Check in was great, and the room was clean, but the bathroom tile was worn, cracked and unpresentable The breakfast offerings did not have much taste. The pool area was not maintained and one day, in order for my grandkids to swim, I skimmed the pool mysrlf while 3 people sat at the desk gossiping. I had to do laundry during my stay, and two machines were out of order. The night staff was friendly but the day staff was abrupt and lacked customer service skills. I expect more out of a Marriott property.

My experience with Fairfield Inn and Suites has always been a positive one until this time. Our carpet was saturated with water leaking from the ac unit. It felt terribly walking on a wet carpet throughout our stay. We informed the front desk but they did nothing about it. They didn't offer to move us to another room which would have been ideal. Instead here we are forced to disclose a negative experience. I guess long story short, if you have a problem, don't expect anyone to do anything about it, much less care.
