Relaxing peaceful and beautiful! The staff makes you feel like royalty. We had a couple of problems with our hot tub and then in room pool not working but they were able to fix the problem. Food is amazing though I do wish there was a little more variety. The beach is not swimmable but it is so beautiful and there are no crowds. They will serve you right on the beach. The pools are wonderful. The hotel and property are extremely safe and clean. Dont go here if you want a party or to be noisy or have kids. This is a place for adults that want to enjoy drinking quietly by the pool

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the tourist corridor of San Jose del Cabo. The location is perfect, close to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Just steps from a quiet, peaceful beach and a great pool area. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the unit itself was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire space felt relaxing and convenient. The hosts were quick to respond and extremely accommodating with our requested dates, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm, well-located getaway!

Great unit with a very good location in a really nice complex. Near beach and hotel pool. Nice smaller pool just out the door. Kitchen was adequate for our purposes. Well stocked with towels, dishes etc. Being able to use Zoetry hotel pools and beach was a great benefit. Very good value for this area. Host was very responsive to questions and everything about the entire stay went smoothly!

We had an amazing stay for a week at this resort the food was wonderful and the people serving us outstanding Raine Rico Elena Valeria Rebecca Gabrielle Jaime all of them were outrageously wonderful - same with the two older men in the bar luis and Jose, we couldn’t get enough of everyone. They were just amazing. The pool was great. It was clean. It was high class and not too noisy. Lots of fun things to do and we can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay and the condo is exactly as described. It’s beautiful and located in the building next to the main building with the restaurants, bar, gift shop and beautiful spa. The condo is also located directly in front of one of the smaller beautiful pools with a view of the ocean. We walked to view the sunrise every morning directly on the ocean with a fully paved path and sitting area, less than a one minute walk. The main resort pool is also about a minute walk away where they have a beautiful ocean view. There are two connected pools with an infinity pool, swim up pool bar, teak wood chairs with thick cushions. We saw whales from the pool deck every single day! We had an amazing 10 days and if we come back to Cabo, we will stay in this unit again. The surf was very flat in DEC but this location is about a 7 minute drive north to Zippers. He golfed at Cabo Real on property and the golf course attendant brought us back from the course by golf card. He also played at Club Campestre (20 minutes) and Palmilla (10 minutes) loved them both but Palmilla was his favorite. The condo is cleaned every 3 days and we left $5-$10 dollars per visit. The staff at Zoetry is exceptional. I had a massage & facial & received 20% off because we were renting from a condo owner. The services were very professional & high end. The only inconvenience is the resort no longer allows you to set up an account so every pool bar, bar or restaurant visit had to be paid in full.
We loved our stay and the condo is exactly as described. It’s beautiful and located in the building next to the main building with the restaurants, bar, gift shop and beautiful spa. The condo is also located directly in front of one of the smaller beautiful pools with a view of the ocean. We walked to view the sunrise every morning directly on the ocean with a fully paved path and sitting area, less than a one minute walk. The main resort pool is also about a minute walk away where they have a beautiful ocean view. There are two connected pools with an infinity pool, swim up pool bar, teak wood chairs with thick cushions. We saw whales from the pool deck every single day! We had an amazing 10 days and if we come back to Cabo, we will stay in this unit again. The surf was very flat in DEC but this location is about a 7 minute drive north to Zippers. We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). We loved the activities offered and made it so nice to just stay on the resort. They have two onsite restaurants and this is limited considering other resorts have 4-6, however, the variety and changing of menus each night was phenomenal. I had such a unique selection and after 6 days I still hadn’t had everything they have to offer! Also the quality and presentation of food was amazing. Service from all the staff was fantastic, they were prompt and made sure all of our needs were catered to immediately.

This is my second staying here and I’m a huge fan, the service is always excellent, the accommodations are great, the pools and view of the ocean are mesmerizing. For an, “all-inclusive” the food and drinks are on point. The staff is friendly and the people who stay they always seem to be super friendly as well. It’s not a crazy spring break type of vibe if you’re looking for that, but I’m not, I prefer some R&R in the sun and enjoy that aspect of a smaller boutique hotel. My only slight knock is that the WiFi in some locations can be hit or miss, but I’m on vacation, so it’s not a career ender.

The resort was beautiful and it is right on the beach where you can walk right out and touch the ocean. You can’t get in the ocean, but that was OK for us. It is a small resort and traveling there in January means that the hotel is half full or less which made for a non-crowded pool and easy to access restaurants. The food was good but service was very hit or miss. One morning at breakfast was fantastic and then we would move to the pool, and nobody would help us at all. We had to go to the bar to get drinks which is fine, but you would expect more from a full service all inclusive. The next day there was no service at all, even though there were employees standing around. Things could have been much better for what we paid, but all in all, overall it was passable. We were pleased to see higher tier liquors as part of the inclusive package. The main standout of the resort was room service. We ordered quite a few things that were not on the menu, and they accommodated us without an issue and the teammates delivering the food did a great job every time. We leaned towards ordering room service, rather than going to the restaurants the majority of the time.

Frim the time that we arrived until we departed our 5 day stay was short of amazing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our pool waiter made sure he knew our names and needs. Housekeeping kept our room crystal clean. The food in the Saltwater Restaurant was amazing. We had dinner on the beach and there are no words that can describe that experience other than spectacular....we had lobster that melted in our mouths. The bellmen made sure you felt welcomed at all times. I appreciate the front desk staffer for suggesting an upgrade. I love Zoetry.

Just a couple of particular notes:1. the coffee table was not secure, very unstable, and came off the base very easily..would correct asap.2. The couch was clean and even new,,,but was a bit unconfortable.3. The condo was clean, well kept and welcoming ..would return again and again...thank you

I’ve been to Cabo 5 times. This is our new favorite resort. More like a boutique setting. Very lush with beauty and amazing views. The rooms were very clean too. Food was good….. could have edited the menus more often tho.

The service was excellent. The room was great and spacious. I wish the pools were more cold, my shower didn't have hot water and dinner options had more of a variety, but it's great to know you can dine at their sister hotels with the all inclusive package as well. However, despite those things, I would definitely stay here again because the service and resort was spectacular.
The service was excellent. The room was great and spacious. I wish the pools were more cold, my shower didn't have hot water and dinner options had more of a variety, but it's great to know you can dine at their sister hotels with the all inclusive package as well. However, despite those things, I would definitely stay here again because the service and resort was spectacular.

My partner and I just returned from a 3-day 2-night stay at Zoetry, and let me tell you that this place is beautiful. From the moment you walk in and look around, there is something so magical about Zoetry. The staff are so courteous, and attentive to your every need. Our beach front room was gorgeous, with a beautiful bathroom with double sinks, a separate shower, water closet, and a very nice tub. Our room came with a stocked fridge that included water, soft drinks, juices, and some alcohol, as well as separate wine fridge with couple of bottles, as this is an all inclusive resort. The one negative that I had, and this might just be a personal thing, is that the bed and pillows were just too soft. So much so that my sleep for both nights wasn't the best. We did not take advantage of many of the services only because of pricing. For example, a massage was over $200 US dollars, not including tip. El Arroyo, the restaurant by the main entrance is decent. The two mornings we had breakfast there the food was good for breakfast. I would highly recommend asking for some bread from the bread basket, which comes to you nice and warm, as I believe it is baked on site. We also had lunch one afternoon at the bar/restaurant by the pool, and that food was pretty good as well. I would recommend the "build you own ceviche," which comes with chips. The chicken fajita tacos were quite yummy too. All the wait staff were attentive, courteous, and so hard working.

It would’ve been nice if there were a few extra things on hand. No bar of soap, no conditioner, no baggies or napkins, no hot pad.Miss matched glasses, some lights did not work.Strange that the primary bedroom had to full beds instead of one Queen.Games were missing pieces, just felt like it was tired.

I liked the view and the anesthetics of the property. The staff was really helpful and catered to our needs. We did have a few issues with the room we were given. The screen on the patio was missing, the toilet paper holder was hanging and our phone did not work. But like I said the staff handled it for us. Kevin upgraded the room for us with an even better view of the ocean. The food could have been better maybe more authentic. I just wanted a taco and was not able to get one because they didn't have them. I would visit again.

The staff were wonderful - Alexis, Christian and Suar and the whole team at Saltwater were excellent. Beautiful, awesome drinks and food and top notch rooms. We will be back as soon as we can. Perfect for a quiet 3 night getaway surrounded by beauty and impeccable service.

Frim the time that we arrived until we departed our 5 day stay was short of amazing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our pool waiter made sure he knew our names and needs. Housekeeping kept our room crystal clean. The food in the Saltwater Restaurant was amazing. We had dinner on the beach and there are no words that can describe that experience other than spectacular....we had lobster that melted in our mouths. The bellmen made sure you felt welcomed at all times. I appreciate the front desk staffer for suggesting an upgrade. I love Zoetry.

Getting pitched to immediately was really disappointing and started the trip off poorly. Having a pitch over breakfast to get a discount on activities turned out to not be over breakfast and took all morning. The activity the sold us was camel riding- they said it takes 20 minutes to get there- it took more than an hour and we had to pay an additional $150 to take our own photos. The food was good though lacked quality. Having only 2 restaurants was an issue as the menu didn’t always change. The drinks - Top shelf- impressive! Probably the best part. Pretty views, Hot hot tub. Can’t swim in the ocean. The time shares that also use the facility cheapen the experience. Overall it was fine but I expect more for the price from staying at all inclusives many times before. Would not stay at this chain again.

We had an amazing stay for a week at this resort the food was wonderful and the people serving us outstanding Raine Rico Elena Valeria Rebecca Gabrielle Jaime all of them were outrageously wonderful - same with the two older men in the bar luis and Jose, we couldn’t get enough of everyone. They were just amazing. The pool was great. It was clean. It was high class and not too noisy. Lots of fun things to do and we can’t wait to go back.

The service and food was amazing here. Really make you feel at home. Everybody we interacted with at the resort was very accomodating, I would highly recommend. Some of the nicest people working here, and by far the best food ive ever had at an all inclusive. Not a party resort by any means, it is a lot more calm and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, the amenities are fabulous, the location is perfect and the rooms are like apartments, we will love to come back, I took my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary and she loved it,”thank you to all the staff, but specially to Diego he’s a server in the main restaurant. The resort was beautiful and it is right on the beach where you can walk right out and touch the ocean. You can’t get in the ocean, but that was OK for us. It is a small resort and traveling there in January means that the hotel is half full or less which made for a non-crowded pool and easy to access restaurants. The food was good but service was very hit or miss. One morning at breakfast was fantastic and then we would move to the pool, and nobody would help us at all. We had to go to the bar to get drinks which is fine, but you would expect more from a full service all inclusive. The next day there was no service at all, even though there were employees standing around. Things could have been much better for what we paid, but all in all, overall it was passable. We were pleased to see higher tier liquors as part of the inclusive package. The main standout of the resort was room service. We ordered quite a few things that were not on the menu, and they accommodated us without an issue and the teammates delivering the food did a great job every time. We leaned towards ordering room service, rather than going to the restaurants the majority of the time.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the tourist corridor of San Jose del Cabo. The location is perfect, close to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Just steps from a quiet, peaceful beach and a great pool area. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the unit itself was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire space felt relaxing and convenient. The hosts were quick to respond and extremely accommodating with our requested dates, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm, well-located getaway!

The property is great if you are looking for a quiet time. It feels very boutique compared to the oher massive resorts in Cabo which is exactly what I wanted. It's ideal to go with a partner or a friend, or if you go alone, understand there won't be much socializing as it is super quiet. I really enjoyed it. Very peaceful. The staff is very friendly and attentive. If you like to swim in the ocean, this property is great because in most of the beaches in Cabo you can't get into the water but this propertu is a 10min walking distance from the Hilton Beach (which you can swim) and a 5 min Uber ride from Chileno, Santa Maria, and Palmilla, which you can also swim. Otherwise the pools in the property are really nice. Overall I would recommend and go back.

The condo was better than advertised. It's perfectly situated between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, which made getting around a breeze. The property itself is beautiful and a stones throw away from the ocean. I will definitely stay here when I return.

Our experience at Zoetry Casa del Bar was exceptional. I disagree with many of the reviews on the Expedia page - I expect they may have been done prior to the resort’s renovation. The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. There are more than sufficient options for dining at the two restaurants, poolside bar/restaurant and lounge, and the food quality is excellent. The smaller size of resort means no lines for drinks and fast service. There is a swimming beach 10 mins down the beach that we walked to every day (bring your flip flops as some areas on the walk are rocky). One thing the resort does not advertise is that in certain months (we went in March) you can watch humpbacks right from your table at the ocean side restaurant or even from your hotel room! We saw some every day. I would absolutely recommend Zoëtry.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). We loved the activities offered and made it so nice to just stay on the resort. They have two onsite restaurants and this is limited considering other resorts have 4-6, however, the variety and changing of menus each night was phenomenal. I had such a unique selection and after 6 days I still hadn’t had everything they have to offer! Also the quality and presentation of food was amazing. Service from all the staff was fantastic, they were prompt and made sure all of our needs were catered to immediately.
We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). We loved the activities offered and made it so nice to just stay on the resort. They have two onsite restaurants and this is limited considering other resorts have 4-6, however, the variety and changing of menus each night was phenomenal. I had such a unique selection and after 6 days I still hadn’t had everything they have to offer! Also the quality and presentation of food was amazing. This is such a beautiful property with such lovely service and facilities. The food was 5 star - lots of healthy options which did not compromise on taste! We will be back!

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean ! Very welcoming staff and always happy to help. Arrival gifts of fruits candies and bottle of mezcal was very nice. The beach was beautiful and nice to walk along. The only downside side was the quality of the food which could use huge improvements. All meals were mediocre at best.

This is my second staying here and I’m a huge fan, the service is always excellent, the accommodations are great, the pools and view of the ocean are mesmerizing. For an, “all-inclusive” the food and drinks are on point. The staff is friendly and the people who stay they always seem to be super friendly as well. It’s not a crazy spring break type of vibe if you’re looking for that, but I’m not, I prefer some R&R in the sun and enjoy that aspect of a smaller boutique hotel. My only slight knock is that the WiFi in some locations can be hit or miss, but I’m on vacation, so it’s not a career ender.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect, with beautiful sunrises each morning, easy beach access, and a great pool area to relax by. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained.The host was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the stay even better.We would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back.

Great place, perfectly located. Sunrise/sunsets on the beach were beautiful. Bed slept comfortably. This condo had everything we needed in a home base from which to explore Cabo and San Jose del Cabo.

Lovely house with great amenities. So fun to be right next to the pool. Would have been nice to have more details about how to get through the gate, get a parking pass, and where to park. Also would have been nice to know there were beach chairs, umbrella, washer/dryer. Sign said there were daily cleaners but we never saw them and didn't need them. Unsure whether filtered sink water and ice cubes were safe to drink. Would have been nice if pool was open later. But overall, wonderful stay. Just would have liked more details.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the tourist corridor of San Jose del Cabo. The location is perfect, close to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Just steps from a quiet, peaceful beach and a great pool area. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the unit itself was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire space felt relaxing and convenient. The hosts were quick to respond and extremely accommodating with our requested dates, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm, well-located getaway!

Great unit with a very good location in a really nice complex. Near beach and hotel pool. Nice smaller pool just out the door. Kitchen was adequate for our purposes. Well stocked with towels, dishes etc. Being able to use Zoetry hotel pools and beach was a great benefit. Very good value for this area. Host was very responsive to questions and everything about the entire stay went smoothly!
