I had a horrible experience. I have never had this ever happened to me until I try to check in and they told me they canceled my reservation. They told me they tried to reach out to me around 5pm and I said I was on the road on the way here. I didn’t received a call , no text and no emails. They mentioned it was through the third party app. Who checks a third party app for messages? The worse part of it was that I was with my kids and we were on the road for hours and I needed to scramble and find another hotel at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. They didn’t offer up another hotel or a solution rather they just apologized. This was the most absurd experience I have never had a hotel. Never booking a stay at another Hampton Inn and Suites ever again.

Absolutely loved everything! Hot breakfast was great with make your own waffle station, eggs, meat, oatmeal, cereal, bread/muffins/scones, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, juice, and more! Staff were super friendly, room was clean and spacious. Loved how the room had enough hooks to hang towels to dry for a family of 4 (could accommodate more). They also have a hot cocoa/tea/coffee bar in the lobby that is open 24/7. Everyone enjoyed that part. And location is great - right off the freeway, close to on-ramps, and lots of places to eat nearby. Raising Canes is literally across the street. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
