Letto comodo, lenzuola pulite, wifi incluso e set con acqua/tè/caffè e bollitore. La colazione a buffet dolce e salata è davvero molto buona, con prodotti genuini e di qualità. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Una nota di merito anche al ristorante interno che propone i piatti della tradizione ma anche cucina italiana davvero ottima. Sono stata benissimo, consigliato a coppie o a chi vuole godersi un po' di tranquillità a due passi da Bologna.

Wir hatten ein sehr großes, modernes Zimmer mit schönem Blick in die Natur, sehr angenehm nach hektischen Tagen in Bologna. Die Innenstadt liegt etwa eine halbe Autostunde entfernt (Achtung: Autobahnaus- und Auffahrt NUR mit Telepass, sonst besser über die Landstraße). Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.
Wir hatten ein sehr großes, modernes Zimmer mit schönem Blick in die Natur, sehr angenehm nach hektischen Tagen in Bologna. Die Innenstadt liegt etwa eine halbe Autostunde entfernt (Achtung: Autobahnaus- und Auffahrt NUR mit Telepass, sonst besser über die Landstraße). Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

Really nice hotel just outside Bologna. We arrived late and the hotel offered us a nice cold cut plate ans a fresh salad. All excellent. Very nice breakfast and a great service. Room was nice and clean. Palazzo de Rossi is close to the autostrada.

Good location about 20 min from Bologna airport and 30 min from the city center. Accessible to bike trails and a park. Free parking. Hotel is situated next to a medieval castle which added to the overall positive experience. The only downside was a bunch of stink bugs in our room on the curtains and window frame. They don’t bite to our knowledge but my wife woke up with a few bites. Looked like bedbugs from the web search but not sure.

Palazzo storico bello ma con mobilio vecchio. In camera il riscaldamento era rumoroso con accensioni automatiche ogni mezz’ora. Personale gentile e ottima colazione. Posizione scomoda. Nessun parcheggio, la macchina va lasciata fuori sullo sterrato incustodita.

Vivere e passeggiare per la bellissima città di Bologna e a pochi km dormire in collina tra il silenzio e la pace dove è situata la struttura. Il Palazzo De Rossi è un antica struttura, ristrutturata e curata nei particolari delle camere e degli interni de l'hotel. Legno, cotto e mattoni sono il filo conduttore del soggiorno ed insieme alla tranquillità ed alla serenità che avvolge la struttura, fanno di questo posto una vacanza di buon livello. Una cosa che può creare qualche problema sono le tante scale all'interno de l'hotel e anche nelle camere, ma potrebbe essere anche la sua particolarità. La colazione ci ha soddisfatto in pieno, dolce e salato con prodotti locali e di qualità. Ottima l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale. Peccato aver dormito solo per una notte.

It was absolutely beautiful! The grounds and views were stunning and the staff was incredible! The room had rustic charm and was very spacious, however, the AC did not work and there was no mini fridge. The continental breakfast was EXCELLENT. We walked the property as well as the road leading to it and enjoyed the views and the flowers. We would definitely stay there again!

Una location storica e ben tenuta in mezzo al verde. La gestione del check in on Line e’ semplice. La colazione è molto ricca e di qualità. Non abbiamo provato il loro ristorante perché chiuso per turno. Viaggiavamo con il cane e qui sono ammessi. Il personale è stato cordiale ed attento alle nostre richieste. Per i nostri viaggi Nord Sud lo abbiamo messo in cima alla lista dei posti dove fare una sosta di qualità.
Una location storica e ben tenuta in mezzo al verde. La gestione del check in on Line e’ semplice. La colazione è molto ricca e di qualità. Non abbiamo provato il loro ristorante perché chiuso per turno. Viaggiavamo con il cane e qui sono ammessi. Il personale è stato cordiale ed attento alle nostre richieste. Imponerende palass, landlig beliggende i autentisk stil. Betjeningen var hyggelig og imøtekommende. Rommene luftige, store og velholdte. Anbefaler virkelig å oppleve dette stedet. Det var også bryllup og jubileumsfeiring pågående da vi sov her. Restauranten på hotellet hadde god mat, og god frokost servert utendørs i flott atmosfære.

Eigentlich hatten wir nur für eine Nacht gebucht und die nächste Nacht wollten wir in einem Viersternehotel in Bologna verbringen. Obwohl wir das Hotel in Bologna schon bezahlt hatten und keine Rückerstattung bekommen haben, Sind wir noch eine zusätzlichen Nacht in diesem so herzigen Hotel geblieben. Die Lage ist extrem ruhig und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 45 Minuten mitten in Bologna. Das Abendessen war auch sehr fein.

Palazzo storico bello ma con mobilio vecchio. In camera il riscaldamento era rumoroso con accensioni automatiche ogni mezz’ora. Personale gentile e ottima colazione. Posizione scomoda. Nessun parcheggio, la macchina va lasciata fuori sullo sterrato incustodita.

The castle from the 1400s is well mantained to become a country lively hotel, set of apartments and restaurant. A good surprise on our trip! And the next day we were in Bolonia in just half and hour by car.

Vivere e passeggiare per la bellissima città di Bologna e a pochi km dormire in collina tra il silenzio e la pace dove è situata la struttura. Il Palazzo De Rossi è un antica struttura, ristrutturata e curata nei particolari delle camere e degli interni de l'hotel. Legno, cotto e mattoni sono il filo conduttore del soggiorno ed insieme alla tranquillità ed alla serenità che avvolge la struttura, fanno di questo posto una vacanza di buon livello. Una cosa che può creare qualche problema sono le tante scale all'interno de l'hotel e anche nelle camere, ma potrebbe essere anche la sua particolarità. La colazione ci ha soddisfatto in pieno, dolce e salato con prodotti locali e di qualità. Ottima l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale. Peccato aver dormito solo per una notte.

Wir hatten ein sehr großes, modernes Zimmer mit schönem Blick in die Natur, sehr angenehm nach hektischen Tagen in Bologna. Die Innenstadt liegt etwa eine halbe Autostunde entfernt (Achtung: Autobahnaus- und Auffahrt NUR mit Telepass, sonst besser über die Landstraße). Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

It was absolutely beautiful! The grounds and views were stunning and the staff was incredible! The room had rustic charm and was very spacious, however, the AC did not work and there was no mini fridge. The continental breakfast was EXCELLENT. We walked the property as well as the road leading to it and enjoyed the views and the flowers. We would definitely stay there again!

Really nice hotel just outside Bologna. We arrived late and the hotel offered us a nice cold cut plate ans a fresh salad. All excellent. Very nice breakfast and a great service. Room was nice and clean. Palazzo de Rossi is close to the autostrada.

Good location about 20 min from Bologna airport and 30 min from the city center. Accessible to bike trails and a park. Free parking. Hotel is situated next to a medieval castle which added to the overall positive experience. The only downside was a bunch of stink bugs in our room on the curtains and window frame. They don’t bite to our knowledge but my wife woke up with a few bites. Looked like bedbugs from the web search but not sure.
