The bed was very comfortable but the traffic noise and other boisterous guests made the stay miserable. Pharrah was very kind but management did nothing about the party outside in the parking lot by our door.

So everything was fine. Staff. Breakfast. Location / quietness/ room look. But the non-smoking room, although refurbished , still smelled like stale cigarettes from back when. I was a little stuffy leaving the next day, but it was an only option in a small town that had a good concert at its neighbor city's festival.

Excellent breakfast but the lady that works the desk at breakfast is even better. She is sweet, has a smile for you and makes you feel so welcome. We have been twice and both times she was wonderful. I didnt get her name but hope her boss knows she is excellent. We have been at a lot of hotels while house hunting in al and she is a sm out.
