Genervt hatte die Parksituation (es war recht viel los, daher Parkhaus voll und auch in der Umgebung gab es nichts; hatten dann Auto irgendwo abstellen müssen; bei 25€ wären die Kosten für das Hotel-Parken aber auch recht hoch gewesen). Davon ab war der Aufenthalt aber sonst super und vom Frühstück waren wir auch mehr als begeistert.

Un hôtel tout nouveau, depuis fin d’année 2023. À l’accueil, une petite africaine bien joviale et sympathique ; je lui demande si nous pouvons changer de chambre pour avoir une vue ? Elle me répond que oui ; arrive un jeune homme blond qui la reprend en lui disant qu’il faut que je paie un supplément… La chambre sans vue, était, malgré tout confortable ; mais il y a de la moquette partout ainsi que dans les couloirs ; gare aux acariens ! Le garage de l’hôtel est bien trop cher ; celui Vincentistraße, à proximité, est à moitié prix. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner ; le week-end étant fait pour se reposer : le service s’arrête trop top.

Parking de l hôtel non disponible à l’arrivée dans l’après midi. Chambre qui donne sur l’entrée de l’hôtel au 1er étage et on sent le goût du tabac qui rentre dans la chambre. L’espace fumeur étant au rdc, en bas de la chambre. Pas de frigo dans la chambre. Impossible d’allumer la climatisation. Hôtel bien situé à côté des thermes.

Très bien situé. Propre et moderne. Chambre confortable bien que petite. Un gros bémol les lits sont très en hauteur, pour libérer du rangement j'imagine. Pourtant nous ne sommes pas petit mais c'est très désagréable de se hisser sur des lits très en hauteur.

Il a fallu demandé 3 fois a la réception pour faire le ménage changé les draps et serviettes qui on été changé seulement au bout de trois jours inadmissibles piur cette hôtel et sont prix la même chose pour un parking a 25€ par jour on vous donne une place qui nest pas respecté je demande donc une indemnité de mon séjour en espérant avoir une réponse de votre part salutations jp Fischer

Muy buen hotel para el precio. La ubicación es excelente. Estás a dos minutos del spa y de los baños antiguos. Y a 5 minutos caminando del centro, super bonito. Muy bonitos todos los alrededores. La habitación bien, un poco chica, pero todo muy bien. Agradecí el agua mineral y la cafetera de Nespresso. Había una secadora de pelo, una plancha a vapor, tv con conexión a Chromecast desde tu teléfono, buen wifi. Las personas que atienden el hotel fueron muy amables (cosa que no siempre pasa en Alemania). El desayuno buffet muy bueno para el precio. Huevos, salchichas, quesos, carnes frías, panes, jugos, cereales, etc. Me encantó que tenían máquinas de café (y estaba bueno). En general, una buena opción para quedarse en Baden-Baden. El lugar es precioso.

The AI assisted check in was not super user friendly. After a long drive it was a little inconvenient figuring out the check in. It was not very welcoming. On the other hand, we arrived late for breakfast and the staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. Good food and friendly service.

Wir hatten das Tribe aufgrund einen Aufenthaltes meines Mannes in der gegenüberliegenden Rheumaklinik gebucht. Aufgr. der Bewertungen und meinem Kontakt im Vorfeld, war ich skeptisch. Ich wollte gerne einen Parkplatz reservieren, was nicht möglich war. Alternativ liegen direkt in neben dem Hotel zwei weitere externe Parkhäuser, ich glaube 5 Euro günstiger. Die Damen die wir bei der Anreise, beim Frühstück und bei der Abreise kennen lernten waren ausnahmslos super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und sehr sauber/gepflegt (Eröffnung 11/23) - es bleibt abzuwarten, wie sich das über die Jahre hält. Es gibt im ganzen Haus Pflegeprodukte von Kevin Murphy :-) Die Zimmer sind für eine Übernachtung ausreichend groß und sauber. Nespresso Maschine,Wasserkocher sowie eine kleine Flasche Wasser stehen kostenlos bereit. Das Frühstück ist für 18€/pP absolut o.k. Angeboten werden einfache Snacks (Tiefkühltruhe) - besser die 5 Gehmiuten in die Altstadt. z.B das Amadeus am Leopoldsplatz, die haben eine erstaunlich breit gefächerte Karte zu fairen Preisen. Alles in Allem hat das Tribe ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und ist absolut zu empfehlen! Ich fahre morgen wieder hin und bin gespannt, ob ich nach Abreise wieder so positiv gestimmt bin ;-)

The staff have been nice and friendly but experienced. We discussed at checkin and they insisted that I also reserved breakfast and already paid for it, although I refused. At the cash register during checkout, I had to pay for breakfast because it was not included in the price and it must have been a misunderstanding. I must also add that the breakfast was not good at all for the price.
