As with many hotels in Las Vegas, the casino where smoking is allowed is the central point where you have to walk through it to get from one side to the other. The smell of cigarette smoke wafts everywhere. Outside of that, it was a good place to stay.

Water was leaking from ceiling light in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The toilet would not flush properly. I had to flush three times. The tub was stained and I couldn’t tell if it had been cleaned or not. It’s an old hotel that is under renovations on some floors. They definitely shouldn’t charge over $50 for any room.

I was not happy about the stay the room we stayed in had trash on floor from previous customers. I was not impressed with my stay as much as this one night cost I would of expected a better experience. The beds were done the only issue was trash on floor in room and toilet paper crumbs on floor in bathroom. Gross

There was 1 person working the check in counter. While there were still multiple people in line she just left. The person in the check out line didn't call anyone and didn't attempt to help. The line grew to at least a dozen people and I called the number on their website. After being transferred 3 times a person rudely told me someone was coming and hung up. They didn't offer anything, including am apology, for the wait. We reserved a "view" room, but the windows were covered by a sign so you couldn't see much of anything. Staff on the floors kept the rooms clean and we're nice.

Staying in treasure Island hotel Las Vegas was a very pleasant experience. I was happy with my room how clean all the property was, and their Cirque du Soleil show was amazing too. This hotel has a very nice swimming pool with life DJ, that was one of my favorite parts. What I didn’t like about this hotel is you are able to smell the smoke in the casino area which was not as pleasant for non-smokers like me.

Good hotel right on the Strip, great location However, checking in is a nightmare. The line at check in would take about an hour. So I chose self check in instead. But that check-in resulted in a room that I didn't order. So I had to see an agent after all. Not a nice start of an otherwise fine stay.

Very nice hotel.. I recommend finding out and doing self check-in process bc late night check-in took over 3hrs standing in line due to only 2 reps working. Their marketing team is almost as pushy as the people out in the streets pushing free/discounted tickets for shows to go to time share presentation. The restaurant within the hotel has a delicious breakfast. Didn't like their hours though bc it was from 6am-2pm... Good location for walking to different locations and venues/other hotels and Walgreens. Resort fees are crazy of course but there are fridges/coolers in the room but no microwave avaialble

Had to stand in line for almost 45 minutes checking in. They only had 4 employees at the counter getting people checked in but had 10 stations available. TI should look into hiring enough staff to get people checked in. Otherwise, it was a nice stay

The worst front desk service I have ever seen in my life. I arrived mid-week during peak summer season and couldn’t even complete the self check-in because they require the physical card used to book via Expedia. They had only one front desk employee, who was unbelievably slow, over 45 minutes standing in a never-ending line, taking more than 10 minutes with each guest to complete check-in. The employee there was like a very slow robot. The same thing happened during check-out, with a clerk who got annoyed if you spoke to her before she called you over (even though she wasn’t busy with anyone). I should also mention that the hotel does not respond to your messages on Expedia, and they charged me $80 for early check-in and late check-out. The hotel is clean, the room service is good, and its location is excellent right in the middle of the Strip, but I will never stay here again.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and we had a nice view, although because of the banner they had outside (mesh-like thing over the windows) we couldn't take pictures. The service people we encountered were all very nice and helpful. We had food and drinks at the sports bar and everything was delicious. I LOVE that they offer FREE parking if you're staying there. Most hotels in Las Vegas charge you.

Awesome experience for my family and I at treasure Island hotel and casino the only critique if there was one the steakhouse is not very good but other than that everything else was very convenient I only wish that the shows were on the weekdays not just on the weekends yeah. We had to go see Cirque du Soleil at the New York when we literally had one downstairs.

Great location for the strip. Easy parking off of Spring Mountain Rd. We taxied to convention center, super convenient about $11 usd (Uber was more). Hotel was average, room was decent but not high end and just a little worn. Beds were comfortable enough, but for those who prefer a more plush mattress you might find beds a bit hard. Small (tiny) fridge in closet, no coffee makers or micro. Casino was a little overpriced but okay. Pool area was nice, just wish parents controlled their kids a little better (this time). Food was okay in coffee shop but no to-go orders. Sports bar food was better. Pizza place was also good, you can get pizza by the slice. There is a Starbucks and Krispy Cream for coffee. Gilley's is attached to hotel and great BBQ but pricey. There is also a steak house but did not try it, so no opinion. Also, the show Mystere' is located in hotel and the is a walking bridge directly to Fashion Show Mall. Overall, not to bad, just don't have super high expectations and you will be fine.
