Great experience at MGM Grand. Pool and lazy river were amazing. Room was spotless. Staff was all helpful and nice until checkout when the woman helping me was very “short” and “rude.” She might have just been having a bad day, so I would let her alone keep me from returning at another time.

Very nice facility but our room key would never trigger the parking lot exit/entry gate. We brought it to the attention of the front desk 3 times. Reprogrammed and a new keycard issued but it still never worked.

Our room was nice and clean. We didn’t have a view of the strip, but otherwise it was nice. We had breakfast in our room . The breakfast was fantastic. The service was spot on . Enjoyed having the monorail connected to our hotel we were able to take it all the way to the end of the strip and walk back to our hotel

The facility of MGM is great , but was expecting that inside the room my has microwave (as other has one) or even provide as a kettle for warm/hot water or coffee maker.. The staffs are very accommodating & polite.
