I wanted to stay somewhere and picked La Darsena based only on the reviews. Boy, was I not disappointed. We are travelling around Italy for three weeks and this was the best place we stayed, by far. We had the Loft room, lakeside. The room was very spacious and had a view of the lake from the window (some of the smaller rooms have a small balcony). The room had everything we needed, except for a kettle for some reason. The breakfast was excellent, and the parking (5euro/day) is right beside the Hotel. A Ferry terminal is only a three minute walk from the Hotel. We will be back!

Arriving in Tremezzina was like landing in Paradise and Hotel La Darsena was just the icing on the cake. I booked not having any real idea where to stay in Como and we could not have been happier. This adorable little boutique hotel has the most magnificent view from it's restaurant terrace and this was the main reason I booked. We had a loft room which was adorable and looked out over the lake. The location is perfect, Bellagio is literally a stones throw across the water and the ferry terminal is a 2 minute walk. It is so convenient. The slow ferry is about 2hrs from como but the rapid is only about 40 minutes. There is a beautiful park almost next door that you can plant yourself with a towel and swim if you wish. If you stay here, definitely take the ferry to Varenna, the most gorgeous town, you wont be disappointed. I was so happy we based ourselves here and was sad to leave this idyllic location. Do not base yourselves in Como Central, spend the day there exploring instead, any of these small towns North are much nicer. I definitely hope to come back. Bear in mind, this is a boutique hotel, you wont have room service or a kettle etc but you will feel like family and the rooms are generous and clean and so welcoming. The restaurant was delicious, one of the best meals we had while we were there. 10/10 recommend.

What a AMAZING view! This is not a “fancy” room, and the hotel doesn’t have many amenities (like a pool or gym) that many other restaurants have. But this is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was good size and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was awesome. Amazing view, great food and service with decent prices. The breakfast was 5 star. Same amazing view with a huge selection of great food, juices and coffee drinks! Did I mention the view? No road between you and the lake. Right on the water!!

Spektakulärer Seebalkon, der beim Frühstück jeden Tag perfekt beginnen lässt. Auch sonst perfekte Lage. Tiefgaragenstellplätze für 5€ pro Nacht. Die Matratzen könnten bequemer sein. In den seitlichen Zimmern hat man relativ viel Straßenlärm. Die Zimmer zum See haben einen atemberaubenden Seeblick

Schönes Hotel, nur ein paar Dinge: es gab keinen Halteplatz zum Ausladen, da war alles voll und der gebuchte Parkplatz ist weiter weg in einem Parkhaus. Tolle Lage direkt am See, aber durch die stark befahrene Straße auch etwas laut. Und in der Badewanne gibt es keinen Duschvorhang, das nervt beim Duschen und man muss aufpassen, nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Das Restaurant ist gut und hat eine tolle Aussicht.

Unser Besuch im La Darsena hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, auch das hauseigene Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplätze stehen in unmittelbarer Nähe gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Der Ort Tremezzo ist klein, aber sehr schön. Die Fähre nach Varenna, Bellagio und Como ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, weshalb wir empfehlen ein Zimmer zur Seeseite zu buchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Café da manhã excelente com produtos de qualidade e bastante varidade...com uma vista incrível do lago!!! No quarto que ficamos havia somente uma banheira com chuveiro, o que dificultou o uso para uma senhora de 75 anos. O tamanho do quarto era ótimo, bem grande e com vista para o lago. O acesso é facilitado com elevador para todos os andares. Staff muito solicito e educado.

Great hotel with nice restaurant and views across lake close to the ferry point for Bellagio & Como. Hotel style is traditional rather than modern contemporary with large bathrooms. Only downside is the road noise but that is outside control of hotel … much more tranquil in Veressa ..

Hotel is located right on the water on Lake Como. Dining is amazing with best views of lake. The room was spacious and everyone working there were very courteous. The boat ferry station at Tremezzo is very close and convenient to hotel, which made transportation from Como train station very easy.

This adorable little boutique hotel has the most magnificent view from it's restaurant terrace and this was the main reason I booked. We had a loft room which was adorable and looked out over the lake. The location is perfect, Bellagio is literally a stones throw across the water and the ferry terminal is a 2 minute walk. It is so convenient. The slow ferry is about 2hrs from como but the rapid is only about 40 minutes. We loved this Boutique Hotel so much. The view they have of Lake Como is amazing. They are located on the lake side and this offers a beautiful view. The staff is so hospitable. The food is wonderful for dinner and breakfast. The hotel rooms are modern and very comfortable.

This was a lucky and incredible find!! Summer in Lake Como is very busy and I was lucky to find this beautiful hotel. The location, Tremezzo is perfect. You are walking distance to bars and restaurants and importantly a stones throw from a bus stop and ferry stop. The owners and staff are kind and very welcoming. The breakfast and food was very generous and lovely. My room was wonderful! On the water with spectacular views. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom was perfect!! As I said, this hotel was a beautifully incredible find and it would be a pleasure to recommend it. I rarely write reviews, however, I could not fault anything. I look forward to a return stay.

Der Ort Tremezzo ist klein, aber sehr schön. Die Fähre nach Varenna, Bellagio und Como ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, weshalb wir empfehlen ein Zimmer zur Seeseite zu buchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

What a AMAZING view! This is not a “fancy” room, and the hotel doesn’t have many amenities (like a pool or gym) that many other restaurants have. But this is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was good size and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was awesome. Amazing view, great food and service with decent prices. The breakfast was 5 star. Same amazing view with a huge selection of great food, juices and coffee drinks! Did I mention the view? No road between you and the lake. Right on the water!!
