Studio was clean, had good amenities, though the kitchen was lacking dishwashing liquid/ cloth & teatowel. friendly staff, beautiful grounds, good location. Quiet, peaceful. Had a delicious meal at the restaurant on site.

I loved this place. The family who own it are genuine and hard working. We visited pre-season but they accommodated us and made us feel welcome. The estate itself is charming and its proximity to Gargano National Park and Vieste is a plus. The restaurant food was delicious.
