the hotel is in an excellent position, parking in the private garage costs Euro 15.00 per night plus the limited traffic zones to get around the centre. normal breakfast, noisy at night. Friendly staff.

La posizione è ottima. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Il parking, a cui sono stata accompagnata in macchina dopo il check in, effettuato avendo fermato l auto esattamente davanti alla hotel, senza alcun problema, vicino e comodo. Colazione abbondante self service continental. Unica pecca, ma per me sorvolabile, arredi modesti e qualche vite mancante, tipo nel porta carta igienica un po' barcollante. Ma comunque giudizio più che positivo. Lo consiglio.

Spotlessly clean room with the most comfortable bed and lovely bathroom - the space was just right and without clutter. The view over the piazza was perfect and breakfast was awesome in both quality and selection. We were also given a complimentary aperitivo in the evening on their rooftop bar. A 10 out of 10 !

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Mantova und deswegen etwas schwierig zu erreichen. Wir wurden im Hotel vom freundlichsten Mitarbeiter auf Erden empfangen, Benny. Das Hotel sollte stolz sein, solch Mitarbeiter zu haben. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Frühstück und Service waren perfekt. Außerdem ist die Dachterrasse mit Ausblick über Mantova hervorragend.

Virkelig god beliggenhed med dejlig bar på tagterrassen (hvis du bestiller Aperol Spitz såbed dem om at spare på isterninger). Samlet set er hotellet over vores forventning. BEMÆRK kommer du i bil skal du ringe først og oplyse nummerplade for at få adgang til området hvor hotellet ligger.

This hotel had a great location, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. Also appreciated the welcome drink on the roof terrace. Prior to our stay, we had requested that the beds be separated (I was traveling with my adult son) and they were unwilling to accommodate that. Also, our room had no curtains and so was light at night and very light in the morning. Unfortunately, both meant that we did not sleep well.

Hotel molto pulito ,camera bella e pulita. Le 2 signorine della reception Maria e Delia molto gentili e affabili nel dare informazioni e indicazioni a noi clienti . Il pernottamento è bello silenzioso e si dorme tranquilli. Bella l'idea di fare la vista panoramica di Mantova. Al mattino L'hotel fornisce una colazione magnifica . Io suggerisco a chi voglia visitare la città l' Hotel San Lorenzo vi troverete Benissimo.

Posizione ottima. Buona colazione. Letto matrimoniale piccolo, camera rifinita in maniera molto spartana. Aria condizionata\riscaldamento rumorosissimo, impossibile tenerlo acceso di notte. Doccia malfunzionate (ugelli intasati da calcare e il flusso di acqua si staccava da solo continuamente), sensore anticendio coperto da plastica, ragnatela in bagno.

Sono rimasto molto deluso... Stanza essenziale niente di ché, ho sentito freddo, non funzionava forse il riscaldamento, poi per la pulizia appena sufficiente, le lenzuola con peli dentro...la colazione misera. Per essere un quattro stelle, veramente deludente

Hotel situato nel cuore della città, accogliente, caldo e molto pulito. Le ragazze dello staff tutte molto cordiali e professionali, colazione eccellente. Asso nella manica là drink card di benvenuto da consumare in terrazza al piano quinto…atmosfera molto molto carina…torneremo sicuramente :-)

From checking at the hotel till checkout we were dealt by very friendly staff (Delia, Benny and the young lady that check us out ). They are an asset for the hotel. Rooms are clean, large with a modern bathroom en-suite. Altogether fantastic and not expensive ( subject to room choice).

Personale disponibile camera normale con vista ottima. Problemi con aria condizionata non regolabile e quindi troppo fredda per la notte …. Abbiamo dormito con finestre aperte per cercare di mitigare il troppo freddo …. Wireless funzionante a tratti…. Colazione ottima !!! Obiettivamente non so’ se ci tornerei per essere un 4 stelle ….

The hotel is well located both in terms of walkability from the train station and all the central town historical attractions. The rooms were very tidy and comfortable. We were watching the Eurocup at night and there was something wrong with the tv speaker so everything was garbled. Also the central electrical switch didn’t allow for the bedside reading light come on separately from the hall light and there were no spare outlets to charge personal devices without unplugging a lamp or the hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was well appointed with diverse options. The front desk staff had only one attendant and was usually too busy with other guests to be interrupted for assistance unless you were willing to wait 10-15 minutes. Overall a very nice hotel with generally manageable quirks.

Die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen viel zu klein, sehr dunkel und mit Blick in einen Hof mit Abluftanlagen. Ein Änderung war nicht möglich. Es war auch kein Entgegenkommen spürbar. Es gab zwar einen Wasserkocher und Tee, aber keine Tassen, keine Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen etc. Kein aufmerksamer Service, den man von 4 Sternen erwarten kann.

Hotel situato nel pieno centro di Mantova, parcheggio a pagamento coperto a pochi metri dall’hotel, personale disponibile e gentile, colazione ottima dolci freschi, buona scelta tra salato e dolce, bevande calde espresse, l’unica pecca la stanza un po’ piccola e poco funzionale, in bagno pochi piani d’appoggio, l’albergo è stato ristrutturato anche se già presenta segni di usura, nel complesso consiglierei certamente di soggiornare in questo hotel

And you will be greeted by enthusiastic and attentive young ladies at reception, will anticipate your needs - like dealing with your car in a restrictive zone of the city. Best location you can have in Mantova. Good size rooms and modern well spaced bathroom. Although the shower is decent size it lacks a door and you have to be careful to avoid spilling water in the floor. Which is almost impossible. A major flaw as makes it uncomfortable. In fact you can see water damage on the floor around the shower. And lacks a shelf to put the soap, it goes on the floor. Things that should be easy to fix, but... Breakfast room is beautifully lighted and great view of the city.

Hotel in pieno centro favoloso per visitare Mantova. Camera spaziosa , pulita , ma avrei gradito il box doccia con l'anta della doccia ....cosi si evita di allagare il bagno , questa è la mia opinione . Strepitoso l'aperitivo in terrazza consigliatissimo

Hotel in posizione centralissima, belle stanze, ottima colazione. Gentilissimo il ragazzo del parcheggio. Purtroppo però devo fare un appunto sul personale alla reception, poco di supporto e con modi abbastanza sgarbati (sia nei miei confronti che con le persone con le quali erano al telefono di fronte a me..) In più solo a posteriori ho scoperto sullo scontrino che oltre alla tassa di soggiorno mi hanno fatto pagare in contanti un contributo extra identificato come "Eco contributo sanificazione". Non so se ciò sia corretto o meno, sicuramente non è corretto non averlo neanche detto.

The hotel is well located both in terms of walkability from the train station and all the central town historical attractions. The rooms were very tidy and comfortable. We were watching the Eurocup at night and there was something wrong with the tv speaker so everything was garbled. Also the central electrical switch didn’t allow for the bedside reading light come on separately from the hall light and there were no spare outlets to charge personal devices without unplugging a lamp or the hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was well appointed with diverse options. The front desk staff had only one attendant and was usually too busy with other guests to be interrupted for assistance unless you were willing to wait 10-15 minutes. Overall a very nice hotel with generally manageable quirks.

Great stay ! I want to compliment the front desk ! Benny went over and above to help us navigate getting our car to the hotel . We got lost parked and went on foot . He walked back to the car and helped my husband locate the hotel and get his lovely colleague from Romania to check us in. Everyone always has a smile and a warm greeting !! Thank you for making it so pleasant . I would suggest management update the website to include precise instructions about how to navigate to the hotel. It is in a restricted area with electronic balusters that seemed impossible to pass.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Mantova und deswegen etwas schwierig zu erreichen. Wir wurden im Hotel vom freundlichsten Mitarbeiter auf Erden empfangen, Benny. Das Hotel sollte stolz sein, solch Mitarbeiter zu haben. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Frühstück und Service waren perfekt. Außerdem ist die Dachterrasse mit Ausblick über Mantova hervorragend.

They closed this hotel 2 hours after we checked in and transferred us to a different hotel. They were helpful but just changing hotel for one night stay was not convenient Nice staff and accomodating.

From checking at the hotel till checkout we were dealt by very friendly staff (Delia, Benny and the young lady that check us out ). They are an asset for the hotel. Rooms are clean, large with a modern bathroom en-suite. Altogether fantastic and not expensive ( subject to room choice).

Virkelig god beliggenhed med dejlig bar på tagterrassen (hvis du bestiller Aperol Spitz såbed dem om at spare på isterninger). Samlet set er hotellet over vores forventning. BEMÆRK kommer du i bil skal du ringe først og oplyse nummerplade for at få adgang til området hvor hotellet ligger.

Il pernottamento è bello silenzioso e si dorme tranquilli. Bella l'idea di fare la vista panoramica di Mantova. Al mattino L'hotel fornisce una colazione magnifica . Spotlessly clean room with the most comfortable bed and lovely bathroom - the space was just right and without clutter. The view over the piazza was perfect and breakfast was awesome in both quality and selection. We were also given a complimentary aperitivo in the evening on their rooftop bar. A 10 out of 10 !

Location bellissima nel centro di Mantova. Ci è stato offerto anche l'aperitivo nella terrazza in cima all'hotel, con una vista superlativa. Ancora meglio è la colazione, con dolci tipici, locali e non, veramente molto buoni. Anche il personale è gentilissimo.

This is a pretty hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, it promises more than it can deliver. We were booked in a room with a city view, but given one with a view of the staircase, despite the fact the booking was made over four months' ago. They could not offer us a room with a city view. The roof terraced bar was prominently advertised, however, when we went there, there was no bar open. Again, when we went to reception, they could not provide an adequate response and when we asked for a manager, we were told none was available. The hotel seems to be staffed by a group of very young women who did not know what was expected of them. This was disappointing as the hotel has the potential to be a proper 4 star hotel. The breakfast was excellent.
