Friendly staff, clean rooms, and lots of parking!

Room was fine. A shuttle to airport would be nice. No hot water. Not happy

Of course you get what you paid for. Front desk service was friendly and helpful. Ice machine had no ice. Internet was terrible, I couldn't connect to my business meeting.

I stayed a short night to catch an early flight next morning. This is a small and dated motel. Room is clean. Bed is a bit soft. Interior can use an update. Parking lot is small. But it is close to airport and inexpensive.

Easy check in and clean room. Lots of parking and working ice machine. Friendly management every time I've been here. That's why I always come back again.

Very run down hotel,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,But very close to the airport. No shuttle that is the downside and uber/ Lyft want 30 dollars to bring you from the airport to the hotel a total rip off by Uber/ Lyft. With Lyft being the worst. One trip take train to the SFO rental car station from the airport for free. Exit the rental car station and walk to the hotel for free and save the uber money.

The hotel is a 1 star and the rooms are dirty inside except for the bed sheets. The front desk staff, who is a woman, attempted to inform me that I may be charged for incidentals when in reality the room was in the same condition as check in. I checked out early the day before at 9pm because the room was disappointing and the walls behind the furniture were dirty. Also the towels were dirty and had red food stains from the previous guest. I would never stay here again and I don’t recommend.

The property was old but very clean and close to the airport. It had very comfortable beds and the bathroom and carpet were nice as well.

Polite and helpful staff, maids were courteous, rooms were clean, quiet. Water pressure good.

The first room we were given had what appeared to be blood splattered in the bathroom. No lamp shade, totally destroyed chair. Stains and cigarette burns in bedding. A plastic bag over the smoke detector. Filthy! We were give a new room which wasn’t much of an improvement. Did not feel safe at this hotel. Door jams had been broken into.

We thought the room was clean until my son pulled back the blankets and found a 3 pack of condoms between the blanket and sheets. So I’d say they didn’t change the sheets.

Quite pleasant. Quiet despite the proximity to the highway; very clean and modern, basic necessities provided, no complaints. I would stay here again if I need a spot near the airport.

They need clean sheets, clean walls, clean rugs, clean showers. They just need to clean after every check out but it seems like they just put the blankets right back

smell terrible, the carpet is not properly cleaned. The bathroom door is peeling off. I dont know why it was not looked at it. TV is bad, not even the remote control is not working. this place is not a best in for anyone who wished to visit San Fran. Not recommeded

My stay was very pleasant and its location was very convenient to my travel needs. While this is an older property it was very clean and, overall, functional. My only suggestion for improvement would be the WiFi service. I suspect that due the demands placed by guests with streaming devices, i experienced periods where I could not work at all because there was no signal. Otherwise, the experience was quite pleasant and the staff was extremely helpful.

Pictures were misleading. Rooms were much smaller than they looked and the bathroom was tiny. Shower had awful water pressure. And there was no overhead lighting in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating though and gave good recommendations for food.

No hot water for morning showers (last 2 stays). Put stuff in refrigerator (this last stay) and discovered next morning it wasn’t working. Had to toss items. I like to personally check out, but (just this last stay) no one would answer locked office door after much buzzing. Had to just drop key through slot in door. Rooms were clean and comfortable and price is good.

You get what you pay for my biggest complaint were the beds I felt every spring no matter which of the two beds in the room. I spent 7 nights with no sleep. I ended up on the chair most of the nights.

This motel is average. It offers basic accommodations for the affordable price. The furniture was outdated. The power extension used for the microwave was not working so I had to put it on near the tv. The bathroom appeared to need a new paint and rechalk to the bath tub.

It is fine for the price pretty basic. Be advised it is located right next to the freeway without any sound wall dividing the road and the motel, expect it’d get noisy.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. My room was at the inner corner of the top floor, and the floor was slanted downward towards the parking lot. Not just a feeling. Drinks set in the fridge rolling that direction, bathroom door would close itself because it faced that direction. The door lock appeared to have been broken in previously and haphazardly put back together. Whistling wind and the sound of the road outside. No sheer curtains on the window, so I had to leave the heavy room darkening curtain across all hours. Rotting wood railings outside of the rooms. As I checked in, the family before me returned to report that they were given the key to an occupied room, which happened to be empty of the occupants at that time. Zero amenities at this location. WiFi was unusably slow. Toilet seat was broken in a number of ways and barely stayed on. The branding and signage is a mix of a previous establishment, barely covered or replaced. The employees barely acknowledged guests nor provided any helpful information or conversation. This is awful location that should not remain open.

The pictures that Expedia showed and the lobby none of it was true. This hotel has not been updated in the last 20 years in the pictures of Expedia. It looks like it was just yesterday‘s pictures, but they’re truly not. We were very disappointed. The Lobby had nothing to offer, the staff that was handling the reservation in the lobby didn’t know what he was doing. It took us about an hour and 10 minutes for him to complete my check-in. I don’t understand. He didn’t know what exactly he was doing.

Wonderful service

We stayed here after landing from a red eye. It was exactly what we needed to get rest. It was clean and surprisingly quiet. They even allowed us a late checkout which we appreciated. It’s a short drive to the airport which was very convenient.

Convenient location close to airport to get family to and from for their trips.

Front desk was extremely rude about me checking in 45 mins early . I work at night so I simply wanted to take a nap before my shift. Property appears to be a remodeled motel so it definitely still smells like a motel with an odor. It’s very loud due to being next to the interstate and during the day as well there’s constantly ppl yelling and doors be slammed or loud music being played. Over a hour ride with public transportation to the city. Would not rebook.

Close to restaurant

Check in was quick. The room was clean. I walked to the gas station for treats. And the freeway exit was one block.

Perfect if your working in the City and dont want to pay a ridiculous amount just to sleep and shower. I work 13 hour days for 3 days so this hotel was perfect. Refrigerator worked great the shower head was excellent the TV can be updated but i just needed to watch the local news. Popeyes, Dunken Donuts and Togos half a block up so just walked over. I like this spot and only 11 miles to where i was working, very satisfied:)

The two gentlemen in the office were friendly and helpful. I had a couple requests and they were handled quickly. Very affordable, basic accomodations. Walked to nearby IHOP for breakfast.
