Worst vacation ever. I complained twice that the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. When housekeeping finally came they sprayed some cleaner everywhere, wiped down with a dirty looking towel and never turned on the water. I had to go buy cleaner and wash the bathroom myself. The parking was a nightmare. Forced to pay the $25 a day to park but there was always at least an hour of driving around trying to find a space. One night I had to use the valet because there wasn’t any spaces left and the valet was $40 plus tip. The tv worked some of the time and when it did work it had a handful of working channels. My vacation was ruined by the flamingo. I will never stay there again and I will tell everyone who will listen not to stay there as well

It was hard to find the parking, the signs weren’t really seeable especially at night. The parking is limited, went through all the floors and not a single spot was open, had to do valet parking. The room was clean while offering the basics(towels and toilet paper) was surprised there were no slippers. There was a view of the strip but the windows were so dirty, couldn’t enjoy the view as much.

limited seating unless you paid $150 a day + minimum $125 for food/drinks.. room was only cleaned twice for a 7 day stay, and I had to ask both times. room needed terminal cleaning, floor dirty and stained, sub par appearance, very limited TV options. Staff were pleasent but very busy. I liked the outdoor pool except very limited free seating and 1 of 3 pools closed.

We had an amazing week! Our room was great with a fantastic view!! AC was either freezing cold or we had to turn it off. Bed was comfy, pillows, not so much. The pool was great but could have been warmer. The hot tub wasn’t hot so we didn’t use. Loved all the food choices and all we delicious! Would recommend and would definitely come back!

Got stuck for 45 minutes in the elevator, which lurches suddenly when people board it. Stood in line at the front desk multiple times to unsuccessfully resolve problems with late checkout. TV remote barely worked. Drapes were torn and dirty. Bathroom fixtures were crusty and hard to operate. I've visited Las Vegas yearly for 25 years. The only reason to stay at this hotel would be its proximity to better properties.

Centrally located and quiet in the habitat tower with clean rooms, pool smelled so strongly of urine that it won't wash out of our swimsuits. I made booking errors in the hotel was very kind and prompt about fixing them even though it was my mistake very thankful to the staff there and cleaning staff were great

:Light fixtures by the bed were inoperative. TV was small and picture quality controls like color and brightness were locked out. Shower temperature knob was broken. There was no bar soap in the room to wash hands. Carpet was dirty.

It’s pretty clear that Caesar’s doesn’t give a rip about this place. It is filthy and unkept in almost every regard. One star for clean sheets and a comfy mattress and one for the sad little habitat. Been to Vegas too many times and had never been into the flamingo - we thought we’d catch a bit of historical kitsch for a night but clearly had unreal expectations. Really this whole part of the strip should be put out of its misery.

First impressions, the whole place was amazing! This was my first visit to Vegas and it was like a small city inside. The mobile check in did not work for me but the front desk girl was awesome. She had answers for all my questions and even helped me understand how to navigate the strip. The elevators were clean and smooth, which is important when you stay on the 23rd floor. The room smelled like stale skunk weed. The carpet almost smelled like someone pissed in the living room and they tried to clean it up but didn’t get it all. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was tolerable. The pillows were hard and thick. The shower and bathroom were excellent. Most of the facility was in great condition and the atmosphere was light and friendly. I didn’t have much time to gamble but there was a good selection of games and the areas were clean and well maintained. I will include a photo of one spot that needs some attention. The balcony was held up by a 2x4 bracing from the balcony below

The room I stayed in was dirty. Not the type of dirty that housekeeping can fix, floors were sticky and would have taken a lot of cleaning supplies/effort to clean. The bed sheets were dirty, bed and pillows were lumpy. Shower pressure was good at least. Two members of my party had bed bugs, when one of them reported it to the staff they argued with her and refused to refund her. We come to this event annually with nine people, we will not be staying here again and recommending heavily against it to other colleagues in the industry.

There was no door on our shower so water soaked the floor, the ac was extremely loud when it kicked on, there was a massive crack under our door so whenever people walked down the hall it was very loud and we found a pill on the floor of our room. We paid to “upgrade” our room and it was not worth the price with all the issues the room had.

Room was clean, the bathroom shower door was design as a half shower door so all the water would come out. We had to use several towels each day to soak up all the water that spilled. No microwave . Escalators weren’t working. Staff was friendly. Easy check in.

Check in was easy. Room was ok. I was only able to get maybe 7-8 channels on the tv, everything else was static. When I hit menu or guide it said unavailable. So I texted laurel my personal concierge (what the text says) about. Someone came and said it was a bad remote and they would send someone with a new one. Texted 3 hrs laters asking when they were going to deliver a new one and was told that wait time depends on current orders. I texted again around noon the next day saying it still hasn’t been fixed and was told that they would reach out when it’s ready. When I got back to the hotel to change for dinner and asked about an update I was told that engineering said it was fixed. And they would place another work order. They never came but I did get a text about checking out on the tv. Since the remote was never replaced it was not an option. I know it’s just a tv issue but it’s nice to be able to watch what you want while you’re getting ready to go out or for bed and not the news channel or sports channel.

I was on floor 22 overlooking the Linq promenade. If you lan on getting any sleep request a room on the opposite side of the building. They had music blaring all night. It didn’t stop until 3:45 Friday and 3:30 Saturday. Hard to sleep. Kept the tv on to block it out. It was loud and asI said I was on the 22nd floor.

The room waa nice, but the Wi-Fi is horrible! I could hardly connect to the internet and it waa frustrating. The iron didn't work so we called down for a new one. It was delivered quickly and I appreciated that. Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel is gine but the bathrooms are terrible in the new wing that got remodeled. Constantly water on the floor because of the European shower system they put in each room with half glass, but otherwise wide open.

I was charged for valet parking which I expected but, they also charged my card for self parking for all 3 nights on top of the valet rate. Now, I get mistakes are made, but the employee's attitude was horrible. I had to wait in line at the front desk for almost 30 minutes upon my checkout to resolve this and needed to leave. The person "helping" me had a "Tough $#it" attitude. Suffice to say, after paying top dollar for 3 nights in a run down hotel because of SEMA convention and the rudeness shown in addressing the overcharge (not my mistake, but definitely my inconvenience and frustration) I will not spend another dime in at the Flamingo Hotel. One bright spot, the water pressure in the showers is excellent. Too bad the customer service was soooo poor

Your maintenance man (Tony) called me a liar without using the actual words ( you’re a liar). I went down to the front desk from the 16th floor to report that the shower controller (handle) keeps turning or moving to the hot water position while I was trying to take my shower at about 3:45am and no I wasn’t drunk because I don’t drink or do drugs of any kind, I was actually in a good mood prior to the shower incident because I just won about $1000. During my shower I set the controller to about medium heat and started my shower then I felt the water getting really hot and I look down at the controller and it was in the hot or red I tried moving it back to where I had it and I can see it slowly move back down to hot, I found myself having to stand on one leg and hold the controller with the other leg to get the soap off. I reported the incident later that morning and the maintenance guy (Tony) came up in a timely manner, I told him what happened then he turned the controller and it didn’t move, I pointed out to Tony that I had the water running and I had it in a certain position. Tony told me “ it’s not moving for me” then he left. I went back down to the front desk to report what just happened with Tony and the lady at the front desk went in the back to talk with her manager basically told me to go back to the 16th floor and try it again which didn’t make sense to me, and then she told me they can’t do anything because Tony said it didn’t move. The room was nice and clean, and very comfortable bed. With luxurious bedding. The only thing was it was like 30 min to get there from the front desk. Just imagine yourself pushing two suitcases through the casino carpeted floors, across the carpeted railings, passed the food court, to get to the elevator. Then once you get to your floor, pushing your two suit cases yet again more carpeted hallways that twists and turns, when you think you’ve reached your room, nope! You got another long corridor to push through. At least check in was quick and easy, right? Nope! That took even longer, 45 min longer to be exact. Those kiosk to check in yourself does not work they tell you to go find a front desk specialist, which means stand in a slow moving line of people a mile long, with only two front desk specialists registering guests and a manager going down the line with an attitude you don’t even want help from, thinking she is helping answer any questions but instead mandating everyone to keep moving towards the line. Oh and btw, slipping a hundred dollar bill does nothing for you at this casino, so save your money. The staff all have attitudes starting with the desk bell people. I couldn’t find the entrance to parking so I decided to park next door when I asked where exactly the entrance to parking was and I got an eye roll and an answer with a loud smacking attitude. Ooh, I’m gonna leave these ladies alone because they must have more important things to do than their jobs.

First time staying here, good budget friendly. Parking entrance and parking is a bit confusing, entrance is hidden. Staff was super nice. Rooms were clean. Some building aspects seem a bit old. But overall would recommend. Super convinient to the Las Vegas tram, it has a walk way to it, and pretty close to the sphere.

Terrible. Everything is shockingly expensive. Hotel is old and one of the worse on the strip but charges like they are the Belogio. $35 for one titos and red bull IN THE CASINO!! Don't go to this hotel!! Be warned!! Terrible experience.

Way overpriced. Drinks are insanely expensive. over $20 for a beer at every bar and restarant. $8.00 for a drip coffee at every restarante. No cocktail waitreses. For this price, stay at a better hotel!!! THis is the worst value on the strip now by far and I stay at hotels frequently.

Need more front desk check in support, to much emphasis on kiosk self- check machines. Also, I was not provided a receipt for my stay at check out, instead I was referred to the kiosk, ridiculous! Resort charges through the roof, coffee at the Havana Cafe was $8 per person & valet parking was $40 per day. It feels very exploitive.

This hotel was our destination because of the newly redesigned adult Go pool - party pool!! Sad there was no coffee maker and no kettle with the insane resort fees. Coffee at the cafe $12 CDN!!! Our room was massive for a 1 king bed. View was parking garage, and pot smoke smell every time we walked into the room. Go used to it after 10 mins. We got a room close to the pool, spa elevators. We were there for the pool as a do over from a bad experience at another hotel down the street. Flamingo was great! We’ll be back! Party pool free to get in, if you drink - insane prices. Food was pricy but really good!

No coffee in the room and no nowhere can you get a cup of coffee in the casino in the early morning hours. If you would like a bottle of water your out of luck this casino is to CHEAP to even provide one or two free bottles in the room. In the stores downstairs you can purchase water for all most 8 bucks a bottle. and if would like breakfast a sausage will run you over 16 bucks.
