4 bedrooms villa at Palau 600 m away from the beach with sea view private pool and furnished terrace

Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt. Die besonderen Highlights sind der Pool sowie der große und sehr gepflegte Garten. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Terrassen, wo man sehr schön essen kann. Die Tische sind sogar für größere Gruppen mit 7-9 Personen gut nutzbar. Die Verwalterin vor Ort ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Toller Service!!

The listing was very misleading. Two bedrooms were actually in a damp basement with very small windows without escape route – a serious safety and health concern. We had to use a dehumidifier , and it was totally full of water every night. Clothes and luggage smelled, and everything had to be washed when we got home.The house was also split into two separate units with no internal connection. The kitchen was upstairs but the dining area in the basement, so all meals had to be outside. There was no indoor space for our group to sit together as advertised. This property is not suitable for families who want to stay together in one villa and should not be advertised the way it is.The outdoor area and the view was very nice.

We couldn’t be happier, we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay for a family of 7 adults. Our incoming flight was delayed and our children reached 1 day earlier than us, Antonella was able to accommodate the checkin and ensure they had everything they needed until we arrived. The communication was amazing and they even helped with visas for one of our travelers. The house, pool and garden are stunning. I loved watching the beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the patio. It was a quick easy walk to town, groceries and beaches. Overall a great place at a great price for large groups. We hope to visit again soon!!!

Well maintained house with lovely pool/garden. There are some drawbacks in that the kitchen area is small and two of the bedrooms are in a separate basement which don’t have much light. Check in was easy and Antonella was helpful with recommendations etc.
