Parkering utanför centrum med ett riktigt trångt och dyrt garage. Trevligt boende på bra adress men 4 vån utan hiss. Nytt badrum och sköna sängar. Trevlig värd men lite svår att kommunicera med.

Might not be the most modern rooms but absolutely loved the flair. Real italien rooms and we had a stunning view outside our room into the corridors of the streets. Loved the are aswell with it being directly in the historical city centre! Just be aware that it has a lot of steps incase you are traveling with a heavy suitcase!

No details for check in were ever sent to me. When we got there we were told to use the WhatsApp but no response ever came from there either. Location was fine, but too many steps with luggage.

An sich ein hübsch eingerichtetes Appartement, und Host Marco ist ein lieber Kerl. Die Lage ist gut, wenn einem ein paar Schritte und Treppen nichts ausmachen. Aber: Der Raum ist von der Nachbarwohnung lediglich durch eine gewöhnliche Zimmertür getrennt, die zudem nur ein normales Buntbartschloss besitzt. Die Wohnung dahinter wurde genutzt, und entsprechend war die Geräuschkulisse. Störender noch war der nächtliche Lärm einer Klimaanlage bzw. eines Ventilators aus einem anderen Appartement, der uns bis 5.00h früh vom Schlafen abgehalten hat. Ob dieser Mängel halten wir einen Preis von rund 150€ auch in Como nicht für gerechtfertigt. Und auf ein extra zu bezahlendes Frühstück ("B&B") auf dem Zimmer hatten wir dann auch keine Lust mehr.

It was a great location. It was very stressful trying to find a suitable place to park as we didn't realise that there was Friday night football on but we managed. The place itself was functional and just what we needed for the one night. Marco was very accommodating for the morning that we needed to go.

La camera si trova nel centro al terzo piano, senza un ascensore. La camera e il bagno sono carini. Il riscaldamento facevo caldo. C'era tutto che si deve avere. Potevo fare tè e cafè. Il colazione non era incluso del prezzo. Non c'era un copripiumino sul grande piumino usato, solo una lenzuola sotto, non mi sentivo molto bene e igenica di questo. Inoltre una bella camera.

Hermoso lugar, cómodo, luminoso, bien arreglado. La cama es cómoda. Tiene buen tamaño. Está en el mero centro de Como, todo cerca. Tranquilo. Cosas que mejorar: La comunicación para la llegada. Me sentí un poco perdida, no sabía que está hasta el último piso de un edificio (sin elevador), ni cuál era el código de entrada. Quizás sería bueno saber eso desde el día anterior. Después de eso, todo muy bien, incluida la comunicación. Tal vez sería buena una cortina para la ventana que da al interior, porque entra luz desde muy temprano. Volvería sin pensarlo dos veces.

4th floor without elevator. Parking is 10 minutes away and costs 35 dollars per day. Area is Zona traffico limitato, i.e. you cannot come close to appartment with your car, uber or taxi. Breakfast is not included and has not been since COVID era. Air conditioning not working with 86-90 degree heat in June, so imagine July or August. Poor service and communication with customer. Noise start at restaurant below before dawn and is loud enough to wake you up. Sheets and bathroom were clean. Close to all sites downtown Como, but that's not enough to make up for all the negatives unless you are 20 and want to party all night... Would not recommend even for my enemy!

Place wasn’t vacuumed. Fridge smelled and had mouldy water in freezer drip tray. Shower could do with a basic clean. No A/C just a noisy fan swinging around above the bed. Host tried to overcharge us for the city tax, then the cleaner asked us for the same tax but twice the amount it was meant to be. No parking on sight. Slightly expensive parking garage nearby for about 30-40€ a day. The place was fine overall if you need somewhere cheap to simply sleep and shower.

A Eva nos recebeu com muita simpatia. Fomos bem acolhidos por ela. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e confortável. Boa localização, no centro histórico, perto de restaurantes. Perto também da estação de trem. Foram gentis e permitiram deixar a bagagem sem custo após o checkout.

Everything was perfect about this property. The only down side was a sewer stench coming from the bathroom; however all of the other qualities made it tolerable. The steps were no problem unless maybe you are older or injured. Marco was sweet but did better answering calls rather than texts. The room had a cozy vibe and the bed was so nice, like sleeping on grandma’s sheets. The wood ceiling in our room was beautiful. We could walk easily to everything. The price was a great value.

It is a B&B, however no breakfast is served!!! Drop of rains were falling on the bed throughout the night. Considering the price for 1 night (113 euro), the conditions, including cleanness, was quite low. Overall, it is an old and badly furnished accomodation that I would nor recommend to others

Mycket charmigt B&B, dock utan frukost. Men vi fick bra tips av ägaren på frukostställe mitt emot. AC funkade fint, bekväma sängar men Wi-Fi fanns endast i hallen. Låg mycket bra med gångavstånd till centrum och sjön.

The property location is fantastic but it was lacking AC and it was super loud since we had to keep the window open all night. We did not enjoy our stay, it was super hot and we didn’t sleep. We asked for a fan but was ignored via message “what’s app” also it soo hot in the room we had to resort to wetting towels and putting it on our heads due to the heat. The property listed it has WIFI. But when we got there there is no WiFi… there is a lack of communication between us and the host. I was say this place would be perfect in the fall or winter. Or check out his other rooms for AC.

I was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car). So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key. After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key. This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door. Further more room TV is located more than 2m high. The host never say "I am sorry !"

Four of us (2 adults and two teens) had a great stopover in Como. Beautiful, clean apartment in excellent location. Just about everywhere is walkable and there’s lots of nice places to eat, drink and shop in the immediate vicinity. Check in was easy, just needed to touch base with Marco before arriving. My Italian isn’t great but his English was impeccable. He is an excellent host! Would be more than happy to recommend.

The property location is fantastic but it was lacking AC and it was super loud since we had to keep the window open all night. We did not enjoy our stay, it was super hot and we didn’t sleep. We asked for a fan but was ignored via message “what’s app” also it soo hot in the room we had to resort to wetting towels and putting it on our heads due to the heat. The property listed it has WIFI. But when we got there there is no WiFi… there is a lack of communication between us and the host. I was say this place would be perfect in the fall or winter. Or check out his other rooms for AC.

Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though.

So glad we did not listen to the reviews!. The location was excellent. Lovely restaurants nearby. Lake is 10 minute walk with plenty of shops etc on the way. Marco accomodated us when we had a 3 hr flight delay. Check in was easy. Lovely little apartment and great value for money. Yes there is room for improvement and breakfast is not included but if you did want one Marco would see to it. It is definitely not as bad as some reviews say! Oh and there are 65 steps to the apartment we had! 😆

Four of us (2 adults and two teens) had a great stopover in Como. Beautiful, clean apartment in excellent location. Just about everywhere is walkable and there’s lots of nice places to eat, drink and shop in the immediate vicinity. Check in was easy, just needed to touch base with Marco before arriving. My Italian isn’t great but his English was impeccable. He is an excellent host! Would be more than happy to recommend.

A Eva nos recebeu com muita simpatia. Fomos bem acolhidos por ela. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e confortável. Boa localização, no centro histórico, perto de restaurantes. Perto também da estação de trem. Foram gentis e permitiram deixar a bagagem sem custo após o checkout.

It was a great location. It was very stressful trying to find a suitable place to park as we didn't realise that there was Friday night football on but we managed. The place itself was functional and just what we needed for the one night. Marco was very accommodating for the morning that we needed to go.

La camera si trova nel centro al terzo piano, senza un ascensore. La camera e il bagno sono carini. Il riscaldamento facevo caldo. C'era tutto che si deve avere. Potevo fare tè e cafè. Il colazione non era incluso del prezzo. Non c'era un copripiumino sul grande piumino usato, solo una lenzuola sotto, non mi sentivo molto bene e igenica di questo. Inoltre una bella camera.

As Bed & Breakfast you also expect Breakfast, however this was not included. We were send to the bars downstairs. Also the airo did not work, while it was over 30 degrees Celcius. The willingness to fix this was not there. Location was perfect, the service was not unfortunately.
