Das zimmer war an sich sauber. Leider ist das hotel nicht wirklich barrierefrei. Es gibt zwar ganz vorne einen Lift für Rollstuhlfahrer, allerdings gibt es innerhalb des Hotels keinen Fahrstuhl. Auf nachfrage, ob man das zimmer aus dem zweiten stock gegen eins im ersten oder Erdgeschoss tauschen kann, kam nur ein nein. Auf emails die man im Vorfeld schreibt um das mit dem zimmer anzugeben wird nicht reagiert.

Personal sehr freundlich - Zimmer sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Leider nur 1 Vorhang für ein Fenster. Das 2. Fenster ohne Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Dadurch sehr hell im Zimmer. Die Bahn ist sehr gut im Zimmer hörbar und leider auch spürbar. Gratis Parkplätze genügend vorhanden.

Waren zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, und der Zimmergrösse. Betten bequem, Matratzen etwas weich, aber das ist je nach Vorliebe. Bahnhofsnähe, daher etwas laut , aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein problem. Check in super der junge Mann an der Rezeption sehr nett. Für Gehbehinderte nicht zu empfehlen , kein Aufzug. Drei Sterne sind gerechtfertig. Frühstück wird angeboten, haben wir nicht genützt

Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, aber für den Preis absolut fair. Die Matratze war überraschend bequem – gut geschlafen! Top-Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt. Komme gerne wieder.

I only stayed there for one night, it was more than enough for an overnight stay, I'm also happy with the parking lot right under the hotel, it's very convenient, there's a great park nearby, although small, and a pedestrian street with all the necessary stores within a 4 minute walk.

Vi blev lite oroliga pga de tidigare recensionerna här. Men vårt rum var rent och städat. Vi saknade dock toalettpapper och handdukar men det gick ju att ordna i efterhand. Smidigt att parkera bilen och gratis parkering, lugnt område. Det var okej för en natt!

Location is great and had decent amenities however, I think the plumbing may need to be checked as there was an awful smell in the bathroom for the entirety of the stay. Also, we were only provided with half a loo roll for a 4 night stay.

Absolute Katastrophe – nie wieder! Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Schon bei der Ankunft ging es los: Meine Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden, sodass ich 40 Minuten warten musste, bis überhaupt irgendetwas geklärt wurde. Dann die nächste Überraschung: Frühstück gab es nicht, obwohl auf der Buchungsseite angegeben war, dass es angeboten und sogar nachgebucht werden kann. Auf Nachfrage – Fehlanzeige. Kein Essen, keine Alternative, nichts! Das Zimmer? Nicht wirklich sauber! Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, der Abfluss in der Dusche war kaputt, sodass das Wasser nicht richtig ablief. Dazu kam, dass es viel zu warm war, da die Heizung auf volle Leistung lief und sich scheinbar nicht regulieren ließ. Ein weiteres Ärgernis: Die Rezeption war abends und morgens nicht besetzt. Ich hatte Fragen, aber niemand war da. Noch schlimmer: Auch telefonisch war absolut niemand erreichbar! Selbst bei der Abreise war keiner vor Ort, um den Zimmerschlüssel entgegenzunehmen – dieser landete schließlich im Briefkasten. Fazit: Miserabler Service, unzuverlässige Buchungsabwicklung, dreckige Zimmer, keine Erreichbarkeit – einfach eine absolute Zumutung! 👎 Nie wieder!

Das Zimmer war sauber und der Standort war sehr nah an der Bahn, dadurch war der Transfer sehr abgenehm :) Leider war es dadurch etwas lauter wenn eine Bahn fuhr im Zimmer jedoch hat Uns das nicht wirklich gestört. Checkout und Check-In haben super funktioniert!!

Zimmer 27 wurde weder gelüftet noch gewischt/gesaugt; (total staubig) Baureste wie Baustaub an den Wänden; Löcher in der Decke, Doppelfenster schließt nicht richtig; Nachttisch mit Lampe 1,5 m vom Bett entfernt; der wacklige Monitorarm samt Monitor prangt überm Kopfkissen; der Schlüsselkasten zur Abgabe ist frei zugänglich und unverschlossen; Bettfüße mit Tamtam beklebt (schlimmer Anblick), Warmwasser in der Dusche benötigt minutenlangen Wasser laufen lassen (Verschwendung hoch 10); Matratze und Bettzeug für mich super; einige Zimmer haben improvisierte Zimmernummern; Flure waren auch nicht belüftet, obwohl die Außentemperaturen es hergegeben hätten, keine Infos zum Check-out, Gespräche anderer Gäste aus den Zimmern aufm Flur deutlich hörbar, Hinterhof sieht eher wie eine Ruine aus, Front schön im Country-Stil... Da habe ich für das bezahlte Geld aber schon deutlich bessere Unterkünfte genießen dürfen. Sehr viel Luft nach oben!

Check in jusqu’à 23h30 sur le site, au final réception fermée à 22h00, donc obligé d’appeler pour que quelqu’un descende ( problématique pour les étrangers qui n’ont pas de réseaux). Une fois dans la chambre, une très forte odeur horrible entre la cigarette et la moisissure. Nous pouvons comprendre que si l’ancien client fumait dans la chambre, ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel, mais la femme de ménage pourrait au minimum le préciser au directeur , et faire aérer la chambre ou la mettre indisponible . Ce n’est pas possible pour des non fumeurs , c’était insupportable. Les couettes ne sont pas adaptés sur un lit 2 places. Une fuite d’eau au niveau du plafond qui rendait le sol mouillé et glissant au niveau de la garde robe. Le carrelage cassé, vu l’état du sol, il laisse fortement à penser que le balai n’a pas été passé avant notre arrivé. Ainsi que des moisissures dans la douche. Nous sommes très déçus d’avoir payé 123€ pour 2 nuits , à éviter.

Das Zimmer war dreckig, Vorhänge waren teilweise aus der Führung, die Terassentür schloss nicht einwandfrei, auf Kipp machen war gar nicht drin, TV ging nicht. Spinnweben in der Ecke, Badezimmer ebenfalls nicht sauber, direkt neben der Deutschen Bahn, Fenster nicht geputzt. Auf Grund der mangelnden Qualität der Fenster waren wir der Meinung, dass uns die Züge "über die Bettdecke" fahren. Bis morgens um 02.00 war Lärm im Treppenhaus. Ich bitte uns das Geld zurück zu überweisen. Fotos als Beweis sind vorhanden.

Auch wenn das Haus relativ neu ist, bekommt es von mir keine positive Bewertung. Die Rezeption war weder bei Anreise noch bei Abreise zu den in den selben Onlineportalen angegebenen Zeiten besetzt. Am Eingang sind die Öffnungszeiten noch länger angegeben. Weil niemand erreichbar war (Mein Anruf wurde zwei Mal weggedrückt) gab es auch das angebotene Frühstück nicht. Das Zimmer war im Wesentlichen sauber. Dafür gab es deutlich hörbare Baumängel (einige Bodenfliesen waren locker). Die Zimmer sind mit einfachsten Möbeln ausgestattet, was nicht unbedingt ein Mangel sein muss. In dem mir zugewiesenen Zimmer war der Fernseher defekt. Auf Nachfrage erfuhr ich, dass das Problem „heute aufgetreten sei und leider erst morgen repariert“ werden könnte. Die Verständigung war mit leichten Einschränkungen möglich.

Ein Fernseher, der nicht funktionierte. Wanschrägen, mitten im Raum, sodas ein paar Mal den Kopf gestoßen habe. Kein Tisch vorhanden. DG Zimmer, der wie ein Brutkasten wirkte. Kein Belüftungsventilator, sodass man "davongeschwommmen" ist. Einfach grauenhaft. Das Beste an dem Aufenthalt war das Auschecken am nächsten Tag. Dieses Hotel käme für uns nie wieder in Frage!

Rooms were huge, however we were in a room with slanted room so very tricky to move around. Room was quite dirty, tv didnt work, no wifi, no aircon. For the price you cannot grumble.

Das Einchecken war reibungslos, alles wurde gut erklärt. Als wir um 21 Uhr zurückgekommen sind, war leider keiner mehr an der Rezeption. Das WLAN ging nicht und der Fernseher auch nicht. Auf den zweiten Blick war das Zimmer sehr verstaubt, avgehangene Bilder, Lampen fehlten, Spinnen. Die Züge sind sehr laut in dem Zimmer zu hören. Am Morgen haben wir uns beschwert, leider hat man uns kaum verstanden, da der Mitarbeiter wenig Deutsch verstand.

I was really disappointed with my stay at Hotel Vintage. I was specifically contact and told a couple of days before that check in needed to be in person and could only be at certain times (before 9pm). I therefore went out of my way to get to the hotel at 5pm, only to find reception entirely locked up with no lights on etc., despite a sign on the door saying it should be open. The hotel’s contact number doesn’t work and I had emailed prior to arrive to check the timings of check in and got no response. After 20 mins of checking the hotel site a guest actually had to come and help me and access reception using their key, at which point a staff member in the hotel then decided to help checking in. I was asked to pay a second time for my pre-paid room. The room itself was ok, but has no air-con and only small windows. There was also no fridge to keep any water cold. As such the room was sweltering with no ways to cool myself down. As such I barely slept a wink. I would not return. The location was great- with close proximity to cologne via the train. Our difficult came with reception only being there from 3-7 Sunday and 3-9 m-sat. We had a broken toilet and shower but couldn’t reach anyone. So we cannot comment on how they would have responded. The bed was uncomfortable but that’s our personal opinion- we felt very springy and the bed frame slats were broken on one side so my husband had to fix them. We did also have to wait 30 min after check in time for our room to be finished by housekeeping. The cleanliness was good though. I wouldn’t avoid the property but keep in mind the limited reception times.

Wir standen 45 min vor dem Hotel und alles war abgeschlossen, kein Checkin möglich, niemand per Telefon erreichbar….nach diversen Versuchen die Rezeption per Türklingel, Telefon etc. zu erreichen, mussten wir leider ergebnislos aufgeben und uns spontan um eine andere übernachrubgsmöglichkeit kümmern. Selbst Nachrichten an das Hotel sind aktuell unbeantwortet, wir fordern natürlich unser Geld zurück wegen nicht erbrachter Leistung. NIE wieder!

Keine person am checkin bzw check out. Man musste erst anrufen um den schlüssel zu erhalten während der offiziellen check im zeit. Heizung wurde Abends abgeschaltet, somit war es in der Nacht Rattenkalt. Zimmer war total überaltert, matratzen auf und quitschten Brim Umdrehen..ich habe mich leider von der Internet Seite täuschen lassen. Das einzig positive war die Sauberkeit. Die zweite gebuchte Nacht habe ich das zimmer nicht mehr genutzt!!! Never again !!! Leidet habe icv die Rezessionen nicht vorher gelesen dann hätte ich es eh nicht gebucht.

Check in jusqu’à 23h30 sur le site, au final réception fermée à 22h00, donc obligé d’appeler pour que quelqu’un descende ( problématique pour les étrangers qui n’ont pas de réseaux). Une fois dans la chambre, une très forte odeur horrible entre la cigarette et la moisissure. Nous pouvons comprendre que si l’ancien client fumait dans la chambre, ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel, mais la femme de ménage pourrait au minimum le préciser au directeur , et faire aérer la chambre ou la mettre indisponible . Ce n’est pas possible pour des non fumeurs , c’était insupportable. Les couettes ne sont pas adaptés sur un lit 2 places. Une fuite d’eau au niveau du plafond qui rendait le sol mouillé et glissant au niveau de la garde robe. Le carrelage cassé, vu l’état du sol, il laisse fortement à penser que le balai n’a pas été passé avant notre arrivé. Ainsi que des moisissures dans la douche. Nous sommes très déçus d’avoir payé 123€ pour 2 nuits , à éviter.

The hotel was very close to the train station. Also Pulheim is a great and peaceful village even though it is 15 minute away from Köln Center. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. When we ask for a warmer room, they give us a heater and next day they changed our room! It is a budgetfriendly hotel and you will get what you pay basically. It met our expectations. In a nutshell, I would prefer here again if I visit Köln someday.

Das Zimmer war sauber und der Standort war sehr nah an der Bahn, dadurch war der Transfer sehr abgenehm :) Leider war es dadurch etwas lauter wenn eine Bahn fuhr im Zimmer jedoch hat Uns das nicht wirklich gestört. Checkout und Check-In haben super funktioniert!!

Really good sized room and bathroom. Close to town centre and railway station (though the trains were always late). Dont really see staff other than check in. Room is only cleaned if you request it,which was fine but perhaps could empty rubbish bins daily?? The town itself is peaceful and quaint yet only two stops from the buzz of Koln on the train.

Hier twee nachten verbleven om de kerstmarkt in Keulen te bezoeken. Hotel ligt op 3min lopen van treinstation en je bent (mits de treinen rijden) in 15 minuten in hartje Keulen. Ook familie kamers, erg praktisch

Waren zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, und der Zimmergrösse. Betten bequem, Matratzen etwas weich, aber das ist je nach Vorliebe. Bahnhofsnähe, daher etwas laut , aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein problem. Check in super der junge Mann an der Rezeption sehr nett. Für Gehbehinderte nicht zu empfehlen , kein Aufzug. Drei Sterne sind gerechtfertig. Frühstück wird angeboten, haben wir nicht genützt

Absolute Katastrophe – nie wieder! Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Schon bei der Ankunft ging es los: Meine Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden, sodass ich 40 Minuten warten musste, bis überhaupt irgendetwas geklärt wurde. Dann die nächste Überraschung: Frühstück gab es nicht, obwohl auf der Buchungsseite angegeben war, dass es angeboten und sogar nachgebucht werden kann. Auf Nachfrage – Fehlanzeige. Kein Essen, keine Alternative, nichts! Das Zimmer? Nicht wirklich sauber! Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, der Abfluss in der Dusche war kaputt, sodass das Wasser nicht richtig ablief. Dazu kam, dass es viel zu warm war, da die Heizung auf volle Leistung lief und sich scheinbar nicht regulieren ließ. Ein weiteres Ärgernis: Die Rezeption war abends und morgens nicht besetzt. Ich hatte Fragen, aber niemand war da. Noch schlimmer: Auch telefonisch war absolut niemand erreichbar! Selbst bei der Abreise war keiner vor Ort, um den Zimmerschlüssel entgegenzunehmen – dieser landete schließlich im Briefkasten. Fazit: Miserabler Service, unzuverlässige Buchungsabwicklung, dreckige Zimmer, keine Erreichbarkeit – einfach eine absolute Zumutung! 👎 Nie wieder!

The fridge did not work even though the staff said it did. The floors felt sticky, under the bed was pretty dusty (don’t drop anything under the bed…) and the sideboards had marks on which indicates it doesn’t get cleaned properly - even the “do not disturb” sign was sticky! The toilet flush button felt like it was going to fall off, and the shower head wall attachment was entirely loose and almost hit me on the head when I tried adjusting the shower, so that was a worrying time. The bed was comfy, the lighting was good, there was a lot of space- that’s about it. It’s in a good location otherwise, close to food and the train station. The staff when we checked in weren’t very friendly, and we had to ask for the WiFi details as it is not listed anywhere in the room. The WiFi itself was a mission to join and was an unsecured network so better off without it. It would also be nice if there was a kettle and cups in the room to make tea etc and also more information in the room as to what is on offer or how to use things like the pillow menu etc.

The shower in the original room was broken. I was moved to a new room, but unfortunately it was not properly cleaned. On the positive side, the location is very convenient and close to the station.

The whole thing seemed very unprofessional, it was quite dirty, most of the electrical devices didn't work, a couple of things were broken and the room was absolutely nothing like it was said in the description
