Das Hotel bzw. die Anlage ist älter und definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Es war aber noch in Ordnung. Die Pools älter, was man deutlich sieht, da die Folie abgeht. Der Strand ist nicht so besonders da er recht steinig und klein ist. Was aber mit Badeschuhen geht. Was gar nicht geht ist der Service. Der ist Unterste Schublade. Wir waren bereits in verschiedenen Hotels in Hurghada, und solch einen schlechten Service haben wir noch nie erlebt. Nur wer TÄGLICH ordentlich Trinkgeld zahlt , bekommt einigermaßen Service. Gibt man keins. wird man sogar danach gefragt! Eine Frechheit! Lediglich im italienischen a la Carte Restaurant haben wir guten und herzlichen Service erlebt. Den Rest kann man vergessen. Animation war super, stets freundlich aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Shows und Partys immer super organisiert. Das Essen war mäßig. Leider wenig abwechslungsreich und auch geschmacklich verbesserungswürdig. Bis auf die selbstgemachten Fatir, bei der lieben Asmaa. Die waren immer ein Genuss. Wir werden das Hotel leider nicht mehr buchen, da wir über solch einen schlechten Service nicht hinweg sehen können.

Bei unserer Buchung war leider kein Flughafentransfer inbegriffen, sodass wir uns darum selbst kümmern mussten. Das Hotel ist insgesamt schön und die Wege gut zu schaffen. Bei unserem Zimmer gab es zunächst einige Probleme, die aber auf Nachfrage behoben werden konnten. Wechseln durften wir unser Zimmer leider nicht. Die Poollandschaft war abwechslungsreich und der Strand sauber. Leider kann man keinen weiteren Strandspaziergang machen, weil nur ein kleiner Privatstrand vorhanden ist. Gestört hat uns, dass man am Pool und draußen auf der Straße ständig angequatscht wird, weil einem jemand etwas verkaufen möchte. Der Zimmerboy war ziemlich auf Trinkgeld aus und hat immer wieder gefragt, ob wir seine schöne Deko gesehen hätten. Gewischt hat er den Boden allerdings nicht. Das Essen hat sich insgesamt schnell wiederholt, aber man findet trotzdem immer etwas, weil die Auswahl groß ist. Beim Frühstück hätte es etwas mehr Aufschnittauswahl geben können und wir haben natürlich den Bacon vermisst. Aber auch dort gab es Alternativen. Das italienische Restaurant wird gerade renoviert, deswegen gibt es beim griechischen Restaurant an jedem zweiten Tag das italienische Essen. Es war allerdings schwierig, dort einen Platz zu bekommen, weil ständig alles ausgebucht war. Es wäre schön, wenn man vorher irgendwo die Karten der Restaurants einsehen könnte. Wir haben auch den Beauty Salon ausgetestet. Mit der Gesichtsbehandlung waren wir zufrieden, mit den Finger- und Fußnägeln jedoch nicht.

Schönes Hotel, großartige Poollandschaft und tolle Rutschen! Insgesamt sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gute Verpflegung. Über die gesamte Anlage sind reichlich Bars verteilt, an welchen man sich den Tag über versorgen kann. Das All Inklusive Konzept ist sehr fair und übersichtlich.

Belles piscines, nombreux toboggans mais celui avec bouées n'est pas accessible en solo. Le restaurant principale est bruyant vu le nombre de personnes qu'il peut accueillir. Les animations musicales organisées aux restaurant sont sympathiques mais le rende encore plus bruyant ! La nourriture est très variées et bonne pour la plupart des plats. Le service est de qualité et rapide.

The room and the furniture were worn, but the cleaning was very good. The food was really good – all meals were good with delicious food. Every day there were new and different dishes. The swimming pool was really good, perhaps with a small downside regarding the beach, which was very small. The hotel itself, the lounge, and the restaurant were quite nice. We had a fantastic holiday.

Loved our stay here, hotel has everything a family needs for a holiday. Restaurants were good quality and staff really friendly. The rooms were a good size, with enough room for a pram to be left. Finally very convenient for the airport, with a taxi company in the foyer.

Séjour de presque 3 semaines dans cet hôtel absolument magnifique… on se sent comme chez soi ! Tout le staff de l’accueil au restaurant en passant par l’équipe de nettoyage d’animation.. bref tout le monde a toujours le sourire et un petit mot gentil pour vous .. une bienveillance incomparable !!!! Merci merci merci à tous Les menus sont variés et explosifs en matière de qualité. Votre frigo dans la chambre toujours plein les 6 piscines toujours propre et surveillée s la jetée vers la mer avec dès transat VIP des stands crêpes hamberger glaces kebab pâtes…. Bref vraiment topissime 😂😂. je pourrais remercier tout le monde mais je pas assez de place .. mention spéciale à osama Viviane doha Mohamed 1234😂mr Saïd melegi hamdy Ahmed 1et 2 3 hasssan …… bref bravo à tous et encore merci car j'ai trouvez plus qu’un hôtel .. une vraie famille et 2 eme maison 👍👍👍vous allez me manquez 😍😍😍

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war renoviert, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, und die abendlichen Shows waren unterhaltsam und gut gemacht. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Strand ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung.

Das Bett war schmutzig. Und das Zimmer hat übel gerochen. Man sagte mir man könne mir kein anderes Zimmer geben, da sie komplett ausgebucht wären. Komischerweise waren im Netz noch Zimmer in diesem Hotel für den selben Tag verfügbar. Das Personal hat sich nicht sonderlich professionell verhalten. Eher flapsig. Wenig respektvoll. Der einzig positive Aspekt dieses Hotels ist v das recht gut ausgestattete Fitnessstudio

Das Essen hat sich insgesamt schnell wiederholt, aber man findet trotzdem immer etwas, weil die Auswahl groß ist. Beim Frühstück hätte es etwas mehr Aufschnittauswahl geben können und wir haben natürlich den Bacon vermisst. Aber auch dort gab es Alternativen. Das italienische Restaurant wird gerade renoviert, deswegen gibt es beim griechischen Restaurant an jedem zweiten Tag das italienische Essen. Es war allerdings schwierig, dort einen Platz zu bekommen, weil ständig alles ausgebucht war. Es wäre schön, wenn man vorher irgendwo die Karten der Restaurants einsehen könnte. Wir haben auch den Beauty Salon ausgetestet. Mit der Gesichtsbehandlung waren wir zufrieden, mit den Finger- und Fußnägeln jedoch nicht.

The resort was lovely. The cleaning products used were too strong smelling and gave me a headache, so I had to air my room out for hours before I could enter it again to sleep. To make our arrival easier, I wish there was a map of the property, explaining the location of all the restaurants, etc... Overall, this place was beautiful, the staff were nice, good food and a safe place for kids to play and wander around while parents relax or play with them :)

Séjour de presque 3 semaines dans cet hôtel absolument magnifique… on se sent comme chez soi ! Tout le staff de l’accueil au restaurant en passant par l’équipe de nettoyage d’animation.. bref tout le monde a toujours le sourire et un petit mot gentil pour vous .. une bienveillance incomparable !!!! Merci merci merci à tous Les menus sont variés et explosifs en matière de qualité. Votre frigo dans la chambre toujours plein les 6 piscines toujours propre et surveillée s la jetée vers la mer avec dès transat VIP des stands crêpes hamberger glaces kebab pâtes…. Commencons par le positif ! Le personnel qui est vraiment est au top, serviable et accueillant. Les piscines et les infrastructures sont sympas. Mais le gros point négatif pour nous a été la chambre. Notre problème concerne que très peu de chambres, mais malheureusement nous avons eu une de ces chambres. La chambre 3529 avec un bruit constant de vibrations et moteur comme si nous étions dans un hélicoptère... Donc des nuits très agitées, pas du tout reposantes, nous n'avons jamais envie d'être dans cette chambre, la journée nous la fuyons. We stayed in a swim up room which was great, it was like having our own private pool at times! The food was lovely, a great selection including great eggs made to order for breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, a special shout out to the cleaner Ahmed and Hamada from the dining team who were both great!

The room and the furniture were worn, but the cleaning was very good. The food was really good – all meals were good with delicious food. Every day there were new and different dishes. The swimming pool was really good, perhaps with a small downside regarding the beach, which was very small. The hotel itself, the lounge, and the restaurant were quite nice. We had a fantastic holiday.

The hotel manager Sameh and Osama were very nice and helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond. However, there were problems from the start. Ahmed the night receptionist was hostile and ill mannered. Checks were not made against booking, One of the rooms was cancelled during check in and we were told one adult and child had to find another hotel or pay for a room that was already paid for. Check in took a whole 3 hours, issues were escalated to manager Sameh, who upgraded us, however, blame was transferred to expedia. Room was not to the standard as expected, broken door safety bar, broken door handle, balcony doors did not shut, one of the rooms AC did not work, brown tap water, and drains did not drain. The la carte restaurant's which are 6/7 restaurants was not bookable, as staff were booking for visitors before the window for booking became available. Heated pools-advertised as 6 heated pools, when we got there only two were heated and on one of the days the heating was not turned off. All issues raised a number of times. There was no action taken. Excursion companies were charging variable rates according to how gullible clients were, transportation for the excursions was horrendous for example, backless seats, that did not have seatbelts, and we were charged £10 for 3 drinks that children thought were complimentary at the end of excursion. Loved our stay here, hotel has everything a family needs for a holiday. Restaurants were good quality and staff really friendly. The rooms were a good size, with enough room for a pram to be left. Finally very convenient for the airport, with a taxi company in the foyer.

I returned to this hotel for the second time, expecting to enjoy the same quality of service I experienced during my first stay. Unfortunately, this time was a disaster. A very important bracelet was stolen from my room, and the hotel’s response was completely unacceptable. Instead of taking the situation seriously, they insinuated that I was lying and pretended to investigate, but it was clear they were just trying to placate me. Their sole intention was to calm me down to avoid a scandal or a bad review, as they knew exactly what they were doing. There were no consequences for the person involved. To add to this, their safe was not working, even though I had reported the issue multiple times. When we returned from breakfast, the cleaning staff was still in our room, and there were two €5 bills together on the table that the staff member noticed, telling me I had forgotten them there. Later, when I filed my complaint, he supposedly told the manager that he found the money under the bed, trying to distance himself from it and portray himself as someone decent. When we realized that my bracelet had disappeared, knowing that it had always been placed in the same spot, we also noticed that my friend’s bag had been opened. Luckily for them, we didn’t know exactly how much money was inside, which prevented an even worse situation. Fortunately, not all people are bad, and some employees couldn’t believe what was happening…

Das Hotel bzw. die Anlage ist älter und definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Es war aber noch in Ordnung. Die Pools älter, was man deutlich sieht, da die Folie abgeht. Der Strand ist nicht so besonders da er recht steinig und klein ist. Was aber mit Badeschuhen geht. Was gar nicht geht ist der Service. Der ist Unterste Schublade. Wir waren bereits in verschiedenen Hotels in Hurghada, und solch einen schlechten Service haben wir noch nie erlebt. Nur wer TÄGLICH ordentlich Trinkgeld zahlt , bekommt einigermaßen Service. Gibt man keins. wird man sogar danach gefragt! Eine Frechheit! Lediglich im italienischen a la Carte Restaurant haben wir guten und herzlichen Service erlebt. Den Rest kann man vergessen. Animation war super, stets freundlich aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Shows und Partys immer super organisiert. Das Essen war mäßig. Leider wenig abwechslungsreich und auch geschmacklich verbesserungswürdig. Bis auf die selbstgemachten Fatir, bei der lieben Asmaa. Die waren immer ein Genuss. Wir werden das Hotel leider nicht mehr buchen, da wir über solch einen schlechten Service nicht hinweg sehen können.

This hotel was extremely noisy from 9am throughout the day due to ongoing construction work. Builders were cutting tiles with loud machines, using a digger, and creating a lot of dust and strong burning smells from the tile cutting. It was impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. The room was very poor for the price we paid. We previously stayed at Alibaba Hotel, which was cheaper, had much larger and more modern rooms, bigger swimming pools, and a huge aqua park. Compared to that, this hotel offers very poor value for money. On top of this, I made a small mistake with my reservation, and the reservation manager, Ahmed Bakry, charged me $120. He showed no willingness to help or find a solution, so I lost $120 for nothing. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience. I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone.

Très agréable hôtel, juste bruyant car tout les soirs musique forte de 20:30 à 23h…. Un des bassins est chauffer, c est top Pour les repas j ai profiter de l’offre all inclusive et vraiment pas déçu ! Les plats changent à chaque repas, super dessert, et petit dej. Un des bassins est chauffer, c est top Pour les repas j ai profiter de l’offre all inclusive et vraiment pas déçu ! Les plats changent à chaque repas, super dessert, et petit dej. Hotel all-inclusive super ad Hurghada, servizio eccellente, ogni persona che lavora lì ti fa sentire come in un resort di lusso ma senza spendere una fortuna. L’hotel ha tutto ciò che serve per una bellissima vacanza, spiaggia, tante piscine, giochi , spa con massaggi, tantissime attività ad ogni ora del giorno inclusa la notte, più offre varie escursioni con barche direttamente dall’hotel. Tante opzioni anche per mangiare, bevande e cocktail inclusi tutto il giorno fino alla mezzanotte, oltre al ristorante centrale ci sono circa altri 7 ristoranti e bar dislocati nell’hotel , il mio preferito era vicino la piscina ed il chiringuito al mare. Pulizia della camera non eccelsa rispetto ai nostri standard ma nonostante questo super consiglio questo hotel. Wi-Fi ottimo funziona anche in piscina e spiaggia.

Superbe hôtel. La propreté, l'amabilité du personnel, la restauration, les animations proposées, etc ,etc, tout était à la hauteur de mes attentes. Mais lorsque vous sortez de l'hôtel et traversez la rue, vous êtes harcelé par les nombreux commerçants du quartier qui vous accostent les uns après les autres sur le trottoir. Cela donne un sentiment d'insécurité et surtout pas envie d'entrer à l'intérieur, c'est dommage, ils tuent leur propre commerce.

Bei unserer Buchung war leider kein Flughafentransfer inbegriffen, sodass wir uns darum selbst kümmern mussten. Das Hotel ist insgesamt schön und die Wege gut zu schaffen. Bei unserem Zimmer gab es zunächst einige Probleme, die aber auf Nachfrage behoben werden konnten. Wechseln durften wir unser Zimmer leider nicht. Die Poollandschaft war abwechslungsreich und der Strand sauber. Leider kann man keinen weiteren Strandspaziergang machen, weil nur ein kleiner Privatstrand vorhanden ist. Gestört hat uns, dass man am Pool und draußen auf der Straße ständig angequatscht wird, weil einem jemand etwas verkaufen möchte. Der Zimmerboy war ziemlich auf Trinkgeld aus und hat immer wieder gefragt, ob wir seine schöne Deko gesehen hätten. Gewischt hat er den Boden allerdings nicht. Das Essen hat sich insgesamt schnell wiederholt, aber man findet trotzdem immer etwas, weil die Auswahl groß ist. Beim Frühstück hätte es etwas mehr Aufschnittauswahl geben können und wir haben natürlich den Bacon vermisst. Aber auch dort gab es Alternativen. Das italienische Restaurant wird gerade renoviert, deswegen gibt es beim griechischen Restaurant an jedem zweiten Tag das italienische Essen. Es war allerdings schwierig, dort einen Platz zu bekommen, weil ständig alles ausgebucht war. Es wäre schön, wenn man vorher irgendwo die Karten der Restaurants einsehen könnte. Wir haben auch den Beauty Salon ausgetestet. Mit der Gesichtsbehandlung waren wir zufrieden, mit den Finger- und Fußnägeln jedoch nicht.

Grande chambre avec balcon et vue sur la piscine comme toutes les chambres. Buffet variés est bon. Personnel très agréable. Animation régulière dans la journée. En bord de mer avec le club de plongée juste à côté. Possibilité de faire des excursions également en passant par l’hôtel. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Loved our stay here, hotel has everything a family needs for a holiday. Restaurants were good quality and staff really friendly. The rooms were a good size, with enough room for a pram to be left. Finally very convenient for the airport, with a taxi company in the foyer.

Der Strand ist nicht so besonders da er recht steinig und klein ist. Was aber mit Badeschuhen geht. Was gar nicht geht ist der Service. Der ist Unterste Schublade. Wir waren bereits in verschiedenen Hotels in Hurghada, und solch einen schlechten Service haben wir noch nie erlebt. Nur wer TÄGLICH ordentlich Trinkgeld zahlt , bekommt einigermaßen Service. Gibt man keins. wird man sogar danach gefragt! Eine Frechheit! Lediglich im italienischen a la Carte Restaurant haben wir guten und herzlichen Service erlebt. Den Rest kann man vergessen. Animation war super, stets freundlich aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Shows und Partys immer super organisiert. Das Essen war mäßig. Leider wenig abwechslungsreich und auch geschmacklich verbesserungswürdig. Bis auf die selbstgemachten Fatir, bei der lieben Asmaa. Die waren immer ein Genuss. Hôtel vieillissant, la salle du buffet est terriblement bruyante et l’ambiance est très froide. Heureusement on peut déjeuner en terrasse et dîner dans les autres restaurants. La plage est bien aménagée et les employés sont très aimables. La nourriture est plutôt correcte.

Schönes Hotel, großartige Poollandschaft und tolle Rutschen! Insgesamt sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gute Verpflegung. Über die gesamte Anlage sind reichlich Bars verteilt, an welchen man sich den Tag über versorgen kann. Das All Inklusive Konzept ist sehr fair und übersichtlich.

Belles piscines, nombreux toboggans mais celui avec bouées n'est pas accessible en solo. Le restaurant principale est bruyant vu le nombre de personnes qu'il peut accueillir. Le service est de qualité et rapide.

The room and the furniture were worn, but the cleaning was very good. The food was really good – all meals were good with delicious food. Every day there were new and different dishes. The swimming pool was really good, perhaps with a small downside regarding the beach, which was very small. The hotel itself, the lounge, and the restaurant were quite nice. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war renoviert, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, und die abendlichen Shows waren unterhaltsam und gut gemacht. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Strand ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung.

This Hotel is the perfect all rounder, I have come for 3 years now and keeps getting better each time! The facilities, food and entertainment is great for families and couples with the best balance of value. What really is standout is the staff, they are the most friendly and fun people you can imagine. The animation team are the best really good from Adam, MoMo and Hoem absolutely fantastic hospitality. Fully recommend coming.

This hotel was extremely noisy from 9am throughout the day due to ongoing construction work. Builders were cutting tiles with loud machines, using a digger, and creating a lot of dust and strong burning smells from the tile cutting. It was impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. The room was very poor for the price we paid. We previously stayed at Alibaba Hotel, which was cheaper, had much larger and more modern rooms, bigger swimming pools, and a huge aqua park. Compared to that, this hotel offers very poor value for money. On top of this, I made a small mistake with my reservation, and the reservation manager, Ahmed Bakry, charged me $120. He showed no willingness to help or find a solution, so I lost $120 for nothing. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience. I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone.
