My husband and I stayed here twice in a month and just had an amazing experience each time. The convenience of the valet parking and coordinating app that had our car ready quickly to the professionalism of the front desk staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. We will look to book here each and everytime we come in to town.

Beautiful hotel with a great bar. We came down for the Reds game. We asked to the riverfront and had a fantastic stay. Our only complaint was they ran out of parking for our truck in valet so we had to self park. Not a huge deal since the garage was right behind the building.

When we first entered the room we found a bug on the curtain and hairs on the sheets. We called and they instantly switched our room. The rooms were alittle above average and it cost us $60 a day to park

Really good looking hotel with lots of potential in a great area of town. But it had thin walls so the mornings were louder than desired (from movement inside the hotel, not outside), and valet took too long during peak hours.

Great downtown location. It was very quiet considering it was downtown. Hotel was pretty and smelled good. The lobby and bar area were great and had some wonderful signature cocktails. I had hoped for the restaurant to be a great breakfast location, but it was more of a muffin or bagel type of thing. Had less than desirable service on a simple coffee order and decided it would be better to just get it elsewhere in the following days of the trip. Never attempted other meals there. The hotel staff in the lobby were great and helpful as were the valet workers. One miscommunication with housekeeping left our room uncleaned one day but wasn't a big deal other than no new towels. The front desk got some sent to our room. I would definitely stay here if I ever had a need to be in Cincinnati again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the lobby smelled amazing. Love the character of the building. The only negative that there is very limited dining options in the hotel. No real restaurant with a dinner menu, just some bar bites and a coffee shop.

Nice and clean, which is a must. Bed though, wasn’t that comfortable. And pillows were puffy and very hard. Bring your own pillow and room would be good. No free parking, but that’s pretty standard with big cities and downtown hotels.

We stayed at Kinley for two nights and had an excellent experience! The staff was easy to communicate with and the property was updated and very clean. I appreciated being able to call the front desk for turn-down service after we spent some time getting ready for our event. Their response was efficient and quick. If we are ever in town again, we would definitely book here!

The Kinley bar and lobby are delightful, giving us have high hopes for the hotel. You can tell someone gave a lot of thought to the design and decor, but it’s let down by the maintenance of the property. Our hotel room floors were sticky, the wallpaper in the bathroom was puckering at the seams, and the small rug by my side of the bed was old and tattered. The most surprising detail was the uncomfortable bed, considering the pricepoint of the hotel. It was very firm. Overall, we’d go back for drinks but not to stay.

I was taking a short trip to visit old friends, so this hotel was perfectly located for my visit. The hotel was fine, but some of the updates looked a little worn. That said, the staff was lovely. The front desk was great, and the valet staff was so friendly. Damian was the valet who greeted me, and he even helped me take my bags to my room. Since I used my car a lot, I dealt with many of the valet staff. They were all fantastic except for one older bald guy who was not nice at all. He acted like me needing a valet was a complete imposition. The other guys were just fantastic. The room was clean, but small. The location is great. I would stay there again.

The blinds would not shut all the way so the room was way too bright for sleeping. The pillows hold air strangely so I could not get comfortable at all. It's like I was sleeping on a partially filled balloon.

Absolute cleanliness! I’m giving + and -. Fantastic, warm, engaging, funny bartender, Tyler! Great shower, great water pressure, bare floors (-), breakfast ordering procedure in restaurant (-), no chair in room (-), great bed/comfort, my particular room view(-), but that’s just my room perhaps, staff at check-in/check-out and encounters thru out my stay-excellent, had late evening bar menu/food-very good, safety features all great. This hotel is Very Ecologically Top Of The List!

This is an older hotel that has been thoroughly remodeled. The bathrooms were especially large as was the walk in shower. The staff was especially nice and welcoming. Good value for the money.

Our server at the in house restaurant was nice, but not very attentive. The room was fun in decoration, but the beds are a bit small and hard (only doubles for a family needing more than 1 bed, no double queen rooms). Lots of cheap public parking nearby!

VERY nice property conveniently located where I needed. Excellent and friendly staff from the valet to the front desk and restaurant staff. My family had two rooms. The double bed room was a little small but king bed room was spacious and had a nice couch in there which would have been nice in the double room as well. I would definitely stay there again and appreciated the pleasant stay. I was nervous that it would be a small boutique that would not meet our needs but that was not the case.

When we walked we were greeted by Deonte and he was amazing. He knew everything we asked about and told and showed us everything about the hotel and its amenities. The kindness and generosity he showed was above any that I have seen or ever heard of. This man should be in charge sharing his skill with others. Thanks for the great stay.

The people that worked her might have been the kindest and most genuine hotel workers I’ve ever experience. My room was so nice and clean and I was able to get extra towels and water and other things extremely easily. 10/10 would recommend this property ! The area is a LITTLE sketch. However, it’s not anymore sketchy than the downtown of any major city in America.

Property presented well and the staff were nice but the area around the hotel is in various states of urban renewal. Not a lot of dining options and the hotel dining room was not open except for breakfast during our stay. Breakfast was marginal and the coffee was awful. Bitter and rancid-they had clearly not cleaned their coffee/cappuccino machines in some time.
