This was our first time visiting this area of Florida and I’m so glad we stayed at Villa Y! Tom (manager) was very easy to communicate with. Staff at the resort were very nice and helpful. The villa is just feet away from the intercostal and you can actually see the water from your villa. Highly recommend going there to watch a sunset or two 🙂 We spent most of our time in the heated pool, private beach and the ocean which are all located across the street, about 2 minute walk from the villa. Our 2 year old LOVED the pool which was clean and big enough for several families to enjoy. One day, we visited the Flamingo Gardens in Ft Lauderdale which was fantastic!!! A great place for kids and adults as well. Highly recommend. Also, we really enjoyed Mizner Park in Boca Raton which has pretty water fountains and lots of restaurants. Stay at Villa Y - you won’t be disappointed!! 🤓

The unit was just as sescribed in the listing. We enjoyed relaxing on the private beach under one of the thatched umbrellas. It was not very busy during our stay in early August, so we didn't have to worry about finding shade.

Cute little villa! Access to the beach is right across the street along with the pool… the pool was not crowded at all. The place had everything we needed. They also had a guide to help with food places and a step by step instructions for move out. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. We would stay there again.

One of the most truly relaxing vacations in a long time! This location has it all… The ocean, the pool, the waterway… Our villa was perfect for the three of us, and grocery stores and restaurants are all just about a mile away. We will 100% be returning to this gem!

We got to the place on friday night and there was tons of dust and bugs. Stains on the sheets. In my opinion someone hadn't stayed there in a few weeks and it wasn't cleaned. We reached out to the property manager with pictures and he didn't answer for 36 hours. We finally got him to answer after we sat on hold for 30 minutes with VRBO. The locks are also faulty and we locked ourselves out. Our fault, but I couldn't get it so I had my husband do it and he thought I had the key. A gentleman came at 600pm and said we owed $50 cash. We didn't have cash and he called us at 800am telling us to make sure we bring cash to the office. Still hadn't heard from our property manager so called VRBO support. Finally got him to call me. Offered to leave if manager gave me refund for the last 3 days and he just NEVER RESPONDED. Unprofessional and just wants your money. The rest of our stay was fine, but it ruined our family vacation. A little compassion and an attempt to make it right goes a long way and Tom did not care about us. You might be managing remotely, but you have a phone. They did come and clean the dust after, but in no way for a $300+ a night place should it have been left in that condition. Normally wouldn't complain about this but bed was stiff, dishwasher you can't even push the buttons on, cabinets have random marks all over them. If you have young kids it's nice they have a crosswalk to get to beach. some cars do go fast.

Royal Flamingo property is well Kept; however, the Villa could’ve been cleaner upon arrival. There were clothes left in a dresser drawer and the bathrooms had a lot of dirt and hair. The kitchen could’ve been cleaner as well. The roll out bed requested was not available until the second night. We wish we were notified in advance of the beach project as there was no use of the beach all week (which was the number one draw to renting there.

This was the perfect friend retreat close to restaurants and shops, and most importantly, the beach. Gorgeous views every morning, and quiet private beach to read your book or just hang out by the pool. The villas are well maintained - and this property is an exquisite taste of old Florida charm you just don't see anymore.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit. Es war recht ruhig, da die Anlage nicht voll ausgebucht war. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles Nötige ist in dem Haus vorhanden. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Insbesondere der private Strand war fantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was absolutely perfect for us! We had our 3 kids, and felt right at home. They even provided a pack-n-play and high chair for our baby, helped not having to pack that for the flight. We loved the private beach and pool and so enjoyed watching the boats along the intercoastal. Easy to get to everything and very convenient. Would go back!

The owner was amazing to work with. He was very prompt and helpful with any questions. The location is the best thing about the property, close to ocean, pool and waterway. The unit was well stocked with everything needed. Loved it an highly recommend!!

Quiet location; would be improved by some blackout curtains in the bedrooms as there was quite a lot of light coming in the windows at night. Also, it would be nice to have a potato peeler and items to clean the kitchen, such as a sponge, etc. Only a wash cloth and kitchen towels were provided

Normally wouldn't complain about this but bed was stiff, dishwasher you can't even push the buttons on, cabinets have random marks all over them. If you have young kids it's nice they have a crosswalk to get to beach. some cars do go fast.
We got to the place on friday night and there was tons of dust and bugs. Stains on the sheets. In my opinion someone hadn't stayed there in a few weeks and it wasn't cleaned. We reached out to the property manager with pictures and he didn't answer for 36 hours. We finally got him to answer after we sat on hold for 30 minutes with VRBO. The locks are also faulty and we locked ourselves out. Our fault, but I couldn't get it so I had my husband do it and he thought I had the key. A gentleman came at 600pm and said we owed $50 cash. We didn't have cash and he called us at 800am telling us to make sure we bring cash to the office. Still hadn't heard from our property manager so called VRBO support. Finally got him to call me. Offered to leave if manager gave me refund for the last 3 days and he just NEVER RESPONDED. Unprofessional and just wants your money. The rest of our stay was fine, but it ruined our family vacation. A little compassion and an attempt to make it right goes a long way and Tom did not care about us. You might be managing remotely, but you have a phone. They did come and clean the dust after, but in no way for a $300+ a night place should it have been left in that condition. This was our first time visiting this area of Florida and I’m so glad we stayed at Villa Y! Tom (manager) was very easy to communicate with. Staff at the resort were very nice and helpful. The villa is just feet away from the intercostal and you can actually see the water from your villa. Highly recommend going there to watch a sunset or two 🙂 We spent most of our time in the heated pool, private beach and the ocean which are all located across the street, about 2 minute walk from the villa. Our 2 year old LOVED the pool which was clean and big enough for several families to enjoy. One day, we visited the Flamingo Gardens in Ft Lauderdale which was fantastic!!! A great place for kids and adults as well. Highly recommend. Also, we really enjoyed Mizner Park in Boca Raton which has pretty water fountains and lots of restaurants. Stay at Villa Y - you won’t be disappointed!! 🤓

Royal Flamingo property is well Kept; however, the Villa could’ve been cleaner upon arrival. There were clothes left in a dresser drawer and the bathrooms had a lot of dirt and hair. The kitchen could’ve been cleaner as well. The roll out bed requested was not available until the second night. We wish we were notified in advance of the beach project as there was no use of the beach all week (which was the number one draw to renting there.

This was absolutely perfect for us! We had our 3 kids, and felt right at home. They even provided a pack-n-play and high chair for our baby, helped not having to pack that for the flight. We loved the private beach and pool and so enjoyed watching the boats along the intercoastal. Easy to get to everything and very convenient. Would go back!

The owner was amazing to work with. He was very prompt and helpful with any questions. The location is the best thing about the property, close to ocean, pool and waterway. The unit was well stocked with everything needed. Loved it an highly recommend!!

From the 7 year old to my 85 yr old grandfather, everyone loved this villa. No one was ever bored nor did we ever fee like we were on top of each other. Intercostal 10 steps away, pool 40 yards, beach 50 yards. Absolutely a wonderful private place for family vacations.

Just what me and the wife where looking for. Peace and quiet. Short walk to the inter coastal and just a little longer walk to the ocean. We stayed in villa Y. Which we will be making plans to stay in again. Staff was very friendly. Most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had.

One of the most truly relaxing vacations in a long time! This location has it all… The ocean, the pool, the waterway… Our villa was perfect for the three of us, and grocery stores and restaurants are all just about a mile away. We will 100% be returning to this gem!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit. Es war recht ruhig, da die Anlage nicht voll ausgebucht war. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles Nötige ist in dem Haus vorhanden. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Insbesondere der private Strand war fantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The villa was nice and the property was very well maintained and there were almost 0 bugs. They had signs out everywhere that the property had been sprayed. That was very unexpected and very nice.The only issues we had were the doors did not seal well to the villa in the air conditioner could not keep up during the day, even with it turned it up, but at night it got plenty cold. We were also under the impression that the room had a washer and dryer not just one washer and dryer for the complex that was quarters only. All in all, it is a very nice facility and we would absolutely stay there again. The private beach area was wonderful. The ocean was wonderful on the days the weather cooperated it’ll be thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

The beds are very comfortable, and the place is quiet with no noise. Towels were changed and garbage was collected every day. There are two extra-large TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, along with a nice sofa and loveseat.The design feels fresh, new, and beach-style. The lake is in the back, and the pool and beach are just 5 minutes away across the street. If it had a beachfront view, it would be magical. The place is calm, family-friendly, and excellent for kids. I loved our stay and highly recommend it.

This place is truly a hidden gem! Set back on the property, you get privacy with easy access to all amenities. I think the biggest surprise for me was how beautiful the green space is in front of the house. We enjoyed putting around with the putters and golf balls available to use! The house itself had everything you could need on a vacation. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen had all of the necessities. The area itself was also really fun to explore. This rental gave you a quiet oasis close to all of the hubbub. We will definitely be back!
