I chose the property because of its proximity to the Philadelphia airport. I had a very early flight. I got checked in easily and found my room very clean. Recommend this hotel for early travelers. They also have a shuttle service to the airport.

I appreciated the airport shuttle. The water in my room only ran hot. The TV remote did not work. The pool was dirty. The key stopped working halfway through my visit. There was a leaf blower going on and off from 9-11pm outside of my room. Not sure what was happening with that but it kept me awake and frustrated. The AC worked great. There was no breakfast due to a pipe issue.

I cut my finger on a sliver of glass in the pool that overlooked a broken two paned 4th floor room. Got locked in the pool area as the room key would not open the door back into the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly.

1. Receptionist didn't guide properly for airport shuttle from jfk to hotel. 2. Hotel is noisy with no sound proofing whatsoever. 3. In name of breakfast the have toast and butter and waffle batter. They dont restock stuff for breakfast. 4. Airport shuttle is limited seats and only runs once a hour, so if they are full or you miss it, you gotta wait.

If you don’t care for accommodations and just need a quick place to stay this is the right hotel. I called to have the shuttle arrive to pick me up from the airport and the woman on the phone said someone is going to arrive shortly I waited an hour and saw every hotel shuttle bus pull up but mines. After an hour I got an uber but still wait to see if the shuttle would pull up. I waited 1 hour and 15 and it never showed. The same night I asked for an extra comforter because it was super cold and it never showed up. I asked for housekeeping to pick up because we ordered out a lot and no one showed up. It was really annoying asking for something and it being ignored completely. I learned that you have to go to the front desk and wait until someone actually does something for you.

This facility has new management, and has gone down to the point that it’s infested with bedbugs, and roaches. Dirty linen up and down the hall. Housekeeping sitting on the floor looking at it. Rooms were dirty. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!!!!!

The room was disgusting it wasn’t even cleaned at all from the previous people. The bathroom had blood spots on the floor. Mold, rust and dirt all around the tub. There was poop and pee stains all in and around the toilet.The bed linen was dirty and probably not even changed only had one clean pillow and don’t even know if that was actually clean. The place is basically a motel or worse It was just disgusting and I would never come back. It was too nasty to even have pictures of it on my phone. Would never recommend. And the room and hotel smell was very off.

This hotel is disgusting. By the far the worst place I've ever booked. The hallways looked like they were never cleaned. The room was just as bad. Stains on the walls, carpet and BEDDING! Bathroom toilet seat was broken and the toilet rocked. Lights out in the bathroom. Shower dirty. Gave me one towel that also had stains on it. Greasy hand prints on the window from what looked like a previous guests freaky rendezvous. This place was gross. There was no way I could sleep there. I immediately made plans to find an alternative and unfortunately could not find anything within reason. The hotel refused to issue a refund. I had no choice but to drive my rental car 7 hours home. Staying at this hotel is a risk I was not willing to take. What a waste of money and what was supposed to be a fun weekend in Philly.

The lobby stunk like pee. Our room...the bed was fine, pillows were fine, they were a little stained under the cases but they didn't smell at all so assuming they were cleaned. The sheets were clean. The Tv didnt work peoperly the entire first evening we were there. The bathroom was fine, only thing was that there was a bit of rust on the spicket and there was s bullet in the toilet bowl. No one responded and came to fix it when I told the front desk and they didnt bring the extra towells I asked for. Tue floor we were on smelled like pot and cigarettes and soneine was blasting their TV all night every night. Good for a night or two but would not recommend to stay there any longer .

I was given an already occupied hotel room at first and awkwardly apologized to the person already there. Hotel staff did not even apologize about the careless mistake. There was also a random woman in the lobby attempting to sell something to me while waiting in line to check in. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was promised a room with microwave, refrigerator, tv with premium channels. Tv had no remote. Turning it on manually it had no service on any channel. I contacted front desk three times (by phone and in person). Promised it would get fixed and it did not. Completely ruined my night. In the morning I wanted to warm up my leftovers, but there was no microwave. The worst part of the trip was the fact that the front desk didn’t care about my stay when I went to check out. I left my name and number and never got a phone call. I called them when they said manager would be here and was told that the manager was unavailable. Trying to get some kind of refund since the services promised were not delivered and hot has been completely ignoring me.

Absolutely cannot check in before 3pm. Took forever to get checked in bc there was a lot of us waiting. Not the cleanest building the room was ok except no microwave. Shuttle driver well you need to figure that out for yourself and make sure you there and load your stuff did not even bother to acknowledge any of us…..there was several.

Property is older but staff was actively making improvements; making repairs and upgrades to rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. The wall paper was peeling in room and our bathroom floor did not appear to have been swept/vacuumed (there was a little stick and some dirt in corners behind door). Rooms smelled fresh. I had to have my room keys reset every day for some reason. The outside area was not pleasant with lots of trash in the parking lot and multiple cars with people in them that smelled like they were smoking pot. I did not feel safe in the evenings being outside. The pool area was well kept. The front desk staff was exceptionally attentive and polite. I wish they had a little more help keeping the place up or doing repairs

Booked as it had a hot breakfast and king size bed with good reviews on Hotels.com. Two double beds and no breakfast...had a semi-permanent sign saying equipment failure. Room was very "worn" with large rust area on tub and bathroom equipment. No discount given when requested

It was clean, staff was nice. One thing to note, it is advertised as free, hot breakfast….there is NO breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby! That was very disappointing, as we were here for a medical appointment in the city that was early, and did not have time to go to a sit down breakfast. That is one of the main things we were looking for in a hotel when we chose it. My husband is a diabetic, so this threw our timeline for the day off.

The hotel itself was clean enough, though it carried that stale smell no cleaning product on Earth has ever conquered. The next morning, we went down to the “continental breakfast,” where the desk clerk practically made us show ID to prove we were tenants before granting us access to the powdered eggs, fried potatoes, and soggy sausage patties, apparently reserved for the truly deserving. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels with continental breakfast, but that was the first time I had to be vetted to access it.

Stay was okay, except for the linen left outside rooms from Friday night until Sunday morning. There was trash and suitcases left in fire exit. The breakfast could have been better, no hot water for tea. Everyone doesn’t drink coffee. The eggs were over cooked and burned. The potatoes were sitting in a lot of oil, unsatisfied with breakfast, had to eat somewhere else.

Advertised free breakfast, no breakfast at all. False advertisement. Im a diabetic, needed breakfast that's while i reserved this place. Had to go next door to a Dirty Dennys.
