I said I had a good stay. The room clean. My only problem with the stay was when we first entered. The night before I was told I needed to provide a better photo of my passport, which I did, and I received an email stating all was set. When I tried to enter I was told after many attempts that I needed to provide a photo of myself, which took much time. You had no problem taking my money in advance, but made it very difficult to enter the place while standing outside in the cold for a looong time.

There was no reception... it is not a hotel. It is just some random place with electronic door locks.

The thermostat valve of the heating system was broken. The room was 25C upon arrival. Too warm to sleep. After opening the window, I was woken up by the divery truck at 4:20 am. A call for repair was ignored, so I had to endure this for 3 consecutive nights.

Horrible customer service, made for a stressful experience. They provide instructions for check in that are incomplete and misleading, and totally unfriendly to anyone with disabilities such as dyslexia. The heating was set to 25C when I arrived on a warm day so it took ages to cool the apartment down. The bedding provided was for the winter even though it is the end ofMay so sleeping was unvomfortably hot. The full wall windows give to the street and not nice green nature, so the photos provided in the room description are totally misleading. Privacy difficult with having to open windows in the heat and being so exposed to view from the street. Overall awful, I will never come back.
