If you didn't drive there, ask for a room that is near the lobby. They don't have lift, so make sure ask for a 1st floor room is you can't handle stairs. The property is huge.

I wasn’t expecting the Ritz Carlton, but had hoped for a base level of standard. The building was very far away from the check in area in a sketchy part of town, which didn’t feel great as a single woman traveling alone. The shower looked like athlete’s foot and there were bugs crawling on the pillow. I checked out after a couple of hours and spent the night at SFO instead. You get what you pay for.

We arrived on a shuttle with no vehicle. Given a room in the farther building away from check in. The building needs to be all redone and FIX tge plumbing. All that was available was hot water.
