Communication was excellent. They answered all of my questions prior to arriving. Loved the breakfast they left in the refrigerator - nice touch. Loved the fenced in backyard where I could go outside with them without being on leashes. Very clean. We felt safe walking the neighborhood with our dogs. The street lights were on and we felt safe walking at different times with the pups. It was nice they left a water bowl, towel to dry off their paws if needed and poop bags. Very nice touch. I would love to return in the future.

Host literally thought of everything and had special touches in every room. SPA tub was delightful. Breakfast basket was delicious. Decor made you feel like you were in someplace special. Everything was spotless and clean.I left my earrings in the china dish on the dresser and the host mailed them back immediately. I definitely will be booking here again in the future.

Amazing cute little vintage cottage! It was perfect. Lots of breakfast options to choose from and it was in the fridge as stated. Jacuzzi tub was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom Barkley Cottage for a week with our family of four. Check in was easy, we received a door code before we arrived. There are three “cottages” which are all in the same 1924 duplex house. Each has a separate exterior entrance. The 2 bedroom cottage is one half of the original duplex, while the other half has been retrofitted into two smaller one bedroom cottages. Our cottage had a family room, dining room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was sparkling clean, and very tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace in the family room, and made good use of the kitchen to cook several meals. It had all the pots, pans, tools, and utensils we needed to cook a variety of meals. Keep in mind the house is 100 years old, so it has all the creaks and quirks of an old house. We like this sort of thing, and thought it was perfect. The neighborhood around the house is the best part. We walked every day and covered nearly every street within a mile or two radius, and in my opinion, the 8 block stretch of Arch Street (where the house is located on) going south is the nicest stretch of historical homes from the 1880s through the 1920s in the whole city. Its also only a 10 minute walk over to the very cool shops and restaurants on South Main Street. That being said, it’s a urban area and there are some sketchy characters passing through, so you might want to do your exploring during the day rather than at night.

Customer service is wonderful There are extras for while traveling with the pups such as water bowls, towel to dry off their feet, poop bags. Breakfasts are wonderful. We will definitely return. The neighborhood is safe to walk the pups day/night. If you do have a question, she answers quickly.

This cottage was perfect! After traveling for a few weeks staying in different hotels we wanted something a little more homey and this was it, so happy I found it. It's a cute older home split into 3 separate cottages, adorably decorated, nice jetted tub, robe and soft towels, big comfortable bed, cozy love seat sofa/bed, wonderfully warm fireplace heaters, fuzzy blankets, stove, dishes, tea, coffee, pastry basket for breakfast, and a patio with a little fenced in yard. My stay at the Urban Cottages in Little Rock was absolutely delightful! I loved the architecture and the quiet neighborhood just off a very busy downtown area. The cottage itself was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was clean and excellent for shower and vanity. The bed was Very Comfy. Slept like a baby!! Late afternoon weather was beautiful so I sat outside on the patio furniture and read a book with a glass of Rose. I really enjoyed my stay and will visit again!! Highly recommend this property!! The only reason I don’t give all 5’s is simply because this is an older property and I would think it nearly impossible to have that very highest level of clean.

Had high expectations but I was let down after checking in I immediately noticed the floor was dirty unswept and dusty . I sat on the couch and the smell hit me. The couch reeked. And do I went to reach for a glass it was dirty I reached for another one also dirty. So I walk out side to get some Fresh air and the police sirens and shady characters walking up and down the street I was immediately filled with deep regret for booking this place. Apparently this is a high crime area. Save your money and take the short trip down to Hot Springs.

Charming home away from home… a gem! Immaculate, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, comfy, cozy. Expedia did not forward the proprietor’s check in instructions, but she was available immediately with a phone call. Very responsive and helpful with check in and restaurant suggestions. We travel a lot, and I can honestly say that this is one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at. From the moment you walk through the door you can feel the history of the home, and see the immaculate condition in which it's kept. The neighborhood looks like something out of a Rockwell painting. Everything is clean and comfortable. Ms. Stacie is the perfect host. She is friendly, responds quickly, and you can tell her heart is in caring for her properties. We enjoyed walking through the historic cemetery down the road and eating downtown, but the best part was just sitting in the backyard enjoying a cold beer. We wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Little Rock now!!

Easy to find, easy to park and easy to check in with door code. The cottage was lovely, bed was very comfortable and breakfast pastries were delicious. We were close to downtown restaurants - had a great dinner at Allsop and Chapple - and also to Little Rock Central High School and Museum. I would definitely recommend Urban Cottages of Little Rock.

Great stay for travelers. Clean, well maintained property. Bed was comfortable enough and the bedding was super comfy. Small kitchenette with everything you should need if you decide to dine in. Quiet area, but close to downtown. If there was a negative, it would be the tiny (by today's standards) TV, which we unfortunately had more time to watch than planned, as the event we traveled for was canceled. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Amazing place with a ton of quaint touches that make you feel welcome. The bed was AMAZING, the location was great, the host responsive, and breakfast was super yummy. I sort of want to return to Little Rock just so that I could stay here again.

We have stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed. The house is clean, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the innkeeper is very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Easy to find, easy to park and easy to check in with door code. The cottage was lovely, bed was very comfortable and breakfast pastries were delicious. We were close to downtown restaurants - had a great dinner at Allsop and Chapple - and also to Little Rock Central High School and Museum. I would definitely recommend Urban Cottages of Little Rock.

Customer service is wonderful There are extras for while traveling with the pups such as water bowls, towel to dry off their feet, poop bags. Breakfasts are wonderful. We will definitely return. The neighborhood is safe to walk the pups day/night. If you do have a question, she answers quickly.

Charming home away from home… a gem! Immaculate, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, comfy, cozy. Expedia did not forward the proprietor’s check in instructions, but she was available immediately with a phone call. Very responsive and helpful with check in and restaurant suggestions. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Honestly, I was a little worried about the location but we needed to be close to the fairgrounds due to my daughter competing in the State Fair pageant. However, I was very surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was. The house was so nice, very clean, plenty of room. The breakfast provided was delicious (yogurt parfait and bagels). The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and gave a direct number for easier communication. My only concern was the parking situation. We had 2 cars and since it’s street parking, it was a little cramped due to other houses on the street having multiple vehicles parked also. If I need a place to stay in the future, I’ll definitely be staying there!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom Barkley Cottage for a week with our family of four. Check in was easy, we received a door code before we arrived. There are three “cottages” which are all in the same 1924 duplex house. Each has a separate exterior entrance. The 2 bedroom cottage is one half of the original duplex, while the other half has been retrofitted into two smaller one bedroom cottages. Our cottage had a family room, dining room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was sparkling clean, and very tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace in the family room, and made good use of the kitchen to cook several meals. It had all the pots, pans, tools, and utensils we needed to cook a variety of meals. Keep in mind the house is 100 years old, so it has all the creaks and quirks of an old house. We like this sort of thing, and thought it was perfect. The neighborhood around the house is the best part. We walked every day and covered nearly every street within a mile or two radius, and in my opinion, the 8 block stretch of Arch Street (where the house is located on) going south is the nicest stretch of historical homes from the 1880s through the 1920s in the whole city. Its also only a 10 minute walk over to the very cool shops and restaurants on South Main Street. That being said, it’s a urban area and there are some sketchy characters passing through, so you might want to do your exploring during the day rather than at night.

Communication was excellent. They answered all of my questions prior to arriving. Loved the breakfast they left in the refrigerator - nice touch. Loved the fenced in backyard where I could go outside with them without being on leashes. Very clean. We felt safe walking the neighborhood with our dogs. The street lights were on and we felt safe walking at different times with the pups. It was nice they left a water bowl, towel to dry off their paws if needed and poop bags. Very nice touch. I would love to return in the future.

Host literally thought of everything and had special touches in every room. SPA tub was delightful. Breakfast basket was delicious. Decor made you feel like you were in someplace special. Everything was spotless and clean.I left my earrings in the china dish on the dresser and the host mailed them back immediately. I definitely will be booking here again in the future.

What a pleasant surprise of a B&B in Little Rock! Stayed with my mom and my dog during a cross country road trip and this beautiful little bungalow duplex was the perfect stop. The neighborhood is so charming and quiet, the yard was PERFECT for my dog and the house itself is beautifully maintained. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom amenities made this a no brainer over any hotel in the area. Lastly, our host was able to accommodate breakfast for us with short notice since we made the reservation same day. Will definitely be back! Thank you.

This stat exceeded my expectations! My daughter had a one day surgery and we needed a place to stay so u could care for her and love on her...this was the lerfect spot. This was like home, the amentities were perfect and it had everything we needed. The sheets and towels were the best i had ever experienced! The soap was to die for and thw tub.... oh my goodness! The tub is huge and so relaxing. The shower has great water temperature and pressure. The landscape was beautifully placed and now i need to know how Mrs Staci is able to grow ferns right out of the ground in numerous locations! I love these cottages and this will be my go-to everytime I am in Little Rock.

A full kitchen with all cooking necessities needed to prepare meals. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Extras like internet, smart televisions and gas fireplace made the stay feel comfortable in a modern cottage. Dining table allowed gathering for meals enjoyable. I would recommend to other people that may need location close to downtown and easy access to Hwy 630 but old neighborhood feel.
