased with our overnight stay here , it was a spur of the moment decision to attend market rasen races (also v good ) it’s a little out of the way about £20 ew in a taxi but we’d do it again just plan it better from our side . Restaurant v busy so it would pay to book ahead and closes at nine .Good service , v clean and comfy and a good nights sleep with breakfast also excellent would absolutely recommend and we will definitely return .good value for money too 4.5 stars

Very nice pub and staff but unfortunately there were a few things not up to scratch.Firstly if we had been told that the pub and restaurant was closed on a Monday and Tuesday we would not have booked here to stay.We like to stay in the smaller more personal places better than giving money to the big chains but to find we have to let ourselves in and then have to hunt around for an evening meal when it should be just downstairs!There we’re a few other minor things which were not up to scratch,quite a lot of dust under the shelf where you hung the clothes and one or two mistakes and breakfast and the one dinner we had there.It was a shame as this should be a great place to stay.Perhaps we were just unlucky at the time we stayed!

Enjoyed our recent stay here ,a great place to explore the local area ,with Lincoln only 15 minutes away .The room was clean , tidy and modern .The hotel / pub is on a busy road ,so you may experience some traffic noise at times ,this didn't put us off and would use again in the future .The hotel / pub has a lovely garden that is kept in immaculate condition with William making sure every plant and hanging basket is kept in tip top condition.The food here is very good and the drink selection should be able to keep all happy with it's wide selection.The staff are very friendly and make sure you have everything you need.The room that we stayed in had a nice selection of teas and filtered coffee and the added bonus of biscuits .The bathroom was spotless and also had a selection of toiletries.This lovely gastro pub/ hotel should be high up on your list if looking at staying in the Lincoln area .

A lovely clean comfortable pet friendly hotel with very efficient and very friendly staff, a delicious breakfast with a wide choice options to choose from. Lovely outside seating area, the hotel also has plenty of parking spaces all at a very competitive price.

your information re check in was completely wrong. The pub is closed on mondays & tuesdays & therefore there are no check in facilities. The Adam & Eve emailed me saying they would send details of how to check in 24 hrs before date of arrival. Nothing happened & I became increasingly worried - could not contact anyone as pub was closed.I finally received info at 7.30am on the morning of my booking, this was extreemly distressing.

The Adam & Eve has lovely modern, clean and comfortable rooms and offers an excellent breakfast. The pub was actually shut on Monday/Tuesday of my stay but check-in was straight forward, I just wasn't able to sample the dinner menu or beers! That aside - fully recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was very clean, only thing lacking was any chairs to sit on. Plenty of on site parking.

What a great little find this was. Everything about it was perfect, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, great pub and good location. If you stay there try the steak pie you will not regret it.

Loved this pub with rooms; a lucky find in the area.Super,friendly, welcoming staff.Immaculate room and bathroom,very comfortable bed and quiet position. Breakfast excellent and great coffee. Brilliant value.

Dinner menu is limited to pub grub. Salad was gritty as not washed. Mains special was excellent. Friendly service. Table needed a wipe over as sticky. Bedroom was quiet (except for traffic noise, and outside teeny bop music they had playing through a speaker (unnecessarily). Had to sleep with window shut, which made the room stuffy. Breakfast was OK but they didn’t provide any yoghurt, let alone natural. Again, nice staff. It is clearly a successful operation, well run, suited to the local demographic.

First of all I must say that overall we enjoyed our stay, however there were a few things that shouldn't happen when you pay for a premium room. Room was large, spacious and (importantly at this time of year) warm/cosey. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom and bath was large and well presented. Plenty of storage in a decent sized wardrobe. The included breakfasts were great. From the various pancake options through the gorgeous sour bread sandwiches to the more traditional breakfasts you cannot make a bad choice. The staff were friendly and chatty too the entire visit. The things that were not quite right were : Housekeeping seemed to keep missing little things. 3 days without topping up the small UHT milks was annoying when tea/coffee/biscuits were topped up (we ended up buying powdered coffees from local COOP). Toilet roll was missed one day. We asked the cleaner for this and milk, we got the toilet roll but no milk still. On arrival we were given a bottle of water, but never received another the rest of our week there. Sink in bathroom is in dire need of some attention as it is very slow draining. Just a few rough edges which took the shine off a lovely stay. Final concern is aimmed more at the restaurant. Very limited vegetarian choices with the burger in particular disappointing and further limiting choice (it was almost too clever a veggie option in construction). There is a pub not too far away with extensive veggie options too.

Small room very hot extractor fans very loud outside prevented window being opened. (Room 4). Nicely presented and very clean room however bed comfy the hamper provided for breskfast was good but lacked yoghurt and bread for those who dont like milk or pastries.

Double room and ensuite as expected, mattress somewhat soft for our liking. Visit during very warm period so had to have window open as no fan/air conditioning. Room overlooked beer garden area and, as close to busy main road, noise is a factor if window open for cooling. Staff excellent and food (breakfast) substantial. Recommended but be aware of location downside.

We spent two nights at this impressive hotel in Wragby . The food, both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The bedroom was small but comfortable. The ensuite was spotless but did not have a bath. The staff in the restaurant were efficient and polite. I would recommend the hotel although it took us a while to find as Market Rasen was the main feature of the address.

What a wonderful property! We stayed in room 2 ….. Super king size bed, spacious, clean and cosy with a lovely bathroom. The only down side for us, unfortunately, was the noise of a downstairs door booming through the room every couple of minutes - (may have been the main door to the pub), and the noise of the traffic was horrendous. Not the pubs fault, and I was warned (after emailing) that we may suffer ‘some’ traffic noise, but I hardly slept. Also, there was a bright green ceiling light which was ridiculously bright. Never stayed in a hotel before, with such a bright emergency light! Other than that it was a gorgeous place to stay, great for getting into Lincoln too. We had a table booked in the restaurant. The atmosphere and ambiance was most wonderful as it was very popular. The food was wonderful, fresh and cooked to order and reasonably priced and the professional attitude and friendliness of all the staff made it. We’d definitely stay here again, just with ear plugs and a sleep mask! Very reasonably priced.

Lovely spacious and comfortable room, with a large and clean en-suite. Really nice breakfast with good sized portions. Dinner in the hotel, although the menu was somewhat limited for choice was always excellent and again, good sized portions. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The premises are a bistro pub with rooms to the back of the premises and free parking. The room (No 7) was accessed by a corridor to the rear and was very tidy and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very nice with a powerful shower. The only minus I can say are that the room has a high step inside the room which could trip you up going to the bathroom at night. On the other side of the bed was a low ceiling, However this was a minor inconvenience

Great food & modern room with everything you need, always stay here when in the area for work. Breakfast is cooked to order, and top notch. Wifi could be improved is the only gripe.

Room was quite small but adequate. There was a garden music speaker outside the window which was on till 11.30 pm playing to an unoccupied garden . Also the cellar cooling fan was outside the window on all night and noisey . An emergency evacuation light glowed an intense green into the room all night which was very annoying. The mattress was far too soft for our liking . The food was excellent but a very limited choice . The staff were amazing and the breakfast first class. Wragby is very small hamlet that can be walked around in 1/2 hour .
Room was quite small but adequate. There was a garden music speaker outside the window which was on till 11.30 pm playing to an unoccupied garden . Also the cellar cooling fan was outside the window on all night and noisey . An emergency evacuation light glowed an intense green into the room all night which was very annoying. The mattress was far too soft for our liking . The food was excellent but a very limited choice . The staff were amazing and the breakfast first class. Wragby is very small hamlet that can be walked around in 1/2 hour .

Perfect little place to stay, rooms are lovely, menu is great and staff very friendly , we had planned to stay here as part of break around lincoln and my husband had hewrt attack and ended up in lincoln hospital so i had to stay alone, staff were so kind and helpful arranging extra nights for me to stay and advice on how to get to and fro to the hospital, i cant recommended The Adam & Eve highly enough and will definitely be back, with my husband next time !

when we (me and my son) arrived to check in the young blonde girl checked me in but the room was set up with a queen bed not 2 singles she asked if i was ok to hang around in the bar while she personally reconfigures the room she returned and took us to the room made us a reservation in the restaurant and allocated breakfast she was very pleasant efficient and knew the area well superb asset to the pub/hotel

Absolutely brilliant stay at the Adam & Eve. Room, Restaurant and staff were all excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner we eat in the restaurant were faultless. The staff were very polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Double room and ensuite as expected, mattress somewhat soft for our liking. Visit during very warm period so had to have window open as no fan/air conditioning. Room overlooked beer garden area and, as close to busy main road, noise is a factor if window open for cooling. Staff excellent and food (breakfast) substantial. Recommended but be aware of location downside.

Very pleased with our overnight stay here , it was a spur of the moment decision to attend market rasen races (also v good ) it’s a little out of the way about £20 ew in a taxi but we’d do it again just plan it better from our side . Restaurant v busy so it would pay to book ahead and closes at nine .Good service , v clean and comfy and a good nights sleep with breakfast also excellent would absolutely recommend and we will definitely return .good value for money too 4.5 stars

Enjoyed our recent stay here ,a great place to explore the local area ,with Lincoln only 15 minutes away .The room was clean , tidy and modern .The hotel / pub is on a busy road ,so you may experience some traffic noise at times ,this didn't put us off and would use again in the future .The hotel / pub has a lovely garden that is kept in immaculate condition with William making sure every plant and hanging basket is kept in tip top condition.The food here is very good and the drink selection should be able to keep all happy with it's wide selection.The staff are very friendly and make sure you have everything you need.The room that we stayed in had a nice selection of teas and filtered coffee and the added bonus of biscuits .The bathroom was spotless and also had a selection of toiletries.This lovely gastro pub/ hotel should be high up on your list if looking at staying in the Lincoln area .

We spent two nights at this impressive hotel in Wragby . The food, both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The bedroom was small but comfortable. The ensuite was spotless but did not have a bath. The staff in the restaurant were efficient and polite. I would recommend the hotel although it took us a while to find as Market Rasen was the main feature of the address.

What a great little find this was. Everything about it was perfect, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, great pub and good location. If you stay there try the steak pie you will not regret it.

A very nice modernised pub. Good bedroom which has a gun cabinet and smart ensuite. Staff were very welcoming showing me to my room. The steak pie for dinner was huge and good despite something being too salty. Good dinner and breakfast menu. The Adam breakfast, a full English, was excellent.

Superb stay, loved every minute. Will definitely travel again. All staff were very welcoming and helped my elderly mum. Nothing was too much trouble and the steak pie was the best I've wlecer tasted. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone I know traveling that way.

Room was very nice with a bath. Breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal we had. Toilet paper could do with an upgrade and the dining area was invaded by small flies and wasps. (Issues with the side door into the beer garden left open.

Lovely spacious and comfortable room, with a large and clean en-suite. Really nice breakfast with good sized portions. Dinner in the hotel, although the menu was somewhat limited for choice was always excellent and again, good sized portions. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Dinner menu is limited to pub grub. Salad was gritty as not washed. Mains special was excellent. Friendly service. Table needed a wipe over as sticky. Bedroom was quiet (except for traffic noise, and outside teeny bop music they had playing through a speaker (unnecessarily). Had to sleep with window shut, which made the room stuffy. Breakfast was OK but they didn’t provide any yoghurt, let alone natural. Again, nice staff. It is clearly a successful operation, well run, suited to the local demographic.

The staff were very helpful, showed me to my room and were friendly. The bed, bath and shower were all excellent. The room itself was spacious and well presented. Booked as we went to see a friend who had a daytime party at the pub. The England match was on in the evening, and I appreciated the ear plugs provided! Would come again and recommend to anyone visiting Wragby.
