Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square

Room was very satisfactory. Super clean, nice modern bathroom. Large room. Only complaint was front desk staff. They were cold, indifferent, and honestly looked like they hated their jobs. Unusual to see folks doing a hospitality job that seemed to hate interfacing with the public. The gentleman, Paul who handled luggage was the only bright light. Super pleasant and nice. Not so at front desk on both occasions, when I dropped my bags and later when I checked in.

Never check in

Stayed here for a conference. Staff not clear in their communications or helpful in general. Tried to charge me for early check in when I had paid for the night begore so that I could check in. Room was cold.

The room was a little too small, but I loved the staff there. I will be back.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff very friendly. Having a Starbucks in the lobby for grab and go breakfast was very nice. There were some issues with our room but they were brought to the attention of the staff directly. If noise is an issue for you, I suggest to avoid "connecting" rooms, as the noise from the next room is easily heard. The Art Bar in the lobby and the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse are the only restaurants in the hotel but there are lots of options within a quick walk (along with great shopping).
