The stay was wonderful and we had q great time...quite and peaceful with lots of activities...the staff is also very polite, understanding, caring and efficent. I would like to make a special mention of the chef Mr. Hemant for the quality and amazing food...if you are there you can ask him to make your favorite continental dish for a taste..

Resort is excellent. All Staff is helpful and courteous. Location and ambience of property itself is amazing. Surrounding nature is beautiful. Mr. Kapil during check-in is friendly. Check-in and check-out process is smooth. Lakhan Pandit ji for face reading and palmistry is accurate. This property is a perfect match for family stay including children and highly recommended.

Staff was very courteous. The bottle painting activity was really good and our daughter enjoyed it a lot. The mini water park was also properly maintained and the slides were great fun! We also had a nice dinner at the woods restaurant and the food there was delicious. Great property overall.

This was our second stay at this exceptional property in Mahabaleshwar. This place is truly magical, from the minute you step into it. Check in during covid is set up outdoor next to conveniently located seating where the elders in the family could hang out while we waiting to check in. The staff at check-in was very courteous and offered us rose-water drinks to replenish. The villas are spaced apart with plenty of privacy, and if you’d rather not walk around the property, you can easily catch a buggy ride to where you want to go. Room was a good size, albeit slightly dated. (Could use a flooring change since some parts of the bathroom and room corners were stained). The hotel has exceptional restaurants and we visited all of them on this trip. Breakfast is a majestic spread of multi-cuisine food (make sure you book a room with breakfast included). Staff at breakfast is extremely courteous and took such good care of us. We also absolutely loved our dinners here…once at Chingari, where chef Harmeet personally came out to greet us and set us off with food he chose for us! He was also around at breakfast, ensuring we were always taken care of. All other staff, Chinmoya, Devyanshi, etc were amazingly attentive too. We loved our last dinner here at Woods— a pan-Asian outdoor dining experience. We enjoyed several dishes and drinks under the trees! Our nature walk with Harsh was also noteworthy. Staff even got us a bye bye gift! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The stay was awesome, better than our expectations. The service, right from check-in to checkout was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The host - Sophia - made sure we had a wonderful time. The villa we booked, was perfect in terms of cleanliness, peace, and most importantly, the views and beauty around. All in all, I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone looking to spend time in the resort.

The stay was awesome, better than our expectations. The service, right from check-in to checkout was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The host - Sophia - made sure we had a wonderful time. The villa we booked, was perfect in terms of cleanliness, peace, and most importantly, the views and beauty around. All in all, I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone looking to spend time in the resort.

Resort is excellent. All Staff is helpful and courteous. Location and ambience of property itself is amazing. Surrounding nature is beautiful. Mr. Kapil during check-in is friendly. Check-in and check-out process is smooth. Lakhan Pandit ji for face reading and palmistry is accurate. This property is a perfect match for family stay including children and highly recommended.

This was our second stay at this exceptional property in Mahabaleshwar. This place is truly magical, from the minute you step into it. Check in during covid is set up outdoor next to conveniently located seating where the elders in the family could hang out while we waiting to check in. The staff at check-in was very courteous and offered us rose-water drinks to replenish. The villas are spaced apart with plenty of privacy, and if you’d rather not walk around the property, you can easily catch a buggy ride to where you want to go. Room was a good size, albeit slightly dated. (Could use a flooring change since some parts of the bathroom and room corners were stained). The hotel has exceptional restaurants and we visited all of them on this trip. Breakfast is a majestic spread of multi-cuisine food (make sure you book a room with breakfast included). Staff at breakfast is extremely courteous and took such good care of us. We also absolutely loved our dinners here…once at Chingari, where chef Harmeet personally came out to greet us and set us off with food he chose for us! He was also around at breakfast, ensuring we were always taken care of. All other staff, Chinmoya, Devyanshi, etc were amazingly attentive too. We loved our last dinner here at Woods— a pan-Asian outdoor dining experience. We enjoyed several dishes and drinks under the trees! Our nature walk with Harsh was also noteworthy. Staff even got us a bye bye gift! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!

It is one of the best hotels to stay ever. Its like having a jungle bath every second u stay there. Staff are very polite and warm and mr kishan the chef went out of his way with his team members to cater to my culinary requirements. I had stayed there 10 years back and it has only necome better.

Vivo più di 200 giorni in alberggi perche lavore come venditore commerciale e ho prenotato questo hotel per la fine dell'anno pagando un bel po' di soldi con 2 famiglie. Staff was very courteous. The bottle painting activity was really good and our daughter enjoyed it a lot. The mini water park was also properly maintained and the slides were great fun! We also had a nice dinner at the woods restaurant and the food there was delicious. Great property overall.

The overall feel of the resort is amazing. Rooms spacious, plenty of amenities, huge bathroom and bathtub. Nice balcony, we'll maintained property , feel of staying in woods / Jungle.
