Cleanliness, comfort, all you need is available. We rented cottage 5 and 6, 2 bedrooms. They have only one A/C in cottage 6. Fans for living and other bedroom, but during our stay we didn’t need more A/C. We enjoyed the clubhouse. Walked the boardwalk. Cottage 5 has A/c in living but we didn’t use it. We are family of 4 adults.

Cleanliness, comfort, all you need is available. We rented cottage 5 and 6, 2 bedrooms. They have only one A/C in cottage 6. Check in was perfect-they simply left the cottage unlocked with a hand written note and the key inside. Cottage was so clean and decorated beautifully. The view from the screened porch made for an enjoyable morning. The modern game room added a lot of fun. Loved it better than a hotel room.

The Marina Beach Cottages are situated on a nice property in a small shore town. The cottages are shades of blue are simply GORGEOUS. Included with each cottage was use of Waterford Beach Park tag, an awesome amenity. Management was helpful and quick to assist.

We loved our stay. We had a 2 bedroom cottage. It was clean, quiet and very relaxing. Cute decor and a good size for a family of 3. Kitchenette was really useful and parking right out front. We drove to the more popular tourist spots including the beach, aquarium and dinosaur place, but liked coming home to a quiet, relaxing spot to recharge. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our visit to Marina Bay Cottages! The space was exactly as it was in the pictures. The staff was quick to respond to our messages if we needed anything. The property was immaculate, right down to the baseboards and corners. Everything I needed was available to me. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. Good-sized refrigerator, counter space and coffee, too! Pretty grounds and very quiet. I would definitely recommend!

Weather was cool. so we turned off the A/C. Refrigerator was off when we arrived, and freezer compartment full of water, but we called Marina Bay and a man came and emptied the water. We turned the refrigerator thermostat back on. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for sightseeing in New London, Groton, and Mystic.

This was our first time in Waterford CT and after searching for a place to stay, we found Marina Bay Cottages. When we entered our private cottage, we were so pleasantly surprised. Everything was so beautiful, modern, comfortable and a lot more spacious than we expected! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced nice place to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! Felipe (general manager) was very accommodating. He was quick to respond and helped us out on installing the a/c units. The cottages were a quick ride to the beach and pretty much had quick access to everything (shops, restaurants, etc). We definitely plan on staying again. We even talked about making a yearly visit, as a new family tradition!

The cabins were quaint but updated tastefully. All higher end hotel like linens, towels, shampoos etc. Very close driving to a small beach, walking boardwalk, and many restaurants. Only reason i did not give it full 5 stars in all categories because it was really hot and unit had only 1 small ac. If i had asked however, they would have moved us, or given us another unit. Lively small getaway, perfect

The bed was memory foam. Not my preference but still comfortable. Plenty of food options very nearby. You also have a full kitchen so you can pick up something at the grocery store to prepare your self.

Fat Tuna is right up the road and is a great dinner spot. Over the bridge is Niantic and 15 minutes down the highway is Mystic.Not much storage so we just lived out of our suitcase. Super cute. Cabin 11 has a huge deck with a great view.

Camp Norma, Cottage 22 is a stone 2 BR. cottage sitting atop with a viewof the Niantic River/Bay in the middle distance. The property was lovely and management attentive, though requested clean towels did not arrive. Other (mild) cons:, hot water comes from the cottage across the street and takes a long time to arrive. the Kitchen was well equipped but had no toaster. No biggie, as he oven broiler toasts bread one side at a time.

We absolutely loved our visit to Marina Bay Cottages! The space was exactly as it was in the pictures. The staff was quick to respond to our messages if we needed anything. Had a very lovely two bedroom cottage with an enclosed porch. Very happy with our stay. My husband and I said that we would definitely do a family vacation for a full week the next time we get a chance. It had everything we needed, close to many good restaurants, and 15 minutes from mystic seaport (which was the reason why we were here this time celebrating my daughter and nephews second birthday at the aquarium and Seaport ). My mother arrived ahead of time and had a few questions which were promptly answered by a lovely gentleman. I also had some questions about something coming up and was called back very promptly. I highly recommend staying here!

Weather was cool. so we turned off the A/C. Refrigerator was off when we arrived, and freezer compartment full of water, but we called Marina Bay and a man came and emptied the water. We turned the refrigerator thermostat back on. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for sightseeing in New London, Groton, and Mystic.

Fat Tuna is right up the road and is a great dinner spot. Over the bridge is Niantic and 15 minutes down the highway is Mystic.Not much storage so we just lived out of our suitcase. Super cute. Cabin 11 has a huge deck with a great view.

Camp Norma, Cottage 22 is a stone 2 BR. cottage sitting atop with a viewof the Niantic River/Bay in the middle distance. The property was lovely and management attentive, though requested clean towels did not arrive. Other (mild) cons:, hot water comes from the cottage across the street and takes a long time to arrive. the Kitchen was well equipped but had no toaster. No biggie, as he oven broiler toasts bread one side at a time.

We loved our stay. We had a 2 bedroom cottage. It was clean, quiet and very relaxing. Cute decor and a good size for a family of 3. Kitchenette was really useful and parking right out front. We drove to the more popular tourist spots including the beach, aquarium and dinosaur place, but liked coming home to a quiet, relaxing spot to recharge. Highly recommend.

The bed was memory foam. Not my preference but still comfortable. Plenty of food options very nearby. You also have a full kitchen so you can pick up something at the grocery store to prepare your self.

We had a great stay here and the value was exceptional! Needs to be noted that the Panoramic cottage is on second floor - NOT accessible as the site states. But the view was lovely and the cottage, while compact, was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. It was unusually warm when we visited (early September) but there is a window unit and a portable unit that were great. Walk to the Fat Tuna for dinner. So nice! We town hopped all over from Waterford and also enjoyed Waterford Beach. Lovely stay!

I booked cottage 7 and it was perfect for my husband and I. It was just like the pictures shown online. I slept great as the bed was super comfy for both of us. The shower is roomy and the hot water was plentiful. The cottage had everything we needed and we were comfortable. There was nothing (in our cottage at least) that felt cheap or just thrown together. I would rent 7 again because we could see the water from the front and the adorable and well kept flower/veggie garden in the back. My favorite thing to do was to sit in the front under the tree and enjoy what seemed to be this constant ocean breeze that almost had me falling asleep in the chair. The location is great because food and other businesses were not that far away. I guess if I could make one suggestion it would be this, Due to there not being any screens on the door or kitchen window we couldn't take advantage of that breeze, so maybe a screen on at least on of them would be great. All in all, it was a perfect place to rest our heads for the nights we were there. Oh yeah, it was super clean too!!

It was the perfect little get away spot, plenty of things to do in the area. The cottage offered a living space separate from the bedroom and also had a little dining area. The place was spotless and if we needed anything, just call the number and it was taken care of. Highly suggest this property.
