Room with a private pool. Whats not to like about that! We stayed in room 425. Reasonably large and nice room with large bathroom with jacuzzi. Its all a little tired and in need of some TLC eg toilet light didnt work and the general condition of the decking was not great. We are two adults and 2 kids under 10 and with 3 beds in the room, it is a little bit of a squeeze, but manageable. Room had a coffee maker and mini fridge in it with some water and other complementary drinks in. Aircon worked well and the pool is fantastic fun. The rest of the resort is also in need of a refresh. Kids playground is a waste of time. 1 of the 3 pools was closed for repairs in August! The other pools are ok but busy so its goid to have your own pool. There are 3 levels of catering. BB, HB and FB. We where BB as we prefer to look around and eat off site. Buffet breakfast was good with a lot of choice and kept well stocked. There is parking on site but its not great. Loutraki is nice with lots of places to eat on the beach front. Beach however is pebbles not sand and busy. Overall although pricy, it was worth it for the private pool. Without the pool, I wouldnt bother going.

Het verblijf was erg fijn. Goede bedden. Parkeergelegenheid was eigenlijk te minimaal. Midgetgolfbaam was vervallen. Leuk zwembad, redelijk tor goed a-la-cart restaurant. Ontbijt buffet goed en uitgebreid. Mooie ligging direct aan zee. Aanrader voor als je in Loutraki bent.

As advertised. The property can get really crowded since it’s huge so getting a sunbed or seated at the restaurants can get tricky. Nothing to do around, you need a car to Loutraki or elsewhere.

Jag anser inte att den håller en 5 stjärnor hotells standard. Men vi var en stor grupp och hade trevligt. Bra pool och stränder närhet till det mesta. Borde ha haft aktiviteter för barnen och gärna på engelska.

Generellt så var allt bra. Första dagen vi kom fram så ringde jag receptionen 2 gånger för att få lakan till extra sängen. Det kom ingen med lakan så maken fick sova utan lakan första natten. Stora poolen och barnpoolen var saltvatten vilket var HEMSKT för mina barn. De grät konstant så fort det kom vatten i ögonen eller i munnen. Aldrig varit med om att barnpool har saltvatten. Annars var rummen väldigt fräscha, bra variation på frukosten.

The resort has a real retro style. It looks like a village with smaller building with 4-8 hotel rooms, and one hotel bouilding with is also not big. The building comes from the '80, but in very-very good condition. And looks nice! Some rooms have got his own pool, but these are not heated, neither jacuzzy is not heated so in May it is totally useless. The main pool looks nice and clean, but only 20C in May (as the see). Plus a number of sharp corners and scraggy surface, and very noisy entertainment team... There is an other newer small poll, with looks like more safety. Rooms are very similar. The bed is comfortable, eiderdown is good. There was outlet at the small bedside tables. The cupboard has got only one useful self. The bathroom is spacious. The sofa is comfortable. The room is in good condition except the parquet, which is sink when you walk on it. There is two (why?) small balconies for the room. The restaurant is really far from 5 stars. In the city there are hundreds of much better places on half price. At the breakfast the orange juice is simple undrinkable. And it is in Greece !? Anyhow the hotel/village is nice!

Bella struttura adagiata su una collina che rende impegnativo il percorso a piedi tra la spiaggia e gli appartamenti collocati nella parte più alta. Deludente la pulizia delle camere effettuate frettolosamente e con poca attenzione. A disposizione un bollitore con the e caffè, peccato che in otto giorni non ci sia mai stato rifornito niente e mai cambiate le sole due tazze a disposizione.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, only the parquet floor is in a bad condition. The apartment is quiet, but for 4 days there are events by Ernst & Young every day until 2 a.m. On the last day there was a vintage car event with a repair shop for broken cars. It was difficult to sleep during the week. Unfortunately I didn't receive any information about the events before booking. Otherwise I'll go to another hotel. Check-in could be much better.

They claimed they upgraded us to a big room but really it meant a room that had been freshly brushed with polyurethane and thus the chemical smell is so bad I can’t sleep and I feel sick. I asked for a different room and they told me they are all like this and don’t have any of the regular rooms I reserved. So I’m lying in a smelly room waiting for morning and will be exhausted. I guess the resort has promise but people should not be forced to sleep in rooms where the renovation hasn’t been fully complete. As someone who does manage construction we know you need to manage the complete project including the clean up. They should have aired out these rooms before forcing guests into them. In a foreign country, unsure of my surroundings and no where to go. Already paid and stuck. Can’t recommend.

I thought’s the breakfast was great! The hot tub is fine, clean as a pin The staff was great just limited general information brochures to explain how things work at their locations. Once you understand the system it’s very workable. Just not a full service resort.

We spent two nights! We loved it. Food was good, with many options. The location is awesome. Overall it's a great resort!! You have everything around you, and the staff is super nice and helpful, and the room is clean. I recommended

Vi havde booket en deluxe suite med privat pool og havudsigt. Værelset var egentlig ret ok, men det bar præg af manglende vedligeholdelse - dvs. det fremstod slidt. The resort has a real retro style. It looks like a village with smaller building with 4-8 hotel rooms, and one hotel bouilding with is also not big. The building comes from the '80, but in very-very good condition. And looks nice! Some rooms have got his own pool, but these are not heated, neither jacuzzy is not heated so in May it is totally useless. The main pool looks nice and clean, but only 20C in May (as the see). Plus a number of sharp corners and scraggy surface, and very noisy entertainment team... There is an other newer small poll, with looks like more safety. Rooms are very similar. The bed is comfortable, eiderdown is good. There was outlet at the small bedside tables. The cupboard has got only one useful self. The bathroom is spacious. The sofa is comfortable. The room is in good condition except the parquet, which is sink when you walk on it. There is two (why?) small balconies for the room. The restaurant is really far from 5 stars. In the city there are hundreds of much better places on half price. At the breakfast the orange juice is simple undrinkable. And it is in Greece !? Anyhow the hotel/village is nice!

The staff was exemplary, prior to our visit, and during our stay. It is a beautiful venue we could not have been happier, my only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! I will be back, a stay at your hotel will definitely be on my agenda the next time I am in Greece.

I thought’s the breakfast was great! The hot tub is fine, clean as a pin The staff was great just limited general information brochures to explain how things work at their locations. Once you understand the system it’s very workable. Just not a full service resort.

Generellt så var allt bra. Första dagen vi kom fram så ringde jag receptionen 2 gånger för att få lakan till extra sängen. Det kom ingen med lakan så maken fick sova utan lakan första natten. Stora poolen och barnpoolen var saltvatten vilket var HEMSKT för mina barn. De grät konstant så fort det kom vatten i ögonen eller i munnen. Aldrig varit med om att barnpool har saltvatten. Annars var rummen väldigt fräscha, bra variation på frukosten.

As advertised. The property can get really crowded since it’s huge so getting a sunbed or seated at the restaurants can get tricky. Nothing to do around, you need a car to Loutraki or elsewhere.

Room with a private pool. Whats not to like about that! We stayed in room 425. Reasonably large and nice room with large bathroom with jacuzzi. Its all a little tired and in need of some TLC eg toilet light didnt work and the general condition of the decking was not great. We are two adults and 2 kids under 10 and with 3 beds in the room, it is a little bit of a squeeze, but manageable. Room had a coffee maker and mini fridge in it with some water and other complementary drinks in. Aircon worked well and the pool is fantastic fun. The rest of the resort is also in need of a refresh. Kids playground is a waste of time. 1 of the 3 pools was closed for repairs in August! The other pools are ok but busy so its goid to have your own pool. There are 3 levels of catering. BB, HB and FB. We where BB as we prefer to look around and eat off site. Buffet breakfast was good with a lot of choice and kept well stocked. There is parking on site but its not great. Loutraki is nice with lots of places to eat on the beach front. Beach however is pebbles not sand and busy. Overall although pricy, it was worth it for the private pool. Without the pool, I wouldnt bother going.

Het verblijf was erg fijn. Goede bedden. Parkeergelegenheid was eigenlijk te minimaal. Midgetgolfbaam was vervallen. Leuk zwembad, redelijk tor goed a-la-cart restaurant. Ontbijt buffet goed en uitgebreid. Mooie ligging direct aan zee. Aanrader voor als je in Loutraki bent.

Bath was good but shower had no light in it so you had to take a shower in the dark which wasn't great. Breakfast had a good selection but the cooked options left a lot to be desired.
