A hospedagem é muito bem localizada. Por ser minha primeira vez em Nápoles, em um primeiro momento estranhei um pouco o ambiente, mas com as horas a impressão do prédio e da hospedagem foi melhorando. O apartamento não é novo ou recém reformado, mas é bastante prático. É possível chegar a pé à vários pontos interessantes da região e tem uma estação de metrô praticamente na porta. Um ponto que poderia melhorar foi o processo de checkin. Houve uma falha de comunicação e o proprietário não estava esperando minha chegada. Pela plataforma não tive muito sucesso para resolver e quem ajudou foi a vizinhança.

Only 2 pillows with cases, the other two did not have cases. The toilet was not cleaned and had residue on the inside of the toilet seat. Only two very thin towels, and two hand towels were provided and one of the towels had a hole in it. The place looks like a run down B&B, dark and dusty in the common areas. Also it was very hard to find and we had to wait an hour for someone to let us in once we finally found it. On the positive side, the AC was great, the location was very walkable in a central area with coffee shops all over, and the furnishings in the room were fine.

the owner was rude and unhelpful. for 3 nights he gave us a half roll of toilet paper?. After 45 minutes of waking with our lugged realized that the place is inside a building not in the street.
