Premier Inn Banbury - M40 J11

Unfortunately we had problems checking in and the first member of staff was very unhelpful. We then were able to check in with help of another helpful staff member (she was very professional). However, at the room we noticed the room was not well cleaned and the bathroom toilet could not flush. The staff were unable to help us. There was also no plug sockets or small lamps working by the bed. The room was however well set up bed wise for a family of four. The next morning we went down for breakfast. There was no one there to seat us so we went in and begun getting breakfast. Then the person on staff would not let us continue our breakfasts until we had paid, we kindly asked to pay after when we check out but he was very rude and basically said no eating before paying. With two small kids we were not going anywhere. All in all, this gave us a bad over all experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Fint værelse til overnatning. Pænt rent og så havde personalet åbnet vinduet så der var dejlig køligt og frisk på værelset.

Staff helpful, room well used and a couple of lights out in the bathroom, but blackout curtains worked and the bed was reasonably comfortable, so a good night’s sleep was had for fifty quid.

Atendimento profissional e um pouco caloroso. Quarto OK e atendia bem as minhas necessidades para apenas dormir e seguir a viagem no dia seguinte. Bom custo-benefício.
