The hotel has a lot of charm. It is close to many visitor attractions in a quiet side street. It relates back to it's foundation as a hotel in the 1950s with atractive travel posters.the rooms are spacious with modern shower room and toilets. Ther is adequate storage for a short stay and a large comfortable bed. The reception is in another building one street away which is of historical significance to lovers of classical guitar and cello music. It is where Luigi Boccerini lived and worked.

Great place to stay inside the walls at Lucca. This is inside of the ZTL parking was not included if you booked through hotels.com. €20 per night. Breakfast cost a little extra but was well worth it.

Personnel 5 étoilés, topissime. Sympas, gentilles et serviables. En plein centre historique, avec place de parc payante, mais c'est normal vu l'emplacement à Lucca. On a tout fait à pied. Hotel propre, excellent petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité prix. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter ! Un grand Merci au Mr de l'accueil qui nous a attendu un samedi soir, après l'heure du Check in prévu, avec le sourire en plus, et nous à encore accompagné pour parquer la voiture. Donc personel 5/5. Note 10. Le séjour était parfait 👌 Grazie Mille

Das Hotel hat in unterschiedlichen Gebäuden Zimmer. Mein Zimmer war leider abends nicht sehr ruhig. Da wohl nach Ende der Kinovorstellungen und auch sonst am Wochenende die tagsüber sehr ruhige Straße laut und belebt wird.

Petit hôtel de charme très bien situé. Cependant les chambres sont peu équipées et en mai le chauffage est interdit. Pas de couverture de plus et 15°c la nuit. Literie très bas de gamme. Enfin le parking payant de 20€ est quasi obligatoire dans cette zone très achalandée.

Highly recommend this hotel! A sweet small boutique hotel on a quiet street. Staff was so welcoming! Fabrizio was kind to listen to me struggle through my little bit of Italian I know. We stayed in the Hotel Diana annex (Rm #40) and it was VERY nice. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. You can't ask for more.

Highly recommend this hotel! A sweet small boutique hotel on a quiet street. Staff was so welcoming! Fabrizio was kind to listen to me struggle through my little bit of Italian I know. We stayed in the Hotel Diana annex (Rm #40) and it was VERY nice. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. You can't ask for more.

The Hotel Diana, is a clean, no thrills but lovely hotel. The staff are so accommodating and helpful! I often stay here as it's right next to the Duomo San Martino and so close to everything. the rooms are quite quirky with various colours which adds to the experience.

Beautiful property tucked away in quiet area. Fabrizio was there to greet us and our room was ready even though we were early. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Live the area, would definitely go back to the Diana Hotel.

Hotel Diana was an amazing find right in the center of Lucca very near the piazza for Lucca Summer Festival. The room we had was recently renovated and very spacious and well designed. The bathroom had one of the nicest and largest showers I have ever seen.

Hotel Diana was an amazing find right in the center of Lucca very near the piazza for Lucca Summer Festival. The room we had was recently renovated and very spacious and well designed. The bathroom had one of the nicest and largest showers I have ever seen.

The rooms are not very soundproofed so you will other guests. Very hospitable staff and speak good English. Breakfast was good.

Personnel 5 étoilés, topissime. Sympas, gentilles et serviables. En plein centre historique, avec place de parc payante, mais c'est normal vu l'emplacement à Lucca. On a tout fait à pied. Hotel propre, excellent petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité prix. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter ! Un grand Merci au Mr de l'accueil qui nous a attendu un samedi soir, après l'heure du Check in prévu, avec le sourire en plus, et nous à encore accompagné pour parquer la voiture. Donc personel 5/5. Note 10. Le séjour était parfait 👌 Grazie Mille

The entire staff was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. The room was classy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the refreshments offered at check-in was a welcome treat.

Petit hôtel de charme très bien situé. Cependant les chambres sont peu équipées et en mai le chauffage est interdit. Pas de couverture de plus et 15°c la nuit. Literie très bas de gamme. Enfin le parking payant de 20€ est quasi obligatoire dans cette zone très achalandée.

This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Diana. I love it so much. The location is quieter than the more touristy areas and yet so close to everything you need. Cafes, restaurants, a self-serve laundromat, and landmarks are just minutes away. The staff are so nice. Fabrizio even remembered me from last year when I was on another Camino. What a treat to be remembered!! The breakfast which you can include for a modest fee, is worth it. I absolutely love the location and my room is always comfortable. It’s very clean and I appreciate the mid-day tidy of my room. Just around the corner, you can find opera on certain nights of the week. It really is convenient. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station and super easy to find. I can’t say enough lovely things about Hotel Diana.

Really loved this hotel. It seems unfair that places like this only get 2 stars due to amenities etc - the character and what's on offer should count for a lot more. Staff were so helpful - even going with my husband to park the car in the local cathedral car park. We were unable to check in as arrived early but I was able to sit in a small seated area in reception doing a bit of work - there was orange juice, water and snacks freely available - it was lovely. Large room with plenty of space and storage, comfortable big bed and it was nice and cool even without the aircon on. Hotel felt full of character - really enjoyed our stay there.

This is my favorite hotel in Lucca. The staff are very nice and the breakfast (you can add it to your stay), is excellent. They’ll make you a cappuccino! The location is lovely because it’s quiet yet so close to restaurants, Piazza San Michele and the wall (for walking). Absolutely adore this hotel.
