View is fantastic and the property is very clean and fresh! Check in was simple and has great instruction through the link. The common area kitchen and lounge is very nice and well equipped, however, also a little difficult to be quiet with the doors and wood stairs etc. Housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating.

The property was nice and new. Well equipped. Great staff. Disappointed for the amount paid that there was no direct access to the water. Originally on the site it showed waterfront which to us meant we could go into the water but there were so many rocks and no proper access. The breakfast was nice but expected a full breakfast not a continental breakfast for the money spent. Very nice accommodations but the value was not there. I would have preferred to stay in a smaller hotel/motel/cottage for less money in town if I had known the location was not what we expected being on water.

It was a great experience staying at this property in Tobermory. It was a very new property so very modern and clean for a B&B. There is a shared common room that is well equip with microware, expresso, kettle, dining ware, and supplies. The rooms are equip with a mini fridge. It is situated on rugged rocky coast and can walk out for sunset view. It is away from main port so is quite and lightly travelled. The owners were quick to come greet and help us to checkin and orient us to the property. There is EV charger which I found was not working late at night but the owners were quick to respond to help and reset the breaker so I can get charged for the next day.

Very nice and new property with a beautiful surrounding. book bnb's so I have cooking facilities. There was only a microwave available in a shared kitchen space. The only place to sit back and relax was also a shared space. You will get a nice, smallish room, with your own bathroom and a patio. I felt it a little overpriced, but that is partially high taxes.

Einzigartige Unterkunft vor traumhafter Kulisse. Die beiden Gastgeber Spencer und Christopher sind zwei ganz herzliche Menschen, die sich hier eine mehr als schöne Unterkunft hingebaut haben. Im unteren Stockwerk gibt es zwei Gästezimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Bereich inklusive Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Besteck uvm. sowie einer Sitzgelegenheit. Das Zimmer selber ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, davor gibt es eine Terrasse und einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Georgian Bay - inklusive Zugang zum Wasser. Die Unterkunft ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend von Tobermory.

We had a great time and this property is very clean and pretty new with great waterfront view. The host was great and and friendly and very thoughtful, and every morning we enjoyed fresh and delicious breakfasts provided by this host. We definitely will go back.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our experience was 10/10. The staff was amazing. The custom to order breakfast was out of this world. The room was spacious and spotless. The scenery surrounding our room was outstanding. The location was convenient. We look forward to a return visit.

The house was very clean and well kept. The rooms were very nice. Had what you needed for your stay. View was amazing looking out at the lake from the porch. Quite area and not far from everything. Will definitely be going back next time.

The room and amenities were clean and well taken care of. The view of the water was very nice and the place was easy to get to. Breakfast had a nice selection to choose from and was quite refreshing. I would recommend this place to anybody.

The general appearance of the room is great. There are three controllers, one for the TV one for the AC? and one for the electric heater - there are no instructions on any of these, you just try your best. The TV is not on cable - "Digital TV" whatever that is. We never could increase the temperature in the room - their suggestion was to turn on the electric heater. Breakfast was a joke - one drink - 5 items - never did get that mini croissant. Overall very disapointing and not worth the cost!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Stunning location, good breakfast, everything you could ask for .... but paper thin walls. Sadly I could tell you the ring tone of every guest, the score of the hockey game being watched in the next room, and the Snoring all night of neighbours. Bring earplugs or a strong sedative. Otherwise everything was Preston's.

The area is fantastic! Beds and pillows are great! Breakfast and service amazing too. Shower head MUST BE REPLACED/ TERRIBLE. Also no HEATING OR CONTROLLING IN BATHROOM OR MAIN ROOM! It is terrible not to have our own thermostat. Till these two issues aren’t fixed we will not recommend or come back.

Self-check in was easy. The room was beautiful and the setting, looking out on the lake, amazing - couldn’t have asked for more. The full parking area suggested that most of the rooms were occupied the Saturday night we stayed, but it was very quiet. Excellent customer service - we ran into an issue with switching on the fire and had a response to our text within minutes, which resolved the issue. Highly recommended - we would go back.

I would rate this higher than 5/5, everything was absolutely perfect. The owners and property were top notch, always striving to put guests first. Short walk to light house, short drive to most Tobermory attractions. Will be going back again for sure!

This is a great place to stay. Very new, modern and clean. The auto check-in was very simple and seamless. The staff was very helpful. Our unit looked right out over the water; beautiful. Breakfast was included and was a great start to the day. It was delivered hot and on time. We will go back to this place for sure.

Disappointing Experience Despite the Beautiful View We were excited about our stay at Evo B&B – Adults Only, Waterfront, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted not with a warm welcome, but with a stern reprimand from the property manager to immediately remove our shoes—before we had even entered our room. It felt more like being scolded than checked in. If shoe removal is a strict house policy, complimentary slippers would be a considerate addition, especially for guests who are just arriving. The room itself was nicely decorated and the waterfront view was truly lovely. However, the positive aspects ended there. That evening, after returning from a quiet night out, we settled in to watch Netflix around with the volume set low (12). At around 11 pm, the same manager knocked on our door to tell us we were being too loud. We were shocked and felt uncomfortable from that point on—as if we were being constantly monitored. We resorted to whispering for the rest of the evening. It quickly became clear that the walls are extremely thin. We could hear our neighbors' conversations as if they were in the same room. Privacy is minimal, and any kind of normal evening activity feels discouraged. This might be a decent stay for solo travelers who plan to be in bed by 10 pm and don’t mind tiptoeing around. But for couples or anyone looking to relax and enjoy their evening, I cannot recommend this property.

The place was beautiful, our room was super clean , and had a great view , the breakfast was delicious and we found some nice treats in the mini fridge. We were only there for a night but definitely coming back because we still have to try the fire place ( we were late for that ) , check in and check out was very easy . We met one of the owners of the place , and he was very sweet gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat , Lacy’s smash burger are the absolute best , really looking forward to come back next year !!

I would rate this higher than 5/5, everything was absolutely perfect. The owners and property were top notch, always striving to put guests first. Short walk to light house, short drive to most Tobermory attractions. Will be going back again for sure!

Stone Cove is a beautiful and well kept place to lodge. Very modern looking and located in a very scenic area by the water. Very short travel into town and a stones throw from the Big Tub Lighthouse.

Just minutes from Ferry’s dock in Tobermory. Beautiful property and design of suites so each room is isolated and has a deck with a view of the cove.

Excellent location with a stunning view of the lake! Loved the decorum and how the space was used. Having Breakfast at our door was a wonderful perk and I highly recommend this cozy place to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

The house was very clean and well kept. The rooms were very nice. Had what you needed for your stay. View was amazing looking out at the lake from the porch. Quite area and not far from everything. Will definitely be going back next time.

The property was nice and new. Well equipped. Great staff. Disappointed for the amount paid that there was no direct access to the water. Originally on the site it showed waterfront which to us meant we could go into the water but there were so many rocks and no proper access. The breakfast was nice but expected a full breakfast not a continental breakfast for the money spent. Very nice accommodations but the value was not there. I would have preferred to stay in a smaller hotel/motel/cottage for less money in town if I had known the location was not what we expected being on water.

The general appearance of the room is great. There are three controllers, one for the TV one for the AC? and one for the electric heater - there are no instructions on any of these, you just try your best. The TV is not on cable - "Digital TV" whatever that is. We never could increase the temperature in the room - their suggestion was to turn on the electric heater. Breakfast was a joke - one drink - 5 items - never did get that mini croissant. Overall very disapointing and not worth the cost!

This is a great place to stay. Very new, modern and clean. The auto check-in was very simple and seamless. The staff was very helpful. Our unit looked right out over the water; beautiful. Breakfast was included and was a great start to the day. It was delivered hot and on time. We will go back to this place for sure.

An amazing place to stay at, beautiful views and a good location next to any activities. A quick walk from the light house and you barely have to drive to the main/harbour part. The owners were very accommodating and the property was absolutely beautiful. Will most definitely be coming back here :)

The breakfast was really good, would have liked more pastries! Only downside was that the room was a bit cold & even though the gas fire helped it was on a timer. We couldn’t seem to turn the air conditioning off. Would stay again though.

overall it was good experience but too many restrictions. the best part was view from room and breakfast. you can hear people talking in nearby rooms. less privacy as people can still peek in your room from backdoors.
