Simply residing in Hidden Dunes Resort means, Rubico tennis courts and horseshoe and basketball courts, two pool decks and plenty of walking trails are all within Hidden Dunes gates. Plus, Cottage 198 is only a few minutes' walk to the very popular Silver Sands Outlets with hundreds of designers, great restaurants on site at Silver Sands and a grocery and beach store across the street. Festival by day, beach by sunset — our place is conveniently near Moon Crush music festival and the shoreline. Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation. 2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED! Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
