Elevators were regularly broken. No fridge in the room. I enjoyed the pool and the staff were friendly but the price of the hotel is not worth it when it feels broken or under construction.

The restaurants were ALWAYS understaffed with empty tables and tons of people waiting to be seated. They need to offer room service again in a way that is easy to navigate. Elevators were also an issue at peak times
