Ma réservation n'était pas enregistré donc problème à l'arrivée ; j'ai du insister lourdement pour qu'il régle le problème car j'avais payé ma chambre ; un détecteur de mouvement hurle a chaque fois que vous faites un pas dans l'accueil et il ne peut pas le couper bref une arrivée pas top. chambre correcte petit déjeuner pas top

This hotel has the name “Boutique” in it, but it is NOT! It’s more like a low end Days Inn. The night staff gave me a room after saying me reservation expired. It was almost midnight, as I’d had flight delays. I’d emailed and texted Hotels.com about my delay. The room smelled of marijuana and I was told there were no more rooms and offered a refund. I wasn’t in a place to find another hotel at midnight, but said I’d take the refund and check out at 9am. The sink counter was great along with the lighted mirror, and the staff was fine, but that’s it. Room needed paint, big dent in wooden bathrm door, shower curtain hanging off and the freeway noise was too loud to be able to sleep soundly. The breakfast didn’t start until 8am, I was first to arrive. They do not serve decaf! The basics were available, waffle, eggs, yogurt & fruit, but no decaf. There was no manager on site and the morning clerk barely spoke English, but enough to tell me to go to the other building and speak to another clerk. This clerk said I could only get a refund for the second night I cancelled but she could NOT give it, only a manager could and that would be Monday. Nothing went well at this place. It was cheap but I still didn’t get what I paid for.

The room smelled, like Cigarettes and it is not smoking.

Breakfast started to late in the morning 8am we needed to leave by 630am so we missed that.
