Beautiful poolside views, ocean a bit of a stink in the bay with no beach. Overall a very good property but I do not find it 5 star based on other countries standards. Pool bar closed 45 minutes before sunset on a clear day when vacationers were enjoying poolside drinks. I questioned this and it is based on their schedule, so apparently I can fly half a day, drive half a day and spend $350 USD on a room and cannot have a sunset drink at the pool because of their schedule where labor is not that expensive. It is obvious it irked me as 5 star resorts do not do things like that, they do not make the customers work on their holidays especially those that are eager to part with their money.

Excellent Hotel - the best in Paracas and well worth the price. Service was excellent. A beautiful hide-away. Lots of birds. Sort of like staying in an aviary oasis. Lovely gardens. Pools were gorgeous. Beach, activities included. Hotel able to arrange tours and transfers.

We enjoyed the catamaran ride at the bay. And the swimming pools. Restaurant at hotel’s dock was very good. Service is a little slow compare with other occasions we visited the place. Place is well maintained.

Beautiful property. Fantastic food at the restaurants. Well appointed clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Help friendly staff. Unfortunately there was persistent unpleasant smell from the shoreline at low tide.

Loved our stay in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel provides different kind of services and it was very easy to communicate with them and plan some of our activities there. The room was spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. Great place for adults and kids with two pools and a bar facing the ocean. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing stay with a 5 star service

We only stayed for one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. We did have massages in the spa and they were excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing. We at are at the trattoria and the seafood restaurant on the water and both were fresh tasting and with excellent service. All staff was friendly and helpful.

Pas d'étage, chaque chambre bénéficie de sa propre terrasse, calme en général. Le petit restaurant de la jetée est excellent, tant pour la nourriture que la vue des oiseaux pêchant alentour. Le restaurant principal propose des plats péruviens un peu revisités, discutables. L'hôtel pourrait nettoyer la plage qui sent parfois fortement du fait des algues qui y pourrissent.

Honestly I’ve been to a lot of resorts around the world and Hotel Paracas has to be one of my personal favorites. The close attention they pay to their guest should be studied! The friendliness of the staff is a great bonus to the experience of the resort itself. Also breakfast buffet has a great selection that’s hard to nitpick about, everything is there that you’ll need to start your morning. The grounds of the hotel was well kept continuously as well. It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Paracas Luxury it’s one of those resort that I’ll be booking again!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout, and the room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. However, the stay felt surprisingly expensive, especially when it came to food. We were served an overpriced salad that consisted of about 90% leafy greens with cold fries on the side, which was quite disappointing. The check-in experience lacked information. We received very little guidance about the hotel’s facilities and services and had to figure everything out ourselves as the days went by. An information pack would have been greatly appreciated, as we spent quite some time feeling confused. Another major downside was the noise. During our short stay, there were several events and a wedding, with loud music playing until 5 a.m. It’s nice that the hotel hosts celebrations, but it was extremely frustrating when we were there to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One final annoyance was that the reception could not offer even a simple paracetamol free of charge when we suddenly got a headache and the pharmacies were closed for the night. Overall, while the hotel itself is attractive and the staff pleasant, the experience did not fully meet expectations given the price.

Brenda cleaned and organized our room so well it looked just as we found it at check in. They were varnishing some of the vacant room patio covers, cleaned the walkways and were maintaining the landscaped areas. I can't remember feeling more relaxed when sitting out on the patio or swimming in the heated pool. The sunsets over the Reserva Nacional de Paracas reminded me of Maui. Everyone at the front desk, concierge & security guards at all entry points were extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is top quality and should be enjoyed. This was one of the best experiences at a hotel that we've had.

This is probably the best hotel in Paracas and I would love to come back. It is beautiful property, good spa and massage, really nice bar and restaurant on the territory of the hotel, the views are breathtaking, we really enjoyed watching sunset. Also it was really cold in our room and only after a few conversations and one angry talk on the phone, the technician came. Apparently, he had to do something outside the room to make the air conditioner work in a heating regime. Even though that we had to put some effort good thing is that it was taken care of and fixed.

Es un hotel precioso. Los cuartos son maravillosos y en general todas sus instalaciones. Tienen una linda vista de la bahía. Se come delicioso en el restaurante Chalana. El hotel está súper a gusto para pasar unos dos días. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque la piscina de adultos no tienen sombrillas de sol y si quieres un lugar con sombra hay que pagar por usarlas. Nuestro cuarto era el de abajo y se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía en el baño del cuarto de arriba.

My only possible complaint is the staggering prices in the restaurant and bars. There was no coffee maker in the room and when I asked for coffee from room service, it was $11!!! The menu in the restaurant is limited and the food prices are literally double what they should be. But the property is extremely well-run and the staff is organized and extremely efficient.

This was a very relaxing place to stay and we were met with lots of kindness. Some exceptional staff members were Julio, Julio Cesar, Anderson, Jonathan and Ykiku, but really everyone was lovely and welcoming. It was very easy to book excursions through them (we booked the boat tour to Ballestas Island through WhatsApp). I recommend booking some services as the spa, especially if you appreciate a good massage. I did not explore outside of the resort, except for a walk along the bay through a residential area. On the drive in, the main town seemed to hectic for what I wanted to experience. This is not specific to the hotel, but I made the mistake of driving myself from Lima. The drive wasn't safe. I would find another way to get there, maybe through a tourist service.

Honestly I’ve been to a lot of resorts around the world and Hotel Paracas has to be one of my personal favorites. The close attention they pay to their guest should be studied! The friendliness of the staff is a great bonus to the experience of the resort itself. Also breakfast buffet has a great selection that’s hard to nitpick about, everything is there that you’ll need to start your morning. The grounds of the hotel was well kept continuously as well. It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Paracas Luxury it’s one of those resort that I’ll be booking again!

The room was in a great location and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar were great and everyone was so friendly. Our anniversary stay was excellent.

The resort itself is amazing. The property is very beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens and the restaurant, bar and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff at the restaurants and pool/bar were beyond friendly and amazing. Loved them! The gentleman at check-in though did not provide much of a warm welcome. We had just driven from Lima and had an encounter with corrupt cops on the way there, so arrived to the resort a bit shaken up, and the person checking us in went straight into fees and costs without even asking asking us how we were doing, how were our travels etc.. not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Otherwise everything was great.

Pool bar closed 45 minutes before sunset on a clear day when vacationers were enjoying poolside drinks. I questioned this and it is based on their schedule, so apparently I can fly half a day, drive half a day and spend $350 USD on a room and cannot have a sunset drink at the pool because of their schedule where labor is not that expensive. It is obvious it irked me as 5 star resorts do not do things like that, they do not make the customers work on their holidays especially those that are eager to part with their money.

Excellent Hotel - the best in Paracas and well worth the price. Service was excellent. A beautiful hide-away. Lots of birds. Sort of like staying in an aviary oasis. Lovely gardens. Pools were gorgeous. Beach, activities included. Hotel able to arrange tours and transfers.

Very nice hotel! Location very close to the center of Paracas, the rooms are beautiful and well equipped, the staff is very helpful, there are several nice restaurants to choose from, the pools are beautiful, and there are plenty of activities than can be scheduled! Definitely recommend!

La cena en el restaurante principal dejó muchísimo que desear y a unos precios que no tienen consecuencia con la calidad de la comida. La carta de vinos es pequeña y con una lista muy limitada y extremadamente cara. En la noche probé una pizza. Una de las peores que he comido en mi vida y a S/. 65 soles!!!! We only stayed for one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. We did have massages in the spa and they were excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing. We at are at the trattoria and the seafood restaurant on the water and both were fresh tasting and with excellent service. All staff was friendly and helpful.

Es un hotel precioso. Los cuartos son maravillosos y en general todas sus instalaciones. Tienen una linda vista de la bahía. Se come delicioso en el restaurante Chalana. El hotel está súper a gusto para pasar unos dos días. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque la piscina de adultos no tienen sombrillas de sol y si quieres un lugar con sombra hay que pagar por usarlas. Nuestro cuarto era el de abajo y se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía en el baño del cuarto de arriba.

Hotel facilities & staff very polite and efficient .. ….A few years ago there were very nice toiletries in the bathrooms , now just minimum .. Food prices are inflated for Peruvian standards .. 1 bottle of water 16 soles is extremely high . Same as all alcoholic beverages inflated to Miami Beach prices.. …. tip : get your soda water at a local store for 2 soles .. even cabana use by the pool is $65 per day …

Beautiful hotel by the pacify ocean The hotel seems like a resort with differents pools and eating places. The place was very god take care off and the food was ver god quality. A remark to make is to put more staff at the bar with the fieplace.
