Very basic accomodation but the room were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.We were looking for a cheap place to sleep and this was very reasonable. No kettle of lamp in the room . Asked if there was a kettle and was directed to a kitchen which had a hob , oven and microwave, which would have been ideal if there were pots or pans . We did end up making tea in the microwave . The next morning we ventured across the road to get a cup of tea at Costa.

Hotel is opposite of tube station and car park place is very good and spacious. Share tiolet and kitchen is the weak point. But overall, the staff is very helpful

For the price, it was perfect, but the toilets were not working properly. Almost anytime we intended to go, we had to move around to find clean, working, and conditioned toilets. The bathrooms were also not well maintained, and the only one washing machine among many was in working condition.

Staff were friendly. Great location especially access for wembley. Plenty of nearby convenience stores. Decent sized rooms. Clean bedding and towels but thats the only positives im afraid. Our room smelt like pee, had matresses like concrete, broken units, shared bathroom light didnt work and door didnt fully close. Very outdated and quite noisy at times.

The mattress had human faeces stains on it. The window did not lock. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the corridor; which was there when we arrived on Wednesday afternoon and was still there when we left on Thursday morning.

The hotel was cheap so i wasn't expecting 5*, it was clean but shabby. My room net curtain was ripped. Broken furniture etc, Its right by a train line and literally every 5 minutes the trains go by, they are loud and shake the room deep into the night. The staff member who checked me out in the morning, an older gentleman was super nice.

Good location and free parking. Very noisy and no fans provided. Traffic noise was unbearable. People shouting and fighting outside the hotel for hours. Dirty curtains and carpet.

Fantastic location to Wembley, tube over road & only 2 stops. Tried charging £10 for parking eventhough it states £7 on here. Bathroom was a shared one, wasn’t made clear on booking. Broken sharp tiles on floor, shower head not attached. The worst thing was probably the beds. We had 4 beds in room & 2 were unuseable, frames all bent & dips in bed. The mattresses were so uncomfortable. Stains in carpet, but beds sheets were clean. Very noisy as on busy road. Not sure I’d stay again.

Great little budget hotel, really close to the station, open late evening for check-in. Louis on Reception was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit tired but have everything you need, good value for London for the price paid. Would stay there again if in the area.

I don't complain because i knew already it was a very low standard, but you get what you pay for. For me and my son it was ok for one night
