We rented the suite with the hot tub and the room looked nice and clean and everything worked. The bed was comfy and it was easy to control the temperature as well. The hot tub was amazing!

Tub was dirty, floor was dirty, guests next door were living year-round and kids were noisy, ice machine was broken, ice all over the floor, tried to request and early check in, could not get through to the front desk. When I arrived the front desk person had no customer service skills. He said an early check in was not possible. When I told him that I just drove 2 hours and that I was diabetic and would like to use the bathroom he said No, I would have to find the local WAWA and use there's. There was no hair dryer or iron and ironing board in the room. The tub was discolored with dirt. The exterior grass was mostly mud. Too many bad things top list. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend that anyone stay here!!!

We stayed here for several days in June. Our pets could stay too! The hotel is dated, but its CLEAN. It didnt have any weird stains in the linnens, and the room didnt have any odd smells. Our AC kept the room cold. Even though there are people who's primary residence is their room here, it remained quiet all day and night. Best part- NO bedbugs or roaches!!

I booked this hotel for my parents, aunt, and uncle for a one-night stay while they were traveling to NYC. Upon checking in, one of the rooms had no electricity. The front desk staff informed them that the power was out due to a city generator shutdown. They waited for two hours, but the issue was not resolved. I called the hotel and spoke with the front desk lady, who told me they could only refund one room since the outage wasn’t their fault and there was nothing wrong on their end. Before I could respond, she said she had to assist other customers and abruptly hung up on me. Thankfully, the Expedia customer service agent was very helpful. We were able to book another room at a different hotel for the night and received a full refund for both rooms.

Check in was easy. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. The parking lot was sketchy. The room smelled awful. The bed was lumpy. The sink didn't drain. The tub was filthy. The curtain was broken. There were stains on the walls, along with a bug that took 3 tries to kill.

For starters the property was in horrible co ditions. Trash everywhere, the room had the horrible smell of tabacco, the sheets werent clean nor did they change them it had dog hair and human hair. The bathroom was not swept at all the bath tub was peeling and the caulk around the bath tub was missing and it had chunks of mold. The whole aspect of the hotel was in horrible condition would not reccomend at all.

It was dirty for almost 140$ per night and it as no better than a 50 dollar at night motel. The bathroom was gross the beds were dirty and I found someone’s else hair in out towels

This Hotel is the worst .. there is a terrible smell in the rooms.. I had 4 rooms reserved for my family to stay for a night.. Please please don’t book this hotel.. We couldn’t stay there and I lost my money because I couldn’t get a refund… we did a check in .. after 10 minutes we had to do the check out.. mold smell, dirty floor and a big cockroach walking on the microwave.. we didn’t stay even 10 minutes.. If you have kids.. it’s not a good option!!!

Absolutely horrible and disgusting!!!!!!!!!Rooms are alllll dirty and people there are tweaking out on all types of drugs. Dogs running around off leash, cats living there, mattresses piled up by dumpster, Cigarette holes on tables dirty tubs, dirty bedding- BED BUGS!!!!! No remote, dirty fridge, wall fallen apart. My dog got attacked while I was walking her!!!!! Nothing was available in the area when I booked here for two days- I ended up leaving after the first night. NEVER WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

We ended up not staying and asking for our money back. There were several issues including but not limited to: bugs in the beds, the furniture was held together with duct tape, the room was dirty and dusty, and there was a smell that triggered my daughter’s asthma. I could not in good conscience recommend anyone stay in this establishment. When we complained at the front desk they said they could give us an upgraded room…we declined and asked for our money back because we were not going to stay there.

My only complaint is that the bathroom was really tiny. But other than that, I enjoyed the stay. Room was clean. The environment was quiet. I’d be happy to stay there again.

I’ve stayed here different times and they have the bare necessities. No bed bugs or anything at least. I didn’t take it for a motel when I first stayed so I was wide eyed & naive. I did notice a lot of “shady” type of people. Now it seems to be a group of “long stay” people who get together like they did for Halloween outside the little grass knoll for sitting & walking. I have a small dog so I walk different times & head to my events so I see a lot. Staff is small to nonexistent so don’t come too looking for Hilton stay. It gets the job done but I have had to change rooms on 2 different stays b/c either the light or something was not working or old and or smelled like strong smoke which im allergic to. I see people who stand right outside the front of their room & smoke w their doors open so think how the air drags to the room.

I made my reservation 10 days to two weeks in advance. Received a confirmation email on the night of our stay. We arrived and I was told that my reservation was canceled. I asked why? I was told that at 12:37 that afternoon my reservation was canceled. He said it was canceled because I didn’t pay in advance when I made my reservation and I even received a confirmation email that day but he says it was canceled telling me that my payment will be made when I arrive, we traveled 6 1/2 hours only to be turned away because I was told that my reservation was canceled. This was a huge inconvenience and in the future for that purpose I will never use red roof Inn again. I wasn’t even showing any sort of compassion by the man it was telling me .

WARNING!!! If you value safety, please DO NOT secure a reservation with this particular Red Roof. Despite the favorable reviews, what I encountered was less than favorable. First, one is not able to access the lobby to check-in, that had to be done through a security window [red flag #1]; second, when I learned I was on the 2nd floor, I asked if I could have a first level room and the response was, "not one that is very nice" [red flag #2]; third, when driving around the parking lot, there were people everywhere, roaming about and this was close to 10p [red flag #3]; fourth, upon driving to my room, it was evident that people were actually living in these rooms as opposed to just securing them for a night or two [red flag #4]; fifth, upon entry into the room, the back side of the door was peppered with dents and dings, almost as though it was evidence as someone trying to get out [red flag #5]; six, when I was in the room looking around, there was so much commotion going on outside that I was quickly becoming more and more uncomfortable [more red flags]. I called Hotels.com to share with them my safety concerns and that I did not want to stay and they encouraged me to go back down to the lobby so, on my way back to the lobby, I ran into people barely clothed, a people in bathrobes and a lot of people just loitering everywhere. I booked this hotel for my parents, aunt, and uncle for a one-night stay while they were traveling to NYC. Upon checking in, one of the rooms had no electricity. The front desk staff informed them that the power was out due to a city generator shutdown. They waited for two hours, but the issue was not resolved. I called the hotel and spoke with the front desk lady, who told me they could only refund one room since the outage wasn’t their fault and there was nothing wrong on their end. Before I could respond, she said she had to assist other customers and abruptly hung up on me. Thankfully, the Expedia customer service agent was very helpful. We were able to book another room at a different hotel for the night and received a full refund for both rooms.

Seems like the front desk is run by a teenager and two women who are not very professional. The tub had rust stains in it & could not plug it to run a bath. No coffee, no sheet on sofa bed. Gave me a hard time when asking for one saying the laundry room was closed and I can get it tomorrow. Mind you we only stayed 2 nights. The next morning I go there to the front desk and the lady asked me where my old sheets were when asking for the sofa sheet I never received . She told me to ask the lady at the laundry and when I got there the lady did not understand English which is fine to an extent but I was asking for the most simple thing she said there’s no clean sheets there or blankets and I can get it tomorrow. I was checking out tomorrow so really wasn’t useful for me. I tried to say sofa multiple times and then she finally understood. It’s just inconvenient when people do not speak your language at the hotel but I do understand everyone has to work. They gave me a smoking my room which was awful for my children to stay in. Also very sketchy area with people outside at all hours and smoking and making random creepy conversation. Over all it’s what I expected when booking it because it’s a cheap hotel but definitely didn’t feel comfortable there. Didn’t get a clean vibe at all. I had to go buy cleaning products up the road at Walmart…. & I am not a clean freak.Slightly disappointed by the whole experience..

WARNING!!! If you value safety, please DO NOT secure a reservation with this particular Red Roof. Despite the favorable reviews, what I encountered was less than favorable. First, one is not able to access the lobby to check-in, that had to be done through a security window [red flag #1]; second, when I learned I was on the 2nd floor, I asked if I could have a first level room and the response was, "not one that is very nice" [red flag #2]; third, when driving around the parking lot, there were people everywhere, roaming about and this was close to 10p [red flag #3]; fourth, upon driving to my room, it was evident that people were actually living in these rooms as opposed to just securing them for a night or two [red flag #4]; fifth, upon entry into the room, the back side of the door was peppered with dents and dings, almost as though it was evidence as someone trying to get out [red flag #5]; six, when I was in the room looking around, there was so much commotion going on outside that I was quickly becoming more and more uncomfortable [more red flags]. I called Hotels.com to share with them my safety concerns and that I did not want to stay and they encouraged me to go back down to the lobby so, on my way back to the lobby, I ran into people barely clothed, a people in bathrobes and a lot of people just loitering everywhere. It clearly was not a good situation, I was unable to cancel my reservation so, I chose to leave without refund. Go elsewhere!

Check in was easy. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. The parking lot was sketchy. The room smelled awful. The bed was lumpy. The sink didn't drain. The tub was filthy. The curtain was broken. There were stains on the walls, along with a bug that took 3 tries to kill.

The hotel lobby felt like a bank, with bulletproof glass at the counter. I knew I had chosen the wrong place as soon as I checked in. One of the two beds was sagging, and the room's furnishings were outdated. The worst part was the terrible neighborhood; at midnight, people were blasting party music from their car stereos. The room's soundproofing was not very good.
