Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building's elevator is very, very sketchy however I don't hold that against the condo itself. It was decorated beautifully and the owners spared no expense with higher end tv's, balcony furniture and other accessories.

The outdoor pool is across the street but everything else was great.

Besides that, the condo was very nicely renovated and very clean. It had everything needed for the kitchen. The building itself could use some TLC as it is very old. None of this stops of from having a great time. I would recommend this condo to family and friends. I would suggest taking a look at the mold issue.

This condo was perfect for our group of four ladies on a girls’ trip. Wonderful balcony right on the beach. We saw dolphins almost every day. Very clean accommodations, nice kitchen set up. Indoor heated pool, and outdoor pool. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Location is wonderful, beach access is extremely convenient. The condo was clean and well stocked. The only thing that wasn’t exactly ideal is the parking situation. Definitely not enough parking in the main lot. Overflow is across a busy street which I did not know or missed in the original booking. It worked out fine but it is a bit of a hassle.

The property was adequate and offered a splendid beach view. There was some work being done on the balcony - it had ruts in the concrete as if it had been blasted with a jackhammer. Also, a couple of large work buckets had been left behind in the den by someone. Finally, there were very few plugs available to charge electronic devices, which gave the place an out-of-date feel. On the plus side the condo was very comfortable and clean with nice decor.

The patio was our favorite spot with comfortable furniture and beautiful gulf views. We also enjoyed the patio access from the master bedroom, which provided a beautiful scenery to wake up to. Access to the beach was easy and not too crowded. For the most part everything we needed was available in the unit. The king mattress was perfect for our liking - Nice and firm. The rest of the furniture was in good shape and very comfortable. The pull out mattress would not be recommended for adults. Our teen complained that it was not comfortable, but I don't know that any pull out mattress would be. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub; a nice perk that isn't found in many units of this price range. Maintenance and upkeep of the unit as well as the entire property is in need of some TLC. If we were planning a trip longer than a few nights I would likely look elsewhere, but for this short stay, it was just what we needed.

This property is in a great location and clean. The best part was the beach front views and watching dolphins on the patio every morning. The private beach was lovely. But note: There are no tents allowed at the property so thankfully there was an umbrella in the closet or ones to rent. Also we had two parking passes but just needed one. Even so, we almost didn’t have a place to park a few evenings. People were parked in unmarked spots. I would say the building overall needs some attention. The condo was convenient and had all we needed but the peeling paint on the walls, vanities and ceilings left us feeling underwhelmed. Some of the lights didn’t work and I think for the value we may stay somewhere else. This could be an A+ with some standard updates and maintenance.

Property had minor repairs that were needed, but was clean. Vrbo offered to make repairs during our stay, but I declined. Building and other visitors were family friendly, my teens were safe to go to the beach w/o me.

Reviewer Comments: We were excited to stay at the Lei Lani again this year as we have stayed here for almost 10 years since it is our favorite condo and location due to being less crowded.This year, we decided to get a 2-bedroom due to my 2-year-old being big enough to sleep in a bed alone.Upon arrival, we immediately smelled cigarette smoke outside of the door and were hit by a wall of the smell when we entered. I immediately contacted the management company who reached out to help find a solution. Our first option was to move to a different condo, which we were open to until we discovered that the closest condo was in Gulf Shores. The second option was to have maintenance come spray and leave an ozone machine to clear the smell. We chose the second option as we wanted to stay at the Lei Lani, as we had planned and paid for.Maintenance arrived and he was very rude. He stated he could not smell any smoke even after we pointed out that the guest room was even worse than the entryway. He again stated that he didn't smell anything and it was just "old condo smell" even though we’ve never experienced that in our many years of stays. He left an ozone machine and we ran it every time we left. The smell would be gone for a few hours but then it would come back. We eventually had to move my 2-year-old into the master bedroom with my husband and myself as the smell was starting to make him sick. We had to shut off the second bedroom completely but the smell still leached out. It eventually resulted in an urgent care visit requiring breathing treatments for my son, but yet according to maintenance, "there was no smoke smell."While the management company did provide us with options, we didn't feel it was right to ask us to move to Gulf Shores to be able to enjoy our stay due to something that wasn’t our fault.Overall, the condo was beautifully decorated and incredibly well-stocked. A great stay. Some paint peeling off the ceiling and the walls in a few spots, but clean and nice over all. Was perfect for us.

The condo was very nice. Faced the beach and had everything weneeded except for safety bars in both bathrooms. Looking forward to coming against.

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend in this condo. Everything was very nice including the furniture. Every amenity we could think of was provided and of good quality. The view and the patio were spectacular! Will recommend to friends and family for sure!

Beautiful view and great location. It was quiet and well equipped for our needs. We read what starter items would be there, so we packed additional tp, paper towels, laundry and dish Detergent and closet Wipes that we knew we would need for our family. We had an issue with Hot water on day 1, but that was quickly resolved through chat in the vacasa app (breaker tripped before we arrived, we think- but never did it again while we were there). Beach was great after the clouds cleared.

It was nice just to walk down to the beach from our place. The only downfall I would say about the place is if you would like to walk to restaurants or places they are not typically walking distance unless you’re athletic and young and can appreciate the heat. Lol. So we Ubered the whole time we were here.Never had a long wait for a ride. King bed very comfortable and it was nice to be provided with the basic essentials when we got there.

We have stayed at 103 several times now. It's not over crowded and right on the beach. It has a great balcony for coffee and dolphin watching in morning and drinks in evening. Condo has everything you will need.

The location and view was great. Plenty of things to do and places to eat nearby.

We had a great time at this location. So close to the beach. You can enjoy time out on the beach or just sit on the deck/balcony and watch everything. We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every day!
