Beim Ankommen wurden wir eher unfreundlich behandelt und wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein. Zudem gab es nur Parkplätze auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, die noch zudem 12€ pro Tag gekostet haben. Die Zimmer und die Lage des Hotels waren hingegen sehr toll.

The location is perfect for a beach getaway. It seemed safe and although the room and bathroom were very clean the walls in the bedroom were worn and dirty. Additionally, the team could not have been more helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eden and would highly recommend the hotel to others. We stayed with our two children and the rooms were functional, clean, and the staff were excellent. We all loved the breakfast and the location is great. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel esternamente ben tenuto e molto bello,all’interno un po’ meno….in parte rinnovato in parte stile anni 80. Personale abbastanza gentile e cordiale. La nostra camera era molto piccola per tre persone aveva 3 letti un po’ strani…erano praticamente delle brandine con delle assi di legno e un materasso alto non più di 10cm quindi per nulla comodi. Le Lenzuola poi erano in parte strappate e di bassa qualità,una delle due coperte era macchiata. In camera faceva un gran caldo…quasi 26 gradi a febbraio…abbiamo chiesto più volte (2 telefonate alla reception) se il riscaldamento fosse spento…attendo ancora una risposta definitiva in merito. Insonorizzazione delle camere disturbata dal continuo sbattere delle porte delle camere. Bagno piccolissimo ma con finestra. Colazione buona e varia (salato e dolce). Ottima la terrazza al quarto piano dove poter vedere il mare e il lungomare di Viareggio. Pulizia nella norma(niente di speciale).

Vi hadde det fint på hotellet. Frokosten var helt grei. Det var ryddet og fiksa på rommet vårt hver dag, men i kriker og kroker kunne det vært renere. På firemannsrommet var sovesofaen heiset til to etasjers køyeseng. Ikke all verden komfort for voksne eller større barn.

rapporto prezzo/qualità davvero ottimo. La posizione è eccellente, colazione da 5* e con tutto di ottima qualità, personale gentile, in particolare sottolineo le signore della colazione e il signore in reception notturna, davvero accoglienti. Unica nota la pulizia della camera, per me sufficiente e più che accettabile, ma non curata. Letto molto comodo. Per il parcheggio danno un tagliando da mettere sull'auto (6€ 24h).

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better. The service was friendly and the breakfast adequate. My daughter rebooked for next February so that speaks for itself. Having lived in VIAREGGIO and returned to spend time with relatives we feel we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel.

We had a one night stay in August at the Hotel Eden and really wished we had the opportunity to stay longer but will definitely return. The check in was smooth and the staff were so helpful to provide all the information to us with the parking, and beach options and restaurants. We travelled with our dog and this hotel is truly a dog friendly hotel and all staff being very kind and helpful. The location is also very convenient and central and the price for the room and breakfast very reasonable considering the location and quality of the hotel. Thank you Hotel Eden for a great stay!!!

El hotel es muy bueno, atencion del personal, limpieza, desayuno excelentes. Esta frente a la playa con una calle peatonal.con comercios y restarantes. A diez cuadras de la estacion de trenes a la cual se puede ir caminando o como opcion se puede tomar un bus a dos cuadras. La ciudad de Viareggio es muy linda para caminarla.

Perfectly situated just across the street from the beach. Also close to the bus station and train station. Second time at this hotel but not the last! Comfortable beds and nice shower. Really tasty breakfast with booth sweet croissants and homebaked pastry and scrambled eggs and bacon. And very good cappuccino!

Stayed at The Eden Hotel for 5 nights in Oct 2025. Great Hotel and would recommend. We were 2 persons and chose this hotel due to the breakfast photos, roof terrace and location. The breakfast was included in the room rate (for us) and included scrambled eggs, cook yourself boiled eggs, fruit, croissants, cake, bread, breakfast cereals, hams, cheese, yoghurt, bacon, help your self filter coffee, made or order cappuchino, English Breakfast Tea (other flavours available) and probably other things I have missed. The roof is a large area with sunloungers and tables/chairs - perfect for sunset and daytime sun bathing. You are on the sea front so can see the beach from the roof and potentially your room, if you have a suitable front facing room. It felt like a family run hotel which was great. The hotel is about 20 mims walk from the train station. |Come out the train station cross the road and walk as far as the beach road - hotel is one block to the left. Room had a fridge and TV although didnt watch the TV as no English speaking news channels that I found. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. We like to do our bit and save the towel washing etc. Think the staff thought we were crazy when asking for no room cleaning. Miss the breakfast after leaving and would recommend the hotel to other guests.
