Camera molto grande e pulita. Purtroppo un po' vecchia come dotazioni e come età. Forse aggiungere un frigo ed in boiler avrebbe reso la stanza più vivibile. Nulla da dire sui servizi e sull'accoglienza che è stata cordiale e simpatica. Bella la piscina, rinfrescante nel calore di fine agosto!

Hotel was in a lovely location and was very clean. I enjoyed the pool and sauna. The games room was a great hit with our kids. Overall I was really happy with the stay and would stay again. I did not like that the aircon was only in 1 bedroom (so my kids didn’t have it) and we could not turn the temperature down - it said you had to ask reception to turn it down for you. I also found the parking garage really tight to get in and out of so worth considering if you have a large car.

The Hotel is nice enough and the reception staff are excellent, filling our water bottles, supplying Ice and giving good general advise and help. The room itself is alright with a comfy bed but feels like it needs some updates. More plug sockets by the bed would be good and the bathroom could be more modern. The most annoying thing was the lighting, we couldn't have the bedside lamps on without also having some bright spotlights on the ceiling turned on. Was very strange light setup that was not good for a relaxing feeling in the evening and no way to shut off the lights fully from the bed. The TV is smart but the smart features are mostly disabled which was disappointing. It does have casting but Netflix for instance doesn't support casting. The games area is a little tired but the pool area is a nice bonus to have for cooling off in our summer trip. There is a little bit of a mountain view from the pool loungers. Breakfast was pretty good with some variation each day, nothing super special but it was okay on the whole and there are not many breakfast options around so it's worth doing. Right outside the hotel there are a few places to eat and you can take the gondola up to Saint Gervais itself where you will find lots more food options and a busier atmosphere. Overall I can't say this hotel is anything special or luxurious but it did the job for a few days and the staff are fantastic. Could do with some updates.
